L'un des meilleurs de Folly! Ce condo d'angle confortable et propre 1 chambre a des planchers de bois franc, un plan d'étage ouvert confortable et une belle vue sur l'océan! Laissez le nouveau matelas Tempur-Pedic et la couette en duvet vous aider à vous rajeunir pour votre prochain jour de vacances. Little Peace of Heaven est situé au deuxième étage d'un complexe élevé de trois étages qui est directement sur la plage. Asseyez-vous sur le porche et profitez du soleil chaud pendant que vous regardez les dauphins jouer tout en prenant votre café du matin. Vous avez même un accès complet à une laveuse / sécheuse partagée pendant vos vacances aussi! Le ciel nocturne est parfait pour observer les étoiles et écouter les vagues de l'océan s'écraser sur le rivage. Vous pouvez laisser votre voiture garée dans votre espace de stationnement privé pendant toute la durée de votre séjour car tout est facilement accessible à pied.

Les amoureux de la plage peuvent profiter de l'océan depuis la vue depuis le balcon commun ou en traversant la promenade privée sur les dunes de sable et directement sur le sable! Pendant l'été, vous pouvez profiter de l'eau dans l'une des seules sections de la plage avec un sauveteur. Ceux qui aiment pêcher peuvent descendre jusqu'à la jetée de pêche de Folly Beach située à moins d'un pâté de maisons pour rejoindre d'autres pêcheurs. De bons restaurants, des vendeurs de fruits de mer frais et une épicerie sont tous à proximité. Cette unité est une base idéale pour explorer la plage ainsi que la ville historique de Charleston. This place was very nice to rent and had a great view of the ocean. Perfect for what we wanted. The only negative was there was a lot of noise next to us because they were doing construction.

great location near Folley pier and center of town. the view is amazing and short walk to beach. This was great escape for couple. the unit was clean, organized and had all amenties we needed for great stay.

Great location, easy walk out to restaurants. Wonderful views of ocean and beachfront. Unfortunately it is quite dated and could use some simple updates to make it feel worth the price (ie some paint touch up, a new bathroom faucet, an inexpensive headboard on the bed).

We loved the second floor Condo allowing great beach access & the beautiful view thru windows and the porch! The location was fantastic with direct beach access and walking distance to many restaurants & stores. The place was comfortable and clean. It worked perfectly for my Daughter to stay on pull out couch. Parking was convenient right in a parking lot attached. Short walk to the infamous Bert’s grocery store. The shared washer and dryer with adjoins condo worked nicely too! I would definitely recommend this “little slice of heaven”

The beach view was heavenly. We LOVED the big picture window when we weren’t outside. Sitting out front on the balcony and watching the surf was so relaxing. The beautiful pier was close. Clean beach, great town. Go to Burt’s! They have anything you do and don’t need. The property was exactly what I hoped for. Comfy bed, 20 minutes from Charleston. We will certainly be back. We loved it!

Pros: The location and views are unbeatable. Dreamy ocean viewing and stargazing from the balcony. Lovely native plants full of pollinators in the dunes between the unit and beach.Appliances, water, electric, HVAC functioned well. The condo was generally comfortable including the bed, couches and, big bathtub.Kitchen has plenty of cooking implements.The unit was totally clean.Cons: Unit is quite shabby. Needs scraping and painting.Broken gas fire place that should be repaired or removed, little to no closet space. Bring your own TP and paper towels, what's provided is bottom of the barrel.Living room TV mounted too high to use comfortably.Walls and ceiling are paper thin, you can hear all the comings, goings, and footsteps of your neighbors.There is a large grate on the shared laundry room, possibly to reduce damp. It's parallel with a grate on the laundry room wall of the adjoining unit, not great for privacy.TLDR: The unit is a clean and comfortable place to sleep and keep your stuff while you enjoy Folly Beach. The views, beach access, and walkability are outstanding. If you are looking for modernity and style in your accommodations, this ain't it. This was the most affordable spot directly on the beach. If it stays that way, we'll be back!

Great view, VERY close to the beach and walking distance to all businesses. Parking on-site is very convenient. Late in the day check-in (4pm) and early check out (10am) were a little inconvenient. It's difficult to keep up on sand entering the unit, and we didn't have a broom to try to keep it clean. We would stay here again.

Great beach view.. nice corner balcony for more privacy …amenities inside adequate.. maybe some TLC needed for interior.. (bath-room faucets) On the last day neighbors above moved in and noise was surprising.. could almost make out conversations.But our over all impression was great.. and so convenient to amenities. We would surly book again.
