Excellent Home in Prime Location

We had an excellent stay at this beautiful home, and will definitely return. The only negative is the street noise, which impacts outdoor space a bit. Otherwise, the home itself offers wonderful amenities and exceeds all other expectations.

Great stay - can't beat the location and quality!

We were lucky to stay in Bill's home during a busy weekend in Scottsdale. Every element of it - from reserving, through check-in, accomodations, and responsiveness - was seamless. It is incredibly close to everything you could want to do in Scottsdale and the home is well-appointed / relaxing. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a great, quality place to rest and enjoy Arizona.

Location and style off the charts!!

8 adults - we went down for a birthday celebration. Place was incredibly located, just a 20ish minute walk to Old Town Scottsdale. Bill the property manager was such a pleasure to work with, and made the whole process seamless. We did not have a bad thing to say about this place - beautifully appointed, and a perfect location to enjoy Scottsdale for a few days - would stay there again in a heartbeat!!

Home is modern and well appointed. Easy to use electronics, pool and hot tub. Location close to Old Town. Some road noise as the home is adjacent to Scottsdale road. Home manager was available and responsive to questions.

Christmas stay

Bill was easy to get a hold of. Home was clean and in a good location. Road noise can be loud at times but not a big deal. Bought T.P. And Detergent as it was the only things needed. Would recommend more bath towels though. Lots of pool towels available .We would stay again. :)

Backyard Paradise

This house was perfect for our family get together!! The house is beautifully equipped it is so clean, modern and has a nicely laid out floor plan. Perfect for entertaining and it can accommodate a large family with different areas throughout for privacy. There was no need to go elsewhere during our stay because we enjoyed the pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, misters, outdoor fireplaces, tv’s and pool table!!! Bill, the host of this property was excellent and never made me feel like a bother when asking questions.

Great place with central location

House was a great fit for our group of 6 adults. The outdoor space is what we were looking for as we were visiting from cold MN so we didn't spend much time indoors except to sleep. The hot tub was great as was the gas fireplace right outside the one bedroom. The bar area was a bit dark after the sun went down but we messaged Bill about it and he brought over a lamp for us. He was very helpful and responsive during our entire stay. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for something with a good location and wonderful outdoor space.

Simply Perfect!

An incredible home in a fantastic location! We were in town to move our son into ASU for his freshman year and Bill’s place was awesome for our family!!! The upgrades and evolution vision to bring a very classy and modern design to this home makes your stay inspiring. Great pool and outdoor area to unwind from a busy day on ASU Tempe campus and then recharge for a quick spin into Old Town for fabulous dining and nightlife. Bill’s hospitality made for a truly wonderful stay
 we will be returning for sure! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us Bill- we are looking forward to our next visit!

We love Scottsdale

This is a great property. It is right on the corner and butts up to Scottsdale Road which is a busy street. The traffic noise at times is loud. The owner is very nice and helpful. We did have four times where people unexpectedly walked into the back yard to perform maintenance. Once my adult daughter was in her underwear walking to the Casita and was met but a guy replacing pool lights. Another my girlfriend and I were not properly dressed and the pool guy came. Scared us. We got a 1/2 hour noticed that guys were coming to put gutters on the house which meant dogs could not be out for the day as gates were open. A heads up on people entering the residence would be helpful to future guests. Overall a great stay. The house is recently been remodeled, and is very nice. Everything is in the house that you would ever possibly need.

Scottsdale retreat

Our annual visit to Scottsdale for Spring Training was super relaxing and enjoyable at this wonderful house. We spent all our time outdoors enjoying pool,hot tub, fireplace and bar with tv’s. Bill the owner was great and easily accessible for any questions or problems. We definitely will be back!!

Best location ever!

I have stayed in Scottsdale before and this location was by far superior. So close to shopping, dining and activities. Property owner was responsive and helpful. We had a minor issue with the hot tub heating up and got immediate assistance. Amazing back yard experience!!

Great Location. Great Backyard

Very close to restaurants/shopping in Scottsdale. Although it was only about 50/60 degrees, my kids enjoyed the hot tub and pool while adults enjoyed watching tv near the fire table. Owner was very responsive.

This is a cozy private 3 bedroom home plus an additional guest house with its own king bed, tv, hvac, and shower with new pool, spa and outdoor kitchen in a very close proximity to all that Downtown Scottsdale has to offer. 1/2 mile to Scottsdale Fashion Square, Entertainment District. Ride the free Trolley to activities of downtown. E-Z access to anywhere in the Valley of the Sun.

New Pool and heated Spa with remote control built summer 2018. Shade cover, travertine outdoor patio, mist system. Outdoor kitchen with 8 chairs, gas BBQ and smoker. High top table & chairs for outdoor entertaining. We just installed 4/25/2019 new outdoor lights above the outdoor kitchen and above the firepit. Two Outdoor TV's! Huge Stone outdoor fireplace. Large covered patio with gas fire pit and seating. You'll love downtown location if you want to be near the heart of the City. Host of the Fiesta Bowl Experience. Spring Training. Near the entertainment district, shopping, restaurants. Tons of great activities nearby.
