The home was beautiful and Marco was very easy to work with to get checked in and show us around the property and explain where things were. We had a wonderful stay here and would come back!

The host was on site to meet us when we arrived to help us get oriented. (We appreciated the welcome bottle of prosecco and treats provided!) The property offers spectacular views of the lake. It sits between the road and the train line (and both can be noisy at times but not a huge issue). We had a fantastic stay and recommend this lovely place to others.

Highly recommend and would visit again! The views were incredible! Marco was a superb host. Very responsive . The garage parking spot as well as the entire place was clean, well kept and secure. Waking upto the lake views every morning was truly a treat.

The apartment was perfect for our family of 3. We loved the location - literally a 5 mins drive to Varenna piazza, Villa Monestero/Villa Cipressi. Property is amazing - VERY clean and well maintained. Includes parking for a car which was very convenient. The views are amazing…the property is exactly like the pictures. We didnt realize from the listing, but the property is also connected to the waterfront via a a tunnel under the road…there is a small pebble laced area/beach where you can relax with a few beach chairs.Marco and Francesca were great hosts and we will DEFINITELY stay here next time we’re in this area.

House was spotless, kitchen had everything needed! Hosts were very kind and helpful! Went out of their way to help us when stranded on Sunday, no taxi available.We did not have a car. Host and accommodations were amazing!! The views and location was perfect and we feel better than any hotel in the area. We truly had a great time at this property and enjoyed the views without having to drive to another location on the lake. It was clean, updated, and a special place.

Absolutely spectacular stay! The hosts are extremely helpful, communicative and kind. We felt right at home and they helped us to navigate successfully a medical issue that happened to occur while we were traveling to Varenna. They literally saved the rest of our trip because of their help getting my husband into a doctor. The property is immaculate, spotlessly clean and well appointed. The views are stunning and second to none. The private beach access was wonderful for our teenage sons- they loved being able to play in the lake. We would rate this property more than 5 stars if we could and will definitely recommend to anyone we know traveling to Varenna!

This property is amazing! My wife and I spent 3 nights here and it was a great spot for home base. Just a few minutes from Varenna, which is a ferry ride from everywhere. We spent much of our time in Varenna because we loved it so much. This apartment has beach access which we used to swim in the lake everyday. The garden and outside seating were so peaceful, with beautiful views of the lake. The kitchen was well equipped and the whole apartment was ideally stocked for your every need. Also, the garage downstairs for parking was very nice to have. I cannot say enough about how great Marco and his wife were. Very responsive and helpful the whole time. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful Lake Como escape!

We were 2 people and spent 6 nights in this apartment in early October. We had a rental car and secure garage was provided. Varenna was 5-10 minutes drive but you can’t walk it easily on the busy road with no foot path. Parking in Varenna can be challenging after 10 am but there is a large deck on one side of town and a train station parking are on the other. Weekends - arrive before 10 am for best chance to park. The apartment was very clean and spacious with many lovely artistic touches. Host was very easy to communicate with and helped us get restaurant reservations. We had the cooking class offered by his daughters right there in our kitchen and I highly recommend this experience early in your trip if you are staying for many days because the food we made sustained us for 4 days and it was delicious! The view is stunning and the patio is so lovely. We would have spent a lot more time out there but the mosquitos were very aggressive this time of year. Multiple AC units in the apartment - including the sunroom/dining room. WiFi worked great. Laundry was easy to access. We did not use the fitness room. Highly recommend the property and the hosts. The apartment is adjacent to the main road into Varenna and the traffic sounds are 24/7. The windows block this sound very well for sleeping.

5 star location with epic views

Wonderful accommodations with epic views of Lake Como. Location was excellent as well, close by to grocery store, restaurants, ferry access and hiking trails.

Our family of five enjoyed our short time in this beautiful rental. The location is great, the views are fantastic, and the apartment amenities are wonderful. The hosts were very responsive and helpful, and have obviously put a lot of thought and work into the place. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay on Lake Como.

Perfect perfect location right across from Lake.All facilities were fantastic and exactly as advertised no issues whatsoever and communication with our Host was so easy and he was so welcoming. Nice touch with water and treats for us when we arrived.Cannot praise this property enough!
