Profitez de cette belle unité de coin au premier étage, lumineuse et lumineuse, avec sa vaste enveloppe entièrement meublée autour de la véranda. Vous apprécierez les vues calmes et paisibles de la nature pendant que vous commencez et finissez votre journée sur cette charmante véranda!
Cette unité est disponible à la semaine, au mois ou à la saison.
Le condo a tout le confort de la maison. Vous apprécierez la cuisine entièrement équipée et mise à jour. Le salon / salle familiale comprend un canapé-lit queen-size, un maître king-size et une chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux. Tables à manger dans le condo ou sur la véranda. Il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse dans l'unité pour votre commodité. Les draps, les serviettes de bain et de plage sont fournis. Il y a des télévisions dans toutes les pièces à vivre, ainsi qu'un accès Internet. Il y a une climatisation centrale et plusieurs ventilateurs de plafond pour votre confort.
Wild Pines possède sa propre piscine, un spa, projeté dans un club house avec réfrigérateur, des tables pour manger ou socialiser, des salles de bains, des courts de tennis réservés exclusivement aux clients de Wild Pines et un pavillon de grillades. À quelques pas de notre parking, la navette gratuite du club de plage privé circule tous les jours de Thanksgiving jusqu'en avril.

Room was spotless and very comfortable including all the extras like kitchen supplies, bathroom and laundry supplies, etc. Owners are very responsive with quick response on a question about guests. Bonita Bay is wonderful. We especially loved the new beach house and easy shuttle service. What a great visit!

Mark and Amy are very welcoming and attentive. I loved the area of Bonita Bay with all the beautiful landscaping.. We had our bikes and rode on all the lovely bike paths. Enjoyed kayaking and appreciated the private beach. They had all the amenities you could ever need. We really enjoyed our stay!

We loved the property!

The condo was perfect for our family of four and very clean. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella that were provided. The hosts were very accommodating and the area was quiet and safe. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay

Love staying at the Wild Pines. Close to restaurants and entertainment. This unit has great furnishings and is very clean. Love the shuttle to the beach.

Spectacular!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The owners are so accommodating and pleasant to work with. The place is well appointed and beautifully decorated. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed and was much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely place for a young family

Myself and my extended family have stayed in quite a few rentals in Bonita Bay over the years and this was BY FAR the best one! It was very spacious and very clean! Our extended family that were staying in other rentals last week were jealous when they came to check out our place. Everything was very up-to-date and top line. I would highly recommend staying here and we plan to book it every year for our yearly trip!

Florida Getaway

This is our 2nd time staying at this condo. It is conveniently located to all restaurants and shopping. Naples Waterside Shops exquisite shopping is a few miles down the road. The condo was as perfect as it was the first time. The Wild Pines pool is clean and well maintained. The walking trails through Bonita Bay are beautiful. Great hosts and very responsive.

The property advertisement should be corrected as many of the amenities listed are not available such as the gym and Pickleball. The Bonita Bay Club is not used by the property owners and therefore we did not have access

Greeting Carlos, We are so sorry for any misunderstanding you had about access to the Bonita Bay Club, it is not listed as being an amenity in our advertisement and as I stated to you, it is a separate membership that we do not have. We also do not list a gym or gym membership in our advertisement , but Bonita Bay does have outdoor exercise stations at the Riverwalk Park that are beautiful. The pickleball courts were down and are currently under construction due to the hurricanes that our area experienced the previous year. Best Vacation Rental We’ve Ever Had!!

This was by far the cleanest vacation rental we’ve ever seen…my wife must’ve commented 15 times how spotless it was (and she’s a clean freak). Check-in was effortless, the amenities were just right and the neighborhood was perfect for us. Mark and Amy were great to communicate with and answered all questions virtually immediately, both before and during our rental period. I can’t recommend this property strongly enough. Honestly unless you’re staying at the Hyatt Regency down the road, you’re not going to find a better place to stay in the area and we hope we have the opportunity to rent from them again.

Girls Getaway

Check in was easy. The condo was spotless clean. It was nice that coffee, creamer and sugar was provided so we didn’t feel like we had to make a grocery run the first day we arrived. Went to dinner at DeRomo’s which is walking distance or a short drive from the condo. The pool is very conveniently located across the parking lot. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and the bath mats are so soft. Everyone in the building was so friendly, would stay again.

Super Clean, Well Stocked and Comfortable Condo!

We had a wonderful one week stay. We didn't need keys because of the electronic lock which was great for multiple people. The condo was really clean. Amy had all the amenities we needed including shampoo, conditioner, soap, tissues, paper towels, and beach towels. We were right at home from the moment we walked in! The beds were comfortable and the evenings were quite. We enjoyed the use of the three bikes and we were able to swim in the heated pool. The van to the beach club was great! We did not want to leave. I hope we can come back to the area and if we do, we will stay here again.

We are Amy and Mark from Michigan.
We enjoy sunny skies, warm oceans, hiking, biking, camping, spending time with our family and friends, but mostly,,,, we LOVE spending time with our beloved grand babies!!

This unit is spacious, quiet, lots of sunlight, with a large wrap around lanai. The pool and clubhouse are just across the parking lot directly across from our building.
We have renovated and updated nearly everything in the condo, including all new appliances, and furniture. The kitchen and bathrooms were recently renovated.

The private Beach Club is truly exceptional. To have all the ameneties at your disposal for a perfect day at the beach is just priceless. A beautiful bath house, private parking or a Bonita Bay Shuttle, umbrellas, loungers, chairs, tables waiting for you. There are 2 pavillions with gas grills available for your use. There are some concession foods available, otherwise you can pack up your cooler and bring it along with you to the beach. FREE ice and water are available at the bath house consessions area .
