La vie est une plage ... et je suis juste jouer dans le sable! Fantastique Gulf View !! Pinnacle Port est située sur une péninsule à l'extrémité isolée loin à l'ouest de Panama City Beach. Cette station privée fermée sur 22 hectares borde Camp Helen State Park à l'ouest, Carillon Beach exclusive à l'est, 800 acres Lake Powell au nord et les eaux émeraude du golfe du Mexique au sud. Le côté du golfe a un quart de mile de belles plages de sable blanc privée avec levers de soleil pittoresques dans les matinées et les couchers de soleil inoubliables dans les soirées. Le côté lac Powell a un quai de pêche et d'un quai avec feuillets pour votre plaisir. Il ya une piscine intérieure / extérieure chauffée avec un café ouvert saisons avec le film nuit sur la terrasse de la piscine. L'établissement propose également une deuxième piscine extérieure située par quatre courts de tennis éclairés, sauna, salle d'exercice, Pétanque, shuffle board, fers à cheval, et aire de jeux pour enfants. Notre unité récemment redécoré est situé au septième étage de l'aile la plus souhaitable de la tour le plus proche du golfe et est un deux chambres, unité de style maison de ville de deux et demi bain sur deux niveaux. Les bas salon, salle à manger, et la cuisine ont une vue directe spectaculaire sur le golfe depuis le balcon. Il ya un canapé-lit queen size avec un nouveau matelas en mousse à mémoire et causeuse pour un confort dans le salon. La suite luxueuse chambre des maîtres à l'étage a son propre balcon privé donnant sur le golfe avec Carillon et le bruit des vagues dans la nuit. Il a un lit queen size avec salle de bains avec baignoire. La chambre d'hôtes dispose de 2 lits jumeaux avec des fenêtres donnant sur le golfe et d'une salle de bains dans le couloir. Trois HD LED téléviseurs sont situés partout ainsi que wi-fi gratuit. Cinq minutes à l'ouest sur la route panoramique 30-A avec Rosemary Beach, Mer, Aquarelles, et Grayton Beach. Voyager 10 minutes à l'est, vous trouverez le complexe commercial et un restaurant populaire Pier Park. Et pour l'acheteur plus enthousiaste Sandestin et Silver Sands Outlet Mall à Destin est à seulement 25 miles de là. Venez respirer l'air frais du Golfe, regarder les belles eaux émeraude, et faire une promenade sur la plage sentir le sable entre vos orteils. Profitez de la vie!

Very Relaxing Beach vacation

This was our first time at Carillon beach and we had a wonderful time at this condo. It had a beautiful Gulf view and right on the beach. Our host was very responsive to take care of anything we needed. The condo had all the necessities we needed and we enjoyed a relaxing week on the beach!

This condo has been updated..very modern kitchen etc. Lovely view of the sunset. Right on the beach and Lake Powell. Property owner very nice and informative. I would recommend this property.

Great place. Inexpensive and just what we needed.

This place has a great view, good parking, 3 elevators (never waited more than 15 seconds), 24/7 security and nice pools. Beach access is very easy and close. Condo is newly renovated. It is on the smaller side by my family of 5 was just fine in there. Would come back again.

Great beach stay

Jeff's place was as described in the listing. It's small, but it's well-stocked. We had everything we needed for our week-stay. Jeff was great with communication and answered my texts very quickly. Would definitely recommend him as a host and his condo as a rental.

The condo was nice clean and the area was quite. There is a place for your boat if you bring one to fish. Local parks and shopping. Outlet mall was great for shopping in Destin. Also the Donut Hole was a good place to eat for breakfast. Get there early so the wait will not be long.

The unit was very old and dirty. The shower had mold and the entire unit was very dusty.

The owner was very nice and helpful, but the unit needs basic upgrades. Furniture and appliances are old, dishes were dirty, shower in master suite had mold. I can send pictures if needed. I would not recommend this unit to a family with small children.

Guess it was my fault as I didn’t read the description accurately. It’s two story with bedrooms at top of very steep stairs. Very very small condo. Water in kitchen only worked with handle in 1 position. Dryer doesn’t shut off. Owner is very kind. But the condo was very old and very disappointing. The building is very old. Air conditioner is loud and never cools below 75. Hot water takes 15-30 minutes and is opposite of what it should be. We left 2 days early.

