Superbe maison de piscine hautement améliorée, parfaite pour trois familles.

Il y a trois chambres principales Cal-King avec salle de bains. Il y a deux chambres d'enfants avec des lits superposés complets qui partagent la salle de bain du couloir. Les salles de bains ont toutes été magnifiquement améliorées avec des sols en travertin / marbre, des armoires en panneaux personnalisés, de la quincaillerie, des comptoirs en granit et des douches conçues sur mesure avec des incrustations en travertin / marbre. Toutes les chambres ont 46 'TV LCD avec télévision par cùble.

La cuisine à aire ouverte partielle comprend des armoires à panneaux personnalisés, des comptoirs en granit, un dosseret en travertin complet et des appareils en acier inoxydable: cuisiniÚre / four, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes et lave-vaisselle. La cuisine a beaucoup d'espace pour préparer, cuisiner et recevoir. La table à manger peut accueillir huit personnes avec des siÚges supplémentaires au comptoir. Laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur pour les invités.

Le salon principal dispose d'une connexion Internet sans fil haut débit, de la télévision par cùble et d'un service téléphonique national et américain gratuit. La cour arriÚre a une belle nouvelle piscine avec jacuzzi creusé, un barbecue extérieur au gaz naturel, un ensemble de patio et des chaises supplémentaires. La salle de jeux, à travers l'une des chambres pour enfants, a air hockey, piscine et ping-pong. Il y a des poussettes, chaise haute, pack n 'play et rehausseurs pour vos bébés et tout-petits. Matelas pneumatique queen-size disponible dans la maison pour une literie supplémentaire. Les planchers de bois franc stratifiés fonctionnent dans toute la maison.

Tous les meubles, mobilier neuf en novembre 2014. 3/4 mile Ă  pied de Disney et 1/2 mile du Anaheim Convention Center. La maison a l'air central et la chaleur, regardez les feux d'artifice Disney depuis les cours arriĂšre / avant.

Depuis le 1er janvier 2017, la ville a réduit le taux d'occupation dans toutes les maisons. Cette maison dort 13 en lits et a une occupation maximale est de 13 à tout moment.

The house was perfect for a big family! Had the right amount of rooms, space and bathrooms! The pool and hot tub were absolutely amazing! We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. It offered plenty of space for our group of three adults and two teenagers. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the Anaheim Convention Center and Disneyland. Check-out was simple and reasonable.

Pool - yes. Home - yes. Lavish - NO. This was an old home in a basic, old neighborhood near Disney. Nothing to be excited about. The house was not very clean. About 30 minutes after we arrived I picked up my grandson (who had been crawling around on the floor) and he was filthy.The beds were terrible. My husband and I were in the room at the front of the house. When you sit on the side of the bed the mattress sinks very low. When you lay down anywhere near the edge of the bed you feel like you are going to fall out. I challenge a member of management to go lay on the bed and tell me they don't need a new mattress. Similar issue with one of the mater beds in the back. We arrived later in the evening and the hot tub was nearly empty. Communication was great and they came and looked at it right away. The next morning it was still empty, but by the end of the day it was filled up. The water from the hot tub runs into the pool and I am not sure if that was the cause, but the pool was freezing. The kids got in on our last night and they were only in a few minutes because it was very cold. The fact that we had to pay the additional 'pool heating' fee was ridiculous because the pool was not warm at all. If you are going to charge extra, mandatory fees like that, you should make sure something is working first. Communication about check in was very good. That is the best thing about this property, which sadly doesn't warrant the price of the rental.

House was very nice and beds were very comfortable. We were able to watch the firewoks at disney every night from the pool. It would have been nice to know about the 10pm to 9am curfew before booking. Because this is a county ordinance and not controlled by vrbo. I did not feel it was worth changing the star rating. The first day we had a issue with the hot tub and the 4th day a water pipe broke out side. In both cases the property manage David was on site in a hour or less and resolved the issuse to prevent our trip from being disturbed.

Great house, lots of bathrooms and bedrooms. The main living space is smaller than it looks in the pictures, but the house has other spaces to use. The kitchen was great, with EVERYTHING you could need. Pool and spa were great.

Easy travel to Disneyland, and central to Legoland and Universal Studios. 3 ensuite king bedrooms.

The whole family, including 5 month old Fisher, had a wonderful time. We ate many meals at the house. Plenty of grocery stores within driving distance ( we liked Ralph’s).Plenty of privacy for sleeping (4 corners of house) central large kitchen open to gathering spots, living room and outdoor dining. Breakfast was served at an inside dining area.We were very busy enjoying the local sights.

It was very nice but I would change a few things. It was very cold in the house and it would not let us turn it up. There were a lot of spiderwebs. Maybe they need a person to come spray. Also it took a very long time for the water to get hot in the showers. All in all though it was very nice

Perfect family home for Disneyland vacation

We stayed in this house for 4 nights for my niece's 10th bday. We had 7 adults and 2 kids. The description was very accurate. We all felt there was plenty of room, kitchen space was great. The distance from Disney is little more rough than just "0.6 miles" if walking. Its 1.1 to security check point then a walk through downtown disneyland then you finally reach the gates. We only walked it once. Uber was very easy and around 10, just difficult with toddler needing a carseat and no family rideshare options in the city. The city "curfew and noise ordinance" is annoying but not the owners fault. Few things id like to point out for better comfort and stay for future guests are the baths need more shelves or towel bars to hang towels and wet pool items as bathrooms all have tiny vanities. The floors needed better cleaning, there were cheerios left behind in kitchen and under couches. The on-suite with pool access needs blackout curtains to block security lighting by pool. That door also doesnt have pool alarm button on the outside so the alarm went off alot. The alarm in general is extreme. Says you have 20 secs to get outside but its a very fast 20 sec. Toddler and elderly guest had hard time getting in & out fast enough. Lastly the fees included for cleaning are high enough having guests do all the towel laundry is insane! Id never trust other guests to wash my towels well enough. Towels smelled moldy. Dryer didnt keep up, huge fire hazard w/all the extra lint built up in it.

Wonderful Home!

This was the perfect place to stay! It had everything you could need and more!! We watched the Disney fireworks from the front yard every night at 9:30pm. We loved the heated pool and spa
 so relaxing. The beds were so comfortable and there wasn’t a single thing this house didn’t have
 Perfect for a family or several people or going to Disney or just visiting the area! Will stay again!

Anaheim noise ordinance is being enforced through this company by them making up rules that can’t be checked or monitored and then they say contract voided and they keep your deposit. They threatened to kick us out of the house on our vacation. I would never rent this again and I discourage anyone to rent this house! The property managers are rude and say things are stated in agreement that is not stated. Seems like a scam to get more money out of you! Wonder if they have ever refunded anyone’s deposit!

Disneyland family vacation

Perfect property for a multi generational group. The kids loved the pool and game room, adults loved the hot tub. Kitchen had everything you could want. Beds were comfy, nice linens. Highly recommended.

Family Disney Trip

We had a great time at this property. There were a few small issues that the property manager was very responsive to (broken ice maker, 1 TV not working). We loved the warm pool and hot tub. All the beds were comfortable. Lots of fluffy towels and beach towels. It was great to have 2 pack n plays and many strollers to choose from. Thank you for the wonderful trip.

Nice house. Great pool in the backyard. Plenty close to Disneyland. My only real gripe is the coffee maker was a giant POA other then that I would stay here again especaily with a big group.
