Summer est un appartement lumineux, avec vue sur les toits de Rome, le bâtiment des années 900 se situeau cœur de Trastevere, un des quartiers plus caractéristique et fameux de Roma. Un Architect a restructuré et meublé l’appartement avec finition de prestige. L’appartement d’environ 50 mc est doté de tout confort, composé d’ample salon avec divan-lit pour deux personnes, coin cuisine équipée (plan cuisson, four électrique, frigo-congélateur, grille-pain, balance), une chambre double lit, salle de bain. Les pièces lumineuses sont mises en valeur grâce à des hauts plafonds avec poutres apparentes en bois. Situé à proximité du Gianicolo et de la basilique de «Santa Maria in Trastevere » facilite l’accès au Vatican, le Panthéon, Piazza Navona et le centre historique de la ville. Les passionnés de la « Movida romana » auront le plaisir de pouvoir fréquenter des restaurants, des Cinémas, des théâtres et d’éventuels spectacles, concerts.

Very Good

The apartment is clean and quiet. The location is in one of the best parts of Rome as a visitor. The host is very professional. I would love to stay here again if we return to Rome.

Very comfortable apartment in great location offering walking access to lively residential area in Rome. We had significant transport delays on our arrival in Rome and our checkin process was able to change to suit our situation; much appreciated 😀

Perfect

Wonderful, clean apartment. Modern new kitchen and bathroom with big shower. Big balcony, not shown in photos. And the elevator was a relief for our aching feet. Great location, around the corner from Piazza di S. Cosimato, with a daily vegetable market, and families hanging out. We received a warm welcome from Silvana's daughter, Raffaella. And they called for us to reserve a taxi to the airport. Very happy with everything. Thank you.

Super séjour dans un superbe appartement !

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Silvana et son mari, ils sont tous les deux adorables et très gentils. L'appartement, idéalement situé et proche de tout, est confortable, décoré avec bon goût et très propre. Nous nous y sommes senti comme chez nous ! Le quartier est très agréable et animé, sans aucune nuisance sonore dans la rue où est situé l'appartement. Nous avions déjà séjourné à Rome, ville que nous adorons et dorénavant, quand nous reviendrons, nous relouerons cet appartement. C'est certain.

My husband and I enjoyed ...

My husband and I enjoyed a lovely one-month stay in the Summer apartment. The property is spotlessly clean, quiet and very well located, near a public market and shops in the Trastevere. Our hosts, Sylvana and Maurizio, were extremely gracious and frequently inquired about our well-being. Upon our evening arrival on May 1st, a legal holiday in Italy when most shops are closed, they generously provided us with food supplies for the next morning’s breakfast, and a bottle of wine for the evening. The apartment, located in an older building, is tastefully renovated and very comfortable. We highly recommend this property for a prolonged sejourn in Rome./Mon conjoint et moi avons passé un très agréable séjour d’un mois dans l’appartement Summer. Le logis était impeccable, propre, calme et très bien situé, à proximité d’un marché public et des commerces dans le Trastevere. Sylvana et Maurizio sont des hôtes des plus attentionnés. À notre arrivée en soirée le 1er mai, fête du travail en Italie où tous les commerces sont fermés, ils nous ont généreusement fourni des vivres pour notre petit-déjeuner le lendemain et une bouteille de vin pour agrémenter notre soirée. Par la suite, ils n’ont cessé de s’enquérir de notre bien-être. L’appartement, situé dans un vieil immeuble, a été rénové avec beaucoup de goût et est très confortable. Nous le recommandons vivement pour un séjour prolongé à Rome.

Presque parfait. Un peu b...

Presque parfait. Un peu bruyant cependant à certaines heures, mais nous sommes en ville. Au besoin on ferme les fenêtres et on climatise. Appartement agréable, bien situé. Propriétaire avenant. On conseille cet appartement.

Très bel appartement situ...

Très bel appartement situé dans le quartier du trastavere au coeur de rome. Le sejour a été super et les propriétaires sont extrèmement accueillants et sympathiques. Le plus: des vélos sont à votre disposition pour parcourir la ville ce qui est très pratique.

"Très bel appartement, tr...

"Très bel appartement, très élégant et excellemment aménagé, dans un immeuble ancien de caractère, très bien situé au cœur du quartier historique du Trastevere, animé mais pas trop bruyant. Santa Maria di Trastevere et la Farnesina sont tout près. Il y a un marché ouvert tous les jours à deux pas, et les promenades dans le quartier ont déjà un petit air de vacances. Le Tibre et l''île Tibérine sont à un jet de pierre. Notre séjour d''une semaine fin mars a été très agréable. Silvana, la propriétaire, est sympathique et donne des conseils utiles. Nous reviendrons volontiers dans cet appartement pour reprendre notre visite de Rome..."

