Un chalet Tahoe original, un retour dans le temps avec toutes les commodités modernes que vous attendez dans une maison de vacances.

Cette charmante cabane en pin noueux comprend une grande piĂšce ouverte avec un poĂȘle Ă  bois, une nouvelle tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat, un canapĂ© trĂšs spacieux et trĂšs confortable et un nouveau chauffage au gaz. C'est un endroit idĂ©al pour se dĂ©tendre aprĂšs une longue journĂ©e de ski ou jouer Ă  la plage, selon la saison.

Situé dans un quartier trÚs calme mais avec un accÚs facile que tout le sud du lac Tahoe a à offrir: station de ski paradisiaque, plages, navigation de plaisance, shopping, restauration, jeux et vie nocturne à Tahoe.

L'avant de la maison commence par une terrasse avant spacieuse, il y a aussi un petit porche assis sur le cÎté de la maison. Vous entrez dans la grande salle avec des boiseries en pin d'origine partout. Il y a une cuisine efficace, une salle de bain complÚte, une chambre et une buanderie.

La chambre du bas a une chambre avec lit queen et une tĂȘte de lit du casino Harvey's original. Il y a aussi un lit de repos si vous avez des enfants avec vous. La chambre en mezzanine Ă  l'Ă©tage comprend un lit queen-size, un lit double et des lits jumeaux.

Les Ă©quipements modernes comprennent:

Excellent Home Away From Home

We absolutely loved our stay! The cabin was clean and very close to all the areas we needed to visit for the Husky in the Snow Meetup. The Bijou dig park was minutes away, Kiva Lake and Nevada Beach was a 15-20 minute drive. Neighborhood was very quiet and the neighbors across the street were super nice! We definitely come and stay here again.

Getaway

The cabin was great for us. The loft was bigger than expected and that was fun. It was fully stocked with everything we needed. Location was near enough to everything, and the neighborhood was quiet and nice.

Spring Break Trip

Location was great and as others have stated it was within 10 minutes from everything. The lighting, appliances, and decor could really use some updates. It was rather dark in the cabin. The beds were comfortable.

Great South Lake Cabin

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this South Lake cabin. It offered great value in comparison to similar listings. Nice, quiet neighborhood. The house was larger than expected, with plenty of room. We enjoyed sitting on the front deck with morning coffee. Great location with easy access to all of South Lake Tahoe attractions.

Tahoe Christmas

Loved the location to all of the attractions. The house was a good size for our family. Loved it was pet friendly and had no pet odors. However we felt that it would benefit from a “Deep” cleaning. There were cobwebs in the ceilings and in the loft area. The kitchen potholders were not clean and I had to wash them. We did love the bbq. Would recommend going through all of the pots and pans and keeping the nice ones with lids. Also a clean cookie sheet would have been nice.Overall we did enjoy it and would stay again.

Cute place

We were in town for a wedding and wanted to stay someplace other than a hotel. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet. The property itself was pretty much as listed, although could use some minor updates. The ceiling/rafters were still rather dusty and full of cobwebs and the bedding could be replaced/refreshed. Also, maybe replace the tons of tiny mugs with some regular sized coffee mugs? We had a good laugh about the teeny tiny cups. For our needs, it was a good place to stay.

Pros: Great location, 10 minutes from everything. Neighborhood felt safe, could easily walk around and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The cabin itself was quaint and for the price point per night it was one of the more reasonable cabins in the same area. Cons: Definitely can feel the age of the decor, feel like the bones of the cabin were good and with just a bit of an interior upgrade (electronics, furniture) it would really be a gem! Even though the cabin itself was clean it felt a bit chaotic inside, and it was hard to feel comfortable. Overall, it was a cute cabin and price point is reasonable but not sure if I’d come back.

Best little cabin EVER!

My family sold the cabin that was built in 1946 and so this was my first year coming to Tahoe in the summer, renting a cabin. I searched for a cozy cabin with the same knotty pine and history as my old cabin and this place didn't disappoint! It is so pretty from the outside and so perfect for a family on the inside. My 3 kids slept comfortably up top with PLENTY of room for all their stuff (there are even 3 dressers up there!) And my husband and I slept downstairs. It was just the best experience. We loved it so much and are so very grateful that the owners rent this special place for others to enjoy. We will be back for sure!

Basic Cabin

This cabin was just basic. Nothing extra! It’s an older cabin but advertised as being with all the modern upgrades but we didn’t find them . There was not detailed instructions on how to operate the heater but we finally figured it out threw trial and error.

Quaint and as expected

The interior is a little dated, but nothing out of line with other cabins in this price range. We were very comfortable and satisfied with our stay. One bathroom means groups of 4+ might find it confining. The stone landing below the porch steps was very icy. It’s not level which made it a bit treacherous. Something for those with mobility issues to consider during the winter.

Rustic charm

Outside of cabin is nicer than picture in photo, we loved the American flag being represented. The inside was a lot bigger than we expected. There's a mix of antique and updated features. There was everything in the kitchen you would need if you were to cook meals. We had a bbq on the patio and there was propane as well as utensils to use. It's an older style cabin, not super fancy or modern, but that was it's charm. We loved the wood burning fireplace in the living room, our kids made s'mores and slept downstairs on the huge wrap around couch to enjoy the fire. We had a great experience and hope to go back next year. We would definitely stay at this cabin again.
