Refined, elegant and recently renovated apartment next to Piazza Navona (1 min walk), Pantheon (5 mins walk) and Campo de’ Fiori (3 mins walk).
The apt is in a strategic position to reach all other main historical attractions with a pleasant walk in Rome center streets and alleys.
15 mins to Fontana di Trevi and Imperial Fora
less than 20 mins to Spanish Steps, to Via del Corso (and its shopping district streets) and to San Peter’s Basilica.
20 mins to Mouth of Truth and Circus Maximus
This elegantly furnished apartment is ideal for those looking for a comfortable, relaxing and cosy location to easily visit all the attractions of Rome historic center.
Very comfortable, can accommodate up to 4 people.
It has 2 double bedroom (one bed 160cm wide, the other 140cm), a large living room with an open kitchen and dining table, two bathrooms.
The apartment is fully refurbished and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay: free wi-fi, smart TV, autonomous air conditioning (in the living room and in both bedrooms), heating, coffee pod machine, toaster, oven, laundry machine and dishwashing machine.
The apartment is on the second floor of a 16th century building that doesn't have elevator and has the original and characteristic spiral staircase.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment.

- Private guided tours to archeology sites or museums.
- Rome private custom sightseeing tour in a golf cart.

As requested by Italian law, upon check-in the guest will be requested to provide id document for any person hosted and will have to sign a rental agreement in Italian.
For stays equal to or greater than 14 days, a payment of € 150 in cash is required upon check-in as an addition to the cleaning fee for housekeeping and the change of all linens on the day in the middle of the stay between 10:00AM and 04:00PM.
Late check-in from 09:00PM to midnight costs 30€ to be paid cash upon check-in. It's not possible to check-in after midnight.
Host is not responsible for any guest belongings left or forgotten in the house after checkout time.

This is a great property, large spaces, very clean and new as well as an excellent location for exploring Rome. I stayed here with my wife and teenage son and hope to stay here again!

The apartment is in a fantastic location right in the centre of Rome, well equipped and is very accurately described on the website. We were able to stroll to the Vatican, Colosseum and major tourist attractions. The street outside has a lovely atmosphere at night and very safe. Booking process, airport transport and check in was seamless. Being an old building the stairs to the second floor are very narrow, not a problem for us but there is no lift for anyone who might find this difficult. Would highly recommend for a great stay.

Great location

A lovely flat in a great location - you open your window right above the piazza, which has wonderful restaurants and shops. A second floor flat with a narrow spiral staircase, so not a great idea for anyone with mobility issues.

Outstanding in All Respects

This is a choice place to stay. The location is prime, in the center of everything, but despite being right on a small plaza, it's very quiet with the windows closed. The host is wonderful and accommodating and made reservations for us at two incredible local restaurants. Apartment is large and well-equipped for when we cooked our own meals. WiFi works great. Highly recommended.

Piazza Navona holiday.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. It was clean, comfortable and modern. It was quiet despite being in a busy part of Rome. The location in Central Rome so close to Piazza Navona and the historic sites was ideal. We were able to walk or take short taxi rides everywhere. Our hosts were so responsive and accommodating. Very comfortable apartment in excellent location

We stayed in this lovely apartment for 6 nights at the end of October. The location is perfect - all main sights can be reached by walking. The piazza and local streets are full of bars and restaurants and we enjoyed sitting with the windows open and listening to the musicians playing outside. But at the same time you won’t be disturbed at night because the bedrooms are at the back of the apartment and are very quiet. The host Donatella was very helpful before and during the stay. Highly recommended.

Amazing apartment and location

The apartment is located in the perfect location for exploring the best of Rome. It is in a really old building with a small spiral staircase. It wasn’t a problem for us, instead added to the experience for us (just noting for those who might be mobility challenged). The apartment itself is recently updated and done very beautifully. It was perfect for our family of four. One of the favorite places we have stayed. Check in process and communication was excellent. Highly recommend!

Huge apartment, great neighborhood

This is a really nice apartment in an amazing little neighborhood.. beautifully modernized, cafes and restaurants are right below but it’s not loud. Overall a gem, I highly recommend! The only disclaimer is the stairs. My parents have mobility issues and they were able to climb them, but they’re steep!

Review

Nice accommodations but poor communications. As previously noted, I was unable to communicate via VRBO or email while in Rome. It was not until I got to Florence that I could message back and forth. I believe this was ur technology not mine since I was able to communicate with all other parties. This raised my anxiety level.

Beautiful Property in Piazza Navona

Can't get much closer than this. Walkable to everything (Trevi, Pantheon, Vatican, Trastevere) and that is important in Roma where taxis can be spotty. Communication with host Donatella was great, providing quick responses. We had discussed our early arrival ahead of time so although the apt was still being prepped, we were able to drop off bags with Marco who gave us a quick orientation, and we were on our way again while it was being thoroughly cleaned. Large open space and simply beautiful with a nice view of square below. Bedrooms are in the back away from any noise from restaurants and honestly, we did not hear much. There is a narrow spiral staircase but apt is only on second floor, so a bit tight with luggage, but once in it was fantastic. We would book this again (and probably will!) Thank you Donatella - Had a wonderful stay.