"Nous avons été accueillis par des gens charmants, dans un magnifique appartement, bien décoré, avec des fleurs, des fruits et des informations pertinentes à notre séjour. Les lieux sont très propres, raffinés, calmes et très lumineux et surtout proches de tout. Le dernier soir le proprio est venu nous saluer et s''est chargé de demander le taxi du lendemain matin car nous partions très tôt. C''est un endroit à recommander. Nous apprécions également le professionnalisme de Homelidays. "

Summer Apartment in Trastevere

The experience was just great from start to finish. Everything about the apartment was of a very high standard and exceeded my expectations. On arrival, Monica, deputising for Silvana, was there to greet us and explain everything perfectly. I could not fault anything about the apartment or our stay there. Although the balcony wasn’t mentioned, I don’t think, in the advert, it was perfect and in exactly the right spot to catch much of the days’ sun. I would book this apartment again in a minute but, sadly, the rental price has just increased very significantly.

Heaven in Trastevere

Before we even left for our holiday, the lovely Silvana took care of us by making sure we knew how to get easily from Fiumucino airport to the apartment. Once we got there, her daughter met us and guided us around the apartment, so we felt well looked after. The apartment itself was a perfect size for the two of us, and we were grateful for such powerful air conditioning as it was incredibly hot by noon! The kitchen had what we needed to cater for ourselves when we didn't go out to eat, including a lot of things like pasta, rice, passata, etc. Silvana even left us a bottle of prosecco, which was a thoughtful touch and enjoyed greatly! The bed was comfortable, the sofa was comfortable, and the little balcony was fabulous for sitting out on at night, watching the world go by below us. I can't really say enough good things about the apartment itself because it was a perfect, clean, tidy, beautifully kept little haven to return to after exploring the wonders Rome has to offer. Vitally for us, it is within VERY easy reach of some wonderful eateries that could cater for my gluten free diet (I'm coeliac). Just a couple of minutes away is Fatamorgana, a gelataria where everything is gluten free. No more than five minutes away is Mama Eat, which has a dedicated gluten free kitchen. Next door to Fatamorgana is Il Tulipano Nero, with an extensive gluten free menu. In terms of location, we honestly couldn't have asked for better. We had such a wonderful time that I'm rather ashamed it's taken me so long to write the review. I hope they will allow us back one day for another holiday. It was the perfect home away from home and leaving it took a great deal of effort! Oh, and as a sidebar, if you can, stop by Rome For You and rent a bicycle (electric bikes available). It is nearby and we had a fabulous day cycling around Rome, as far as Villa Borghese and back. Locks included. And once you've done that, you'll be glad of the soothing, incredible shower in the apartment!

Wikky and Richard vere very pleasant guest. I had a problem and my daughter went to receive them. They were kind and friendly so she had the opportunity to give them all the information they wanted. No problem at all for the whole period. Very good communication. They left the apartment clean and tidy, they really were the "perfect guest". Highly recommended.

Appartamento molto accogliente e molto ben tenuto. Gentilissimi e disponibili i proprietari. Forse l'unico neo è che manca un forno a microonde, strumento assai utile per chi si ferma qualche giorno e ha bisogno di scaldarsi magari dei piatti pronti in fretta.

Die sehr gepflegte Wohnung überzeugt absolut, weil sie sehr stilvoll und gleichzetig funktionell optimal eingerichtet ist. Man fühlt sich auf Anhieb wohl und so blieb es bei uns drei Personen über alle sieben Tage. Die sehr freundliche Vermieterin ist absolut zuverlässig. Absprachen werden konsequent eingehalten, Hilfen unaufdringlich angeboten und realisiert. Die Lage in Trastevere ist super: An der Piazza San Cosimato (5 Minuten zu Fuß) gibt es eine tolle und preiswerte Kaffee-Bar, in der wir an allen Tagen mit Lust gefrühstückt haben. Die Vatikanstadt ist fußläufig nur knapp 45 Minuten entfernt. Zur Innenstadt(Piazza Navona) und zum Forum Romanum gelangt man zu Fuß jeweils in einer guten halben Stunde. Den Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung kann man nur uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Un apartamento super agradable y muy bien situado.

Somos una familia que hemos estado en este apartamento durante una semana en Marzo de 2014. El apartamento estaba muy muy bien, mejor incluso de lo que esperábamos. Acogedor, cómodo, limpio, con todas las necesidades y ubicado en un barrio muy agradable. Había tiendas, mercados alrededor y como no un montón de restaurantes. En el barrio no solo había turistas, e incluso en el parque que hay debajo de casa puedes encontrar familias del barrio. Ya hemos recomendado a nuestros amigos este alojamiento.

Newly decorated apartment...

Newly decorated apartment so clean, comfortable and quite where you can find everything you need nearby, including a farmers' market and a 100-year-old cheese shop. If you wish, you can walk to all major attractions on foot within 20-30 minutes. The lively neighborhood is also great for a relaxed night stroll. Most importantly, the owner is so helpful to give us many useful tips that made our stay even more enjoyable.

"Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, tolles Bad. Die Klimaanlage ermöglichte einen angenehmen Aufenthalt sogar im heißen Monat August. Ruhige Wohnung im 5. Stock in einer schönen Umgebung im Herzen Trasteveres. Den guten und preiswerten Capuccino in der Bar im Nachbarhaus sollte man sich nicht entgehen lassen. Flexible, sehr freundliche und perfekt organisierte Vermieter. Wir (Familie mit einem 12jährigen Sohn) haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Die Wohnung können wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen."
