Great Rental!

Really enjoyed our stay. Communication was excellent and you could tell the owner wanted us to enjoy our stay. Everything we needed was there and the location was excellent for Bonita Bay as well as getting quickly to Naples and other destinations.

AMAZING

The property made for a dream vacation. The property manager and the owners were so very easy to work with. I had their numbers to text and call before arrival. The unit was super clean. The location was wonder. Transportation to and from the beach was provided and the pool was walking distance. We will look to stay here again.

Perfect property for a wonderful vacation. Owner was awesome to deal with.

We spent a lovely time in this unit. It had everything we needed for our stay and then some. Check in was no problem with a combo on the front door. The unit was spotless and ready for us to make ourselves at home. Wi-fi, Netflix, recommendations for activities and restaurants were all provided. The rooms were spacious and exactly as described, if not better. The community is wonderful, with bike paths, walking trails, and plenty of green space. The owner supplies two bicycles and we rode the paths several times. The garage was made available to us, which is not something we were expecting - an added bonus! We were steps from the pool and had it to ourselves every time we went. The pool also had a gas grill that we used numerous times when we didn't feel like going out to dinner. The community beach bus stop was right around the corner. This bus runs every hour to the Bonita Bay private beach. This was a huge plus! Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided on the beach, so all we had to take were towels and a cooler. There is a snack bar at the beach if you didn't want to bother with taking your own drinks and food. They even have gas grills, that we utilized for lunch one day. This private beach was a great amenity. The bus starts running at 9 and we would recommend not catching anything later than the 10:00. The beach and bus both get crowded later in the day. The best part of our stay was the owner. He was the most responsive of any owner we have dealt with previously. All emails were answered within hours (sometimes minutes) and questions/issues were dealt with promptly. His local property manager checked in with us several times to make sure all was well. We can't say enough good things about the owner and our dealings with him. Our security deposit was promptly refunded. We would definitely stay here again and have already inquired about returning next year. Should you wish to stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Bonita Bay is a great community in an great location. 2,400 acres of which 3/4 remain untouched and natural. When you walk or ride bicycles you feel you are in the tropics, yet when you leave the gated community you are right in the middle of great restaurants, shopping, farmer's market, lots to do. The residence has be recently updated with new paint, furnishings, and appliances.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Large private lanai, 15 miles of bike/walking paths, Bonita Bay has a private beach, community pool 60 yards from the front door, everything is close yet so very private. Additional two bedrooms upstairs provides visitors privacy while the first floor master is convenient and private.
