Had a fabulous time at this property. It's in a beautiful location with views of Grikos bay. Angelos, the house owner was extremely helpful and flexible. Highly recommended!

Séjour très agréable.La description n'informait pas que la maison se situait au milieu d'un ensemble d'une dizaine de maisons quasi identiques. La maison est bien décorée.Le lit en hauteur dans la deuxième chambre est conçue pour des enfants et pas pour un deuxième couple. La seule chose désagréable est qu'il n'y a pas de coffre, pour garder les papiers ,passeports ,billets de voyages divers ...Il faut transporter tout avec soi à la plage ....et surveiller tout le temps son sac, en allant se baigner.

Very clean and well equipped house in a quiet area. We had a very pleasant stay in Angelo's home!

The pictures refletcts exactly the space. The house is very well-equipped and confortable. The terrace is pleasant and we can just walk to the Grikos beach and Petra beach. Very good restaurants in the area. Parking place available which is precious. Thank you Angelos!

Ideal place on a perfect island

Overall our stay in Aggelos' house was perfect. The location was ideal, between Chora and Skala, overlooking Groikos bay with a very nice view. The place was spacious, very functional, everything was working perfectly and on top of that it was very well decorated and furnished. The service by the designated lady during arrival and departure was very effective, informative, discreet and pleasant. In short we would highly recomend this place for families or 2 couples.

Amazing holidays, amazing house !!

The villa was beautifully furnished and very well equipped. The beds were very comfortable as were the sun loungers for the pretty terrace . The area was very quiet which suited us perfectly. We enjoyed our walk to Skala and Petra for food each evening. The island of Patmos is stunning. We walked a number of sections of the coast walk all of which were very well sign posted. Angelos has created a lovely house and we lacked for nothing. There is a fantastic view from the terrace . We had all of the cooking equipment we needed. Would like to visit again and would happily go back to you Angelos. Thank you for a wonderful holiday. Kelly and Steve

A cool retreat in Patmos!

We intensely enjoyed our stay. The house made its promise fully true! The rooms were fresh, nice and cool, the veranda was comfortable and peaceful. All very welcome, it was a very hot summerweek. The villa is absolutely amazing, with a great view to the Groikos sea! We were able to do our laundry and make coffee. We could have cooked complete meals, but with all the great restaurants nearby we didn't want to. I would definitely rent this again!!

Fantastic spot with a beautiful quiet sea view

Angelos' house is beautifully situated over a quiet bay. If you're looking to relax in a peaceful haven then this is for you. I would highly recommend both the house and the owner !

Perfect House

The house is wonderful - spacious, stylish, cool, well-equipped, clean and comfortable. The owner and his partner on the island are so helpful and accommodating. The location is perfect. We had a fabulous time with our daughter on Patmos!

Best Holidays ever!

Charming spacious house, nicely decorated and pleasantly cooled with air conditioning (essential in summer). Magnificent location near the beach of Groikos, far from the noise and close to charming Petra area. We had an excellent contact with the owner, and the photos were exact. Everything was perfect during our stay. Looking forward to visit next year ! Great stay and highly recommended !

It was perfect! Amazing sea view!

The photos were exact, but the reality is even better. The location is to dream about with a view to Groikos port and the deep blue of the Golf sea. The house is beautifully presented, tastefully decorated and furnished. It is brand new and fitted to a very high standard, so that everything works as it should. It was clean on arrival and obviously well cared for by the delightful caretaker. There is a wealth of ancient sites nearby and great beaches , most notably Petra beach and the cave of Apocalypse between the villages of Chora and Skala. We spent a wonderful family holiday in the upper house and would unhesitatingly recommend it! Looking forward to next summer !!

Lovely house, caring people, relaxation!

The villa is totally new build and very well equipped. We ( 2 adults + 2 kids), spend a really fantastic holidays here. Besides the nice interior, the biggest plus is the closeness to the beach Groikos. The owner and his partner were very friendly and caring and made us feel truly comfortable as everything we had discussed via emails was there. We have seen many great villas, but this is the first time we really want to re-visit next year. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful Villa

We stayed here for a week and wished we would have booked for two weeks!!! The Villa is beautiful, clean and so well maintained. There is everything you could possibly want...the owners have put so much thought into it. The villa was everything we had hoped for.The beaches and restaurants nearby were brilliant. Would highly recommend to anyone!

AMAZING STAY AT AN ENJOYABLE PLACE!

We called this house home for 2 weeks and truly loved it. It was just what we expected and the owner had organised for us to be met by a man who lived in the town. We explored the wonderful Petra and the beautiful Groikos and Skala and ate at the local restaurants and cafes. We also self catered in the kitchen which had everything that was required! The beds were comfortable - the bathrooms were very clean. The whole house was welcoming at the end of a day's sightseeing. We would stay there again and highly recommend it! The owner made eveything easy for us from the initial enquiry to the end payment and the house is exactly as it is shown in the photos. Highly recommended! Will visit again next year. Relaxing Villa with great view !

We had 8 days in Villa . We are a family of 5 adults. Our stay started with our port pick up by Antonis. We requested a car so, Antonis was waiting for us with a car. He really was amazing and helped us with all our requests. The view and villa were amazing and to be honest, we didn't want to leave. The accomodation was luxury and we were so pleased to stay and relax in the house. I highly recommend this villa for a stay in Patmos. Also it was only a 10 min drive into Patmos Town and 3 min on foot to the beach in front. Thank you for a great stay !

Lovely house with a marvelous view

Well equipped house. Perfect for å family of 4-6. You need to rent a care or a motorbike to go to the shops. Nice beach online a few minutes walk from the house but you have to go by car or boat to reach the best beach in Patmos psillis amos.

Perfect stay and very friendly owner!

A family of 4 adults and 2 babies stayed at this villa for two weeks. I could only said that everything was perfect. The owner and his partner were very helpful in everything you need, the house is really nice and confortable to stay in and the surroundings are beautiful. It is a very safe and quiet place ideal for family and couple vacation. I highly recommend it!!

"The property is brand new with very tasteful furnishings and ideal for a family of 4/5. As it is on one level it is very safe for little children and is it is only 4km from the port or the Chora and 2 minutes walk to the beach at Groikos."

"A beautiful spacious vil...

"A beautiful spacious villa with all the amenities you need for a great vacation. The villa is outstandingly clean and well maintained, overlooking the most beautiful bay in the island of Patmos. The house is very well equipped with everything needed, especially for cooking, if you want to relax at home. As a family of 4 we highly recommend this villa for a great vacation. The high quality of living standards created in the villa reflects the owners care for the tenants."
