Solana Beach

We enjoyed our time at Solana Beach. The property was spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again, highly recommend.

Quiet, relaxing and near the beach

Loved the generous space in the rental. Loved the windows that offered plenty of natural light. Kitchen was very amply equipped. Loved the large screen Roku TV. Easy access to the street side, but quite a hike to the ocean side of the property. Quite a few steps involved in getting around the property but beautiful trees and flora. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great quiet place in Solana Beach/Del Mar. Spacious and roomy, but doesn't have a view of the ocean. Was generally clean, but everything from cabinets to carpets, doors, cutlery, etc is on the older side and needs replacement. Stubbs Staff is super friendly and helpful. But be aware of the multitude of fees in their agreements - an overkill in my view.

The condo’s location was convenient to all Solana Beach and Del Mar area activities. The condo was well furnished and well supplied. The multiple decks offered a nice setting for outside discussions. The condo was very clean. As usual, Stubbs employees answered all questions and responded to all needs in a timely and friendly manner. I recommend the condo to others and would stay again if available.

Nice floor plan and location but old needs updating

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was a one story nice layout close to the street. After spending a day in the condominium we noticed most of the dishes were dirty when taking them out of the cupboard to use. The dishwasher doesn’t work very well. Also we noticed our drinks and milk in the refrigerator weren’t very cold. And realized the door doesn’t seal closed consistently. During our stay the kitchen sink backed up and we had to report it to management and they had someone come and fix it. We noticed ant traps around the house with ants in them. The carpet was very dirty and old. It looks Like original flooring. It would improve the condo soMuch to get new appliances and a vinyl hardwood looking flooring throughout. The patio furniture was dirty white plastic. On the positive. We liked the one story layout, the provided boogie board, cooler and chairs, the sofas were comfortable and also the beds. They should have provided more than two rollsOf toilet paper and a couple bath towels seeing we were staying there for one week. I hope this helps. Thanks for letting us enjoy a family vacation at yourComplex.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are still there--the unit needs help, drains slow, dirty, rusty, cleaning devices defective,TV remote not working, etc.. A mistake by us to commit to 3 months. Suggest one inspects before committing.
