Une unitĂ© merveilleuse juste rĂ©novĂ© moderne sur Maalaea Bay avec une belle vue sur l'ocĂ©an qui a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ© avec tous les nouveaux cuisine, salle de bain, les revĂȘtements de sol et les meubles.

La piscine en bord de mer est un endroit merveilleux pour passer la journée suivie d'une merveilleuse soirée et le dßner aux barbecues à gaz en plein air. Unité a une vue superbe sur la mer pour se détendre pendant ces heures du soir.

Maalaea village est une petite communautĂ© face Ă  l'ocĂ©an oĂč vous pouvez facilement marcher Ă  tous les niveaux de salle Ă  manger, commerces, activitĂ©s de front de mer, et une belle plage en croissant de sable d'or.

Relaxing Condo with Ocean View

Nice relaxing spot nestled in Maalaea Bay. Features full kitchen, nice large bed and balcony with a great view. Haycraft beach is within walking distance down the road and has great snorkeling (Fish/Turtles). Great place to stay on a budget. Would stay again.

Wonderful hosts, great location!

Fantastic balcony, looks right onto the pool and ocean beyond. Really quiet, clean property with everything you need! Great central location, a 20 minute drive to all the other hot spots! The hosts are the best we’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with, super responsive and helpful! So great we booked again for next year already!

We very much enjoyed staying at this property. There is everything you need and a few extras were available such as boogie boards and beach, chairs, etc. It was only about a 15 minute ride from the airport and you could go either way from there.

Great location!

We stayed at Island Sands 510 for 2 weeks in November. Really enjoyed the central and quiet location. The condo had everything we needed and it was very clean. We had a little problem with the TV and Ron was there to fix it immediately. The view from the balcony is great. We enjoyed our trip to Maui and hope to return! Thank you! Fred and Lynn

Oceanfront condo with spectacular view

The condo is in a quiet complex with a well-kept pool, BBQs and grounds. It is in a great location and the view of the ocean is spectacular. We loved having the washer and dryer in the condo. The condo is comfortable but is in need of some upgrades. Looking forward to returning to Maui next year. Mahalo Ron & Shirley for sharing your condo.

Bring Binoculars!

This condo is in a quiet well-kept complex with a pretty pool and grounds. The unit is small, but the space is adequate for two people. No frills, but it was clean and had everything we needed. I do wish the owner had left written instructions for operating the tv's. There was a mystifying array of remotes, and we never did master them. The best thing about the condo is the location. We were there during Humpback Whale season, and our lanai was a perfect perch for whale watching. We really regretted not packing our binoculars (hence the tittle of this review). There is a very nice little beach park at the end of the road, only about 1/4 mile from the complex. Walk 1/4 mile in the opposite direction and you are at Ma'alea Village, where there are a few cafes, shops, and the Maui Ocean Center. A couple of caveats: - There is air conditioning, but the two window units are very noisy. We mostly got by without a/c by opening the doors and windows to let the bay breezes flow through. - The condo buildings along Ma'alea Bay are directly under the landing path for the airport at Kahului. The planes coming in for a landing are not too frequent, but they are loud. Not a deal breaker for us, but worth mentioning. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would consider renting this condo again.

Beautiful

The home is lovely, the location is great and the view is spectacular! It was just my husband and I so we didn’t use the pullout couch. Book here you won’t be disappointed, I highly recommend it.

Maalaea Bay

I feel this little spot on the island is the best. Quiet yet convenient. This little condo was very nice. Great view of the ocean. Ron was quick to respond on the one occasion that I needed a little assistance. Mahalo Ron and Shirley for sharing your little slice of paradise with us!

Great location

Nice condo right on the ocean, could see whales from the balcony! Good central location. Small beach out front but very close to some larger ones. We went to both Kaanipali and Wailea area, short drive. Condo very clean and comfy! Has everything you need including beach chairs, cooler, umbrella. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at this condo! It was clean and the view was gorgeous! We walked down to the sand on our first morning there and loved seeing a turtle! The kitchen was well-stocked and we loved having a washer and dryer! Mahalo!

Absolutely perfect in every way!

Sunrises and sunsets with this view were incredible. You feel like you could just dive right off the balcony and into the ocean. But don’t! Haha this had everything we needed and was an ideal location for taking our 1 year old to the aquariums because it’s practically next door! Honestly having the nice tv to watch a show on Netflix or Hulu (Survivor is our fav) really helped to decompress after a full day of travel only made more rigorous with COVID. All in all we were supremely happy with our stay. I asked the host for late checkout because of a zoom doctors appointment of a half hour and they responded quickly and accommodated my request. So kind. The kitchen is fully functional and having your own washer and dryer in the unit is soooo handy. I swear that’s what got me to book this over some others and I’ve used it daily. The only thing is I wish there was a kettle because I’m a tea drinker. But you can just add water and no coffee to the coffee maker and it totally works to heat up water. Also my husband wished there was a coffee grinder cause he brought his own beans. Also wish the water pressure was a little stronger but totally gets the job done. But the king bed with a babe is so essential and we have had great nights sleep. The bed is so comfortable. The AC is a little loud in the room but it works as a white noise machine for sleeping baby so mama and dada don’t need to be quiet out in the living room/kitchen or when showering. Another nice feature is the two doors into the bathroom (one from bedroom and one from living room hall) so you can close it off when babe is napping but still access it without walking through the bedroom. All little things I thoroughly appreciated about this all in one complete condo. We will absolutely keep this in mind for our future Maui visits! We are happy campers all the way around! Nice Ocean View, and strong trade winds

I picked this unit for the nice ocean front view and the fact that it offered Air Conditioning in both living room and bedroom and it delivered nicely on both of these. The unit is in a very windy part of the island, I thought knew that, but found the winds a bit more brisk than anticipated. While this condo hit the marks for me, I would suggest insulating the doors and louver window in the bedroom to keep the winds from blowing out the cool air when you choose to use the AC. Other high marks were for a nicely updated bathroom, and convent assigned parking.

Great Property

Had a wonderful 3 night stay. Very nicely appointed property with lots of modern touches. Beautiful view of Haleakala off the balcony, and a wonderful, quiet beach just down the street. It’s a very short drive to Kihei to the south and Lahina to the north. Would definitely stay here again.
