Délicieux 100 mètres carrés appartement avec salon avec cuisine, chambre double avec salle de bains, une chambre double avec salle de bains et une petite terrasse avec vue sur les toits et la cour intérieure glli que les clients peuvent utiliser pour profiter d'un petit-déjeuner ou un apéritif au coucher du soleil.
L'appartement ne fait pas face à la rue, donc même s'il se trouve dans le centre historique, il est très calme. Il est situé à 60 pas du niveau de la rue sans ascenseur.

A great stay

Wonderful location, very cozy place. The couple who own the apartment are lovely, they provided us with great communication and were very responsive to all our needs and any questions we had. I would highly recommend and I would stay here again.

Beautiful apartment in Rome

Great location for restaurants and sightseeing. The apartment itself is large, easily enough space for 5-6 though we only had 3. This was our most comfortable stay in our 2 weeks in Europe, 3 different countries. Ginevra made check-in simple and she was always accessible. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing place and location!

We had an amazing stay at Count Checco. Ginevra had great communication. We loved the location of the apartment - it was central to everything in Rome. The apartment was so spacious and we enjoyed resting on the patio during the late afternoon. Highly recommend and we will hopefully return again!

Our family of 5 had a perfect stay!! The apartment was even nicer and bigger than the pictures made it seem. It has an old charm with all the modern amenities. The main living space is huge with access to an outdoor patio as well. The size, layout and space completely exceeded our expectations. The location is incredible being literally steps from the Pantheon. Our kids are 9,9,6 years old. It was a perfect area for us to get out and about and walk around. We used the buses a lot too and were never more than a 5 min walk to various bus stops. Lastly, Ginevra is just such a gracious host. As a former Rome tour guide for 20 years, she is full of suggestions and happy to help! She was quick to respond to questions while we were there and just brought a great energy when we first met upon arrival. We had flight issues going home and were hoping to stay an extra day or two, but ultimately left on our scheduled departure date. We wish we could have stayed longer!The apartment and Ginevra made our stay in Rome that much more memorable!

Great location and very comfortable apartment! We also appreciated the tips for nearby restaurants, coffee, and gelato. Taxis were easy to call for and loved walking to the Pantheon each evening!!

The property was absolutely, beautiful amazing and perfect!!! Extremely spacious and with every need met. The location was perfect to visit all the famous landmarks in Rome and close enough to walk to the train station, The Vatican and the Colosseum. We had the pleasure of meeting our hosts as we arrived a bit early. They were kind, gracious and walked us through the apartment and explained everything to us. The apartment has an amazing patio as well. I would definitely recommend this beautiful property to anyone visiting Rome. My family and I loved it!!!

Perfect location for exploring Rome

Koen was a great host and walked us around the local neighborhood to show where the grocery store was, good restaurants, and the best gelato. The apartment had lots of room and a great outdoor patio area.

if you can handle the 62 stairs (and we could) this is a great apartment. It is clean, well equipped, comfortable, and located right in the heart of historic district. the owners are very easy to communicate with and it is obvious they love this place. we did too.

Great apartment to stay in central rome!

We loved our 4 night stay in this apartment. It was spacious and had everything needed to make our stay a success. It's close to too many great places. Our kids loved having one of the best gelato shops right around the corner. We especially enjoyed the warm welcome from our hosts and getting recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, etc from them.

The location and accommodations were amazing.

The location of the apartment was a wonderful area close to the Pantheon. We were able to stay in a cobblestone neighborhood that had amazing restaurant and shops. Ginevra was so accommodating and she had great eating suggestions that were all delicious. The size was perfect for 4 of us. We loved It and we definitely would recommend this apartment to others.
