Villa Blanco est la plus grande maison de vacances Isle. Avec un quai privé, un théâtre �� domicile, d'une piscine privée dans le sol, et toutes les cloches et de sifflets, "Villa Blanco" dépassera les attentes de chaque locataire.

Le premier étage de "Villa Blanco" englobe la majorité des espaces de divertissement de la maison. Un siège de 14 salles de cinéma avec son Bose Surround et des sièges du stade en fauteuils inclinables en cuir est l'espace idéal pour se détendre. Une salle de bain complète avec une grande douche services de plain-pied dans le théâtre. Procédant par un breezeway moustiquaire, vous trouverez la salle de jeux de la maison d'un côté et la piscine privée expansive et d'un quai à l'autre. La salle de jeux comprend une table de billard, une table d'échecs, un grand canapé, une télévision à écran plat et d'un bar. La terrasse de la piscine est complète avec un bar en plein air, des chaises longues, des palmiers, un 16 'X 35' piscine et un bain à remous. Arrondir au premier étage sont trois chambres superposés, une chambre du roi, et une salle de lavage.

Le deuxième étage de la maison abrite la majorité de l'espace de vie formelle, une abondance de vue du Golfe terrasses, une suite de reine, et Quarters du Maître impressionnant. La cuisine est équipée d'appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, y compris une gamme Thermador Professional à gaz, réfrigérateur Sub-Zero, une machine à glaçons, deux lave-vaisselle, deux tiroirs chauffants, et un compacteur à déchets. Deux offices desservent la grande cuisine. La salle à manger traditionnelle dispose d'une fresque peinte à la main sur les murs et les plafonds, une table ronde pouvant accueillir huit, et des fenêtres ouvrantes à une vue sur le golfe du Mexique. Des sièges supplémentaires sont disponibles pour dix sur le côté opposé de la cuisine, dans la salle �� manger le plus proche de la salle de séjour. Le salon dispose d'un bar, d'une grande télévision à écran plat, un grand piano, vue sur le golfe, et une cheminée. La salle de séjour ouverte jeter trois balcons. Chaque balcon offre une perspective différente - certaines donnent sur Holiday Isle et le lagon tandis que d'autres montrent des belles vues sur le golfe. Le grand balcon donnant sur la façade de l'établissement propose terrasse et vue imprenable sur le bijou tonique du Golfe. Deux grands balcons donnant sur l'arrière de la propriété offrent une vue sur le lagon et la grande piscine privée.

Également situé au deuxième étage, les quartiers maîtres accueillir deux avec un lit King, une télévision à écran plat, et des rideaux électroniques qu'une partie de révéler une vue imprenable sur le golfe. La suite principale dispose d'un coin salon où vous pourrez vous reposer et profiter des vues spectaculaires à travers les fenêtres du sol au plafond. Le style de vie somptueux transporte à travers à des Quarters Ma��tre deux bains Maître. Les son-et-ses installations offrent un placard massif de plain-pied, un bain à remous, deux douche stand-alone (dont l'un est une douche à vapeur), télévision à écran plat, un bidet, et une salle de lavage complète. Off de la salle de lavage est une reine Suite mère-in-law.

Le troisième étage de la propriété abrite trois suites royales, deux suites doubles, et un espace supplémentaire de balcon. La troisième zone de divertissement au sol comprend des sièges pour huit, une télévision à écran plat, un lecteur DVD, un bar, et un balcon privé.

Le quai et la navigation de plaisance espace privé permet l'amarrage d'un bateau couvrant jusqu'à 52 'sur le lagon profond! La zone comprend également un ascenseur à bateaux et une salle pour l'amarrage jet skis ou autres petits bateaux.

La piscine peut être chauffée moyennant un supplément.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house in Florida! The house was very spacious and had plenty of room for our large group. Everything was clean, and we were pleasantly surprised by how many small kitchen appliances were available that weren’t listed in the description, including air fryers, mixers, griddles, and slow cookers. There were also plenty of plates, cups, and cutlery for everyone, which was very convenient.The pool was a huge highlight for us. It was very large, and we spent many afternoons relaxing and enjoying time there. The beach access was also fantastic. We loved that it was just a couple-minute walk from the house and that it was a private beach. We also really appreciated that beach chairs and umbrellas were provided, which made spending time at the beach so much easier and more enjoyable.There were a couple of minor things that could be improved. It would have been nice to have beach towels provided. When we arrived, there were a couple of doors that needed some tlc, but the management company responded quickly and came out to take care of them. The laundry room on the main level occasionally had a slightly moldy smell, and there was some mold in the washing machine that could use attention. The upstairs level also stayed fairly warm during our visit. The AC was working, but it struggled to keep that level as cool as the rest of the house.Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed the space!

This house was clearly built with luxury in mind. It was pristine and clean, there were more refrigerators for guests than I could count, so many details and extras that nothing was overlooked, and the beds were some of the most comfortable we had ever slept in. They even had child safety pool safety alarms on all the doors that led to the pool area. I cannot possibly recommend this house any more for large groups that need a place to stay. It is definitely worth the cost!

We had 23 people staying at this house to celebrate my son’s wedding which took place on the beach at John Beasley park. This house was perfect for our gathering of friends and family and was nice having our own spaces with many bathrooms! We had the pool heated for our stay and it was very nice! Our weather was beautiful!

This property is luxury, but homely. Totally a 10 after learning how to use "all" the lights. Steps from beach and all the appliance you'll ever need.

Beautiful Property

This was our second visit to this amazing home! It is perfect for large families to stay in one place together. There were a few issues (hole in ceiling dripping), (AC set to go on 82 at night), (one bedroom extremely hot) that took a lot of time with the management company to get handled but they made it right at the end of the trip.

