Privé famille Ocean Front Villa

Notre villa privĂ©e, joliment dĂ©corĂ©e se trouve Ă  quelques pas de la plage avec une grande terrasse et entrĂ©e privĂ©e Ă  la plage. Cette villa dispose de 4 niveaux d'espace de vie avec une grande terrasse privĂ©e sur le haut niveau 5 qui donne des miles de la belle Aqua eaux bleu-vert de la Caraïżœïżœbe.
Profitez de notre cuisine entiÚrement équipée, salle à manger, salon avec une télévision à écran plat et canapé-lit ainsi que d'un bar. Salon est à seulement quelques pas de la grande terrasse donnant sur les plages de sable blanc soyeux de la plage des Caraïbes. Cette villa dispose de 3 chambres, chacune avec une douche de plain-pied. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size avec salle de bain principale grande, plus une terrasse privée pour profiter du lever du soleil. Les 2 autres chambres dispose de deux lits jumeaux chacune. Chaque chambre est climatisée.
La piscine principale est Ă  seulement quelques pas de votre porte.

Miriam was an absolutely fantastic host! She reached out to see if we needed transport from the airport or if we had any questions. She welcomed us personally at the gate & showed us around the villa & resort.The villa itself was beautiful! It was well maintained & clean, beds were comfortable. We loved the convenience of being on the beach & would definitely stay here again! Oh, and they had filtered water to the fridge, so we had ice...so fantastic!I felt comfortable with the resort security, someone was always at the gate & they checked id, so make sure at least one person in the group has their id on them & that they're on the villa's guest list.

Our family of 7 had the most amazing time in this lovely beach Villa. It was comfortable and spacious for us all. We loved the terrace and the private beach access just steps from the villa. The outside shower was super convinent. It came with a bbq grill, however one of the legs was a bit unsteady and not sturdy. The beds were comfortable.Cleaning service was included. Miriam was wonderful, responsive, and super accommodating. She was there to greet us upon arrival, helped coordinate a shuttle to and from the airport, and stocked our kitchen with essential items before arriving. I would highly recommend. Also the bus stop was just steps from the main entrance of Solymar hotel. Thank u Miriam & staff!

Wonderful visit to cancun

Overall the house was great. It is a bit dated but the cleanliness and the location more than make up for it. The rooms are all good size. Plenty of bed options and the views are spectacular. You are right on the beach! Easy access to everything in town. Bus ride or quick uber get you everywhere. Miriam is wonderful and was a lifesaver for us. We arrived in two separate groups and she took care of all the arrangements. She even grocery shopped for us so we could have a meal when we arrived that evening. I highly recommend.

The place is very nice, in an easy location to access bus, very clean, direct access to the beach and so much more. The hostess, Miriam Ramirez Botello, is beyond fantastic. She stopped by one day to ensure things were going okay. I've never had such a stay.

Miriam was wonderful. The communication was detailed and attentive. We loved the restaurant recommendations. The villa has a million dollar view and conveniently located. Birthday getaway

The property could not have been better! Right on the beach with beautiful views!! It was just as pictured on the web site. And like others have said Miriam was just a delight. She shared so many things with us about the area and helped with all the set up of tours we took. We did not rent a car just took the buses. They run about ever 10 minutes. Felt very safe in this area with 24hr guards. Loved all the extras that came with the villa. My daughters birthday celebration was a great success!

This is a beautiful and well equipped villa! Right on the beach with gorgeous views. Our host Miriam was so helpful and available any time we needed her! She gave us local recommendations for food, grocery etc. it is on the south end of the hotel zone so a bit quieter, which we loved!

We had a wonderful time . The location and having direct beach access was my favorite part. The location was wonderful easy to get anywhere needed the neighbors were friendly. Miriam was such a dear, so helpful and communication was wonderful. They helped recommend a transport company and it was the perfect one . I can. It say enough good this about his place our first vrbo in Mexico exceeded every expectation.

Beautiful villa on the beach

One of the best vacation villas we have stayed in. The pictures do not do it justice. Bedrooms large and clean and comfortable beds. Can roll out of bed and onto the beach. Beautiful views from the living space and master bedroom and 3 terraces. Modern appliances in the kitchen. Miriam was a wonderful host. Great communication and helpful with suggestions from transportation to and from the airport to activities in the area. The Solymar resort was quiet and relaxed. Exactly what we needed. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful stay

First time to CancĂșn - wonderful time - it’s easy to get around on bus and safe! I was worried about my daughters going downtown by themselves but it was perfectly fine. Condo is right on beach and we loved the views. Mirium is wonderful and is a wealth of information and always available to answer questions. The pictures represent the condo very well - very comfortable and beach is spectacular.

Communication with the host was very efficient. Property was clean. The home was as per the pictures posted. The resort itself is old but this villa was very good. Lots of towels provided. Shampoo, laundry detergent etc was also provided. Parking was very close to the villa. Beach was right in front of the villa with direct and private access. Perfect for large families.

Mirium, the property manager is wonderful, gave much useful information even we got in mid night. Property location is highlight, you can see sunrise from living room, master bedroom, porch which was excellent. We loved the location and enjoyed the ocean view, walk during different time of the day. Ocean is few feet from the property. Cons: There is no dishwasher, bit difficult since I cooked full meals few times. There is a water leak in of the bathroom. Washer/Dryer area smells bad, Wi-Fi is not that great!

Beautiful gated condo with instant access to the beach.

I liked that this was gated and felt safe while there. The kitchen and rooms are nice. The patio, pool, and beach access are perfect. My family could walk to the beach for an hour, then come home for lunch. The cleaning staff did an amazing job. It wasn't until our last day until we found the kitchen pantry for things like oil, salt, pepper. The AC was noisy and I felt like we had a hard time talking the entire time in the bedrooms. The master bedroom has no locking door and just exists on the 3rd floor. This made it hard for any intimacy. The internet connection was too slow to stream any movies.