Great Vacation!!!

We just got back from our stay in Pinnacle Port. We had a great vacation. Our Condo looked just like the pictures. It was great. We could sit on the front balcony and watch the surf and relax. We could watch the sunrise from the bedroom balcony also. The beach is so close you don't have to walk far to get in the ocean. The pool at Pinnacle Port is 8-1/2 foot deep which I found out most of the pools in the newer places only have 5-1/2 foot deep. Part of the pool is underneath and part of it is outside. So if you get sunburned you can still swim. Jeffrey the owner was great to work with and I would recommend this unit to anybody. When we go back, we will definitely be staying in this unit. Beautiful beach condo!

My friend and I (college roommate from years ago) had a wonderful girls' week at this beautifully updated condo. The views of the Gulf were fantastic and the accommodations were very comfortable. The host, Jeff, was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the process, from resolving a booking problem to addressing a couple minor issues upon check-in. I have never had a better experience with a host on any vacation trip. Thanks so much, Jeff! My husband and I visited Pinnacle Port for the first time in November. We enjoyed it so much, we returned in April with friends and last week was my third trip in six months! The quietness of the area coupled with the beauty of the beach and great views of the Gulf and Lake Powell make Pinnacle Port such a special place. We hope to return soon and would definitely choose this unit again! One note: on this visit we found the absolute best restaurant, Goatfeathers at 30Avenue. It's both a seafood market and cafe and only 3 miles from Pinnacle Port. The seafood was super fresh and cooked to perfection!

Fabulous week at the beach!

I went with my husband, adult children, and my 2 young granddaughters to this beautiful condo on the beach. The unit was spotless, everything was very comfortable and well maintained. The view from the living area balcony was awesome! As was the view from the second bedroom upstairs. The master balcony's view was of the parking lot but we didn't spend much time in there anyway. The beds were super comfortable, water pressure and the showers were great. We had all the kitchen supplies we needed and we used the washer/dryer once while we were there with great success. There were bathrooms upstairs and down which was very convenient. The living area had a comfy couch and reclining chairs and felt very roomy. We were on the 7th floor but rarely waited for more then a couple of minutes for the elevator. The journey from our room to the sand was no more than 5 minutes. We rented umbrellas and chairs from Burkes Beach Services and they were waiting for us directly in line of sight from our balcony. We had a couple of rainy days and the indoor pool was perfect to keep the 2yr old and 4 yr old happy. There were also tennis courts, shuffleboard, and a playground. The area surrounding the Pinnacle Port Resort had everything we needed. Nearby Publix grocery store, liquor store, restaurants, shopping, etc. but it wasn't crazy touristy busy like it is nearer to Destin. Jeff was a fabulous host - made everything in the lovely unit easy to use and was always quick to respond.

October 2022 stay

Condo was just as pictured. Views from balconies were great . Saw dolphins every day. Easy access directly to the beach. Enjoyed the use of tennis courts, shuffleboard, bocce ball and pickle ball.

Great location and Great Condo!

Wonderful updated condo with balcony on the beach. Very clean. Kitchen fully stocked with dishes, pans and all utensils. Pictures are exact for all rooms. Very pleased with our stay. The gated community was a plus since it was a girls weekend and we felt very safe. The neighborhood the condo is in was very nice. We walked in the mornings before enjoying the beach. Beach was great since it is located away from all the business of Panama City Beach. Close enough to enjoy 30A B or drive into Panama City. I would definitely rent this condo again. Great communication with the host.

A great get away place!

Me, the lady and few friends stayed at this place, beautiful apartment, amazing view of the ocean, easiest access to the beach! Jeff was very helpful and made sure our stay was the best experience. Great stay!

We loved our stay and everything about the location. No crowded elevators, beach, or noise while still being close to great restaurants. The grocery stores are only a 5-minute drive to get to. The view from the balconies was our favorite part of the trip! Jeff was great to work with and very quick to respond. Perfect spot for a family beach getaway!
