The property is way better than the pictures of the property. Everything was great; the beautiful garden, terrace with amazing views, the spacious and very tidy house, well equipped kitchen, nice decor and very friendly and helpful hostess Maria etc... :-)

We have just returned home from our wonderful stay at Casa Victoria. We traveled as a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children ages 17 & 16. We were also joined for a long weekend with our other 2 adult children and 3 year old grandson. As soon as we arrived at the property we were welcomed by Victoria the owner of the property who was extremely friendly and showed us round the whole property which is absolutely huge and the photos do not do this property justice. You could tell the pride from Victoria which was not lost on us which was also the case from the welcome treats from biscuits, fruit basket, tea and coffee. Everything about this property is so well thought out with so many places to sit, plenty of sun beds, out door kitchen ( excellent to keep wet feet outside) and the pool was big enough for the whole family to chill in. The views are just pronominal from every vista around the grounds which have the most beautiful gardens surrounding offering colour and smells you expect from Spain. Inside the property a very well equipped kitchen and spacious bathrooms and bedrooms incredibly clean and smelling really fresh. We would like to thank Victoria and also Maria for great communication throughout and having such a great location for what was a fabulous holiday We look forward to returning in the future.

Fabulous villa in Istan

We spent a wonderful week at this beautiful property. Everything was just as described on the website. Spotlessly clean house with 5 good sized bedrooms & very comfortable beds. Great clean pool area and gardens. Weather very hot in July but cool mountain breezes were welcomed. Would thoroughly recommend and would love to go back. Istan itself is a lovely little village, a little quiet as you would expect. On our last night there a number of restaurants were closed (a Tuesday night). But we found a lovely restaurant 25 mins away in Marbella (El Carnicero 2) which was just perfect. Hotel nearest the house doesn't operate a restaurant which was a little disappointing. All in all though a great holiday villa & area.

Better than expected

We stayed at Casa Victoria with our extended family of 5 adults and 4 children aged 2-4. It was exactly as beautiful as in the photos and is one of the best equipped villas we have stayed in, with everything from high chairs to air fryers. Maria, our host was excellent in communicating with us and showing us around when we arrived. She had personalised the sheets and towels for the kids and gave us excellent advice for our day trips as we were unsure about travelling and parking during Semana Santa. You need a car as there is no footpath on the road but it is only 20 minutes up the hill from Puerto Banus. We also did day trips to Ronda, Marbella and Malaga. We had the most wonderful stay at Casa Victoria with the setting and gardens making us never want to leave! We will hopefully be returning again in the future.

Beautiful, 5-star family rental

We rented this house as a getaway for us and our daughter's family (two kids, 5 and 2). Out of the many rental properties we have visited, this tops the list. Just WOW! Communication with the owners was consistent and amiable. The house is immaculate. Victoria herself gave us our orientation tour upon arrival, providing us with fresh oranges, lemons and avocadoes from her orchard (!!!), as well as a few items to get us through breakfast the next day (coffee pods, coffee cake, milk, cold bottled water). Our grandsons lived in the pool which was kept clean by Antonio. Our favorite spot to eat dinner was at the outside table next to the built-in grill, but there were 4 other tables to choose from! Cannot recommend this house highly enough. As grandson5 says, "I want to come back next year."

Tolles Ferienhaus was kaum Wünsche offen lässt!

A wonderful holiday in a beautiful Villa

The Villa is superbly located with great views. It is right in the hills with a view over Istan to one side and the lake to the other. It is large, there were 6 of us staying but it could of easily accommodated more. The outside area is great for eating and the pool was amazing! The owners were easy to contact and gave us clear, timely and helpful instructions on how to get to the property and access it. We had a great time and would definitely recommend

Perfect Paradise

After searching for our perfect place to spend for a special family reunion, we discovered Victoria's Villa. It lived up to all our expectations, and more. The house is on one level, with lots of spaces to relax, and eat. The rooms all spacious, especially the kitchen. And the outdoor bar/kitchen area by the pool perfect for all day dining. Lots of outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy the stunning view. The house is very private and yet close enough to walk to the pretty village of Istan. Lots of local walks for those who like to exercise. Victoria and Maria were very helpful and available if needed. Everything you need is thought of. It was the perfect place for us and we were all very sad to leave.