Wonderful place for friends and family to gather!!

Friends and family gathering for a small intimate beach wedding. Everyone was able to hang out together as well as have their own space for privacy. Each floor came complete with gathering space and coffee makers. TVs galore throughout the house!! And the movie theater was our favorite! Highly recommend this property and Five Star Properties is a jewel to work with, always going above and beyond to make your stay more enjoyable!

Got married here

I got married here and but couldn't have been more beautiful! l only had 40 people and would recommend the same if not smaller. It is important to report any damage right away as the maintenance people are great at coming immediately. I am in love with this home!!!

Holiday Family Fun

The house was extraordinary… Plenty of room for everyone to have a grand time with many things to do. The kitchen was fun to cook in and well supplied we did have a bit of problems lighting the gas burners. The location was great… steps from the beach and a short drive to the boardwalk and many restaurants etc. We did have a major complaint with the pool heat which we paid an extra $600 for but it never warmed up enough for even our hardy northerners to be able to swim in it and the company wouldn’t budge on a reimbursement which was a big disappointment. Overall a wonderful place to spend our Family Christmas!

Beautiful Property .... But Not What We Expected

We loved the home! However, there are several things that need to be addressed 1. We were led astray with regard to the floor plan. Your company does not provide a floor plan on your website so we had to go by “your word”. It was definitely not communicated to us that there were sleeping accommodations for 26 people on the first floor and only 2 bathrooms to service 26 people. We were led to believe there were televisions in every bedroom, 2 bedrooms did not have tvs. We were led to believe there were bathrooms in every room, there were not. Sharing 2 bathrooms between 26 people with one of the bathrooms only accessible to the King/Twin bunk room was inhumane. Basically there were 20 people sharing 1 bathroom which was absolutely disgusting and definitely not conducive to our needs. 2. The Theater room was inoperable and it took 8 telephone calls to finally get someone to come out and fix the screen the day before we left. 3. The maintenance guy entered the property without knocking and they were indisposed and startled by the stranger standing in front of them. 4. We were unable to lock several of the doors which made people feel very uncomfortable. 5. the utensils and pots and pans in the Villa Blanco were extremely low budget which made it very hard to prepare food for such a large group. The cookware in this home needs to be upgraded desperately and immediately.

Villa Blanco is a very large, elaborate house with 11 bedrooms, and the layout can get confusing. To resolve this problem, we have just upload a new 3-D virtual tour with photos and embedded floor plans that anyone can view so they will have the most accurate information about the layout. We only regret that we did not have this available at the time of your booking, but it is something we have been working on for a while and is now available on our property management website. We are also doing housewares inventory and will look into updating the kitchen utensils as you have suggested. Thank you for being a repeat guest and leaving us a review that gives us to opportunity to do better for the next guest of Villa Blanco. Its def a huge house with an amazing pool. Great location. Needs a deep clean. There was an inspector there to make sure everything was done, but wasn't thorough. We had to have them come and sweep a whole floor that wasn't touched. Grill was not up to par for a house that big and so many people. Also wasn't cleaned. Pool wasn't cleaned. They came back to clean grill and pool but wasn't much better. Ice maker on 2nd floor didn't work they were suppose to fix but never did. A/C on 2nd floor was not working properly ever. They did come and get it to work a little better, but was always warmer on that floor. Maintenance was out almost every day for something. I will say Five Star was right on it though. Never hesitated to send someone. Was an amazing property, just disappointed in the upkeep. Also, smoke alarm kept going off due to battery and ceilings were high. Never did come and replace and reinsert. All in all it was still a great vacation. Just needs a little TLC.

Wow!

Four families stayed here for Spring Break. Amazing property. Huge! Luxury! Massive kitchen. Amazing pool and hot tub. Very close to beach across the street. Massive garage with lots of beach toys and supplies. Movie theater room was amazing. Nothing bad to say - this place is remarkable.

Mixed Review January 2016

Since the build in 2003 of this home it has weathered. While it is one of the largest homes on Holiday Isle in Destin. It has several issues that you will deal with. All doors and windows are wood cased and are swollen from the moist environment. Several will not lock and others are stuck shut. Wile staying at the home is impressive she the property shows its age with molded docks, cracked tiles, broken fence with caution tape, doors that are stuck shut, air conditioners that did not work that had service people there until 11PM at night and a fireplace that did not work. Outside of the above mentioned issues the house is amazing. The pool heat was a disaster the pool guy could not get it right for days. Finally we got heat for 3-4 days then the day before we left he showed up and shut it off. This canceled our last night ability to enjoy the pool and hot tub. Had several communication issues with the staff at 5 star however if not for one lady in particular and her help it would have been a total disaster. The person that met us at the property did not follow up on anything she communicated. And one final note there is one bedroom on the floor plans you can not use. The description of this property says 6 bedrooms and on the floor plans there are 7 bedrooms. - you only get to use 6 as in the description. One bedroom is off limits and locked.

Villa Blanco Extraordinary!

We absolutely loved the Villa. Amazing & Beautiful. If it is not sold, we will be back next year. The property was perfect for us, we had a great time and had a Chef come in one night and cook dinner. We had about 22 people and someone from the Home Owners Association came over and told us we could not park on the street (some were on the side-walks). He was very nice and pointed to a house that was not being occupied and told us we could park in their drive-way. The only "down-fall" about the whole experience was the parking. We moved some cars to a different location (I think it was a Walgreen's?)

There is parking for 12 vehicles at this home but we are always happy to suggest nearby locations for additional cars.
