This villa is in an excellent location. The outdoor space was great. The house was spacious with a large and comfortable living room. The host was quick to respond and a good communicator.

Great spacious villa

We stayed as a group of 13 women for a 40th birthday, the villa was very spacious for us all. There was plenty of room in the garden. Its in a great location.

Wonderful time

15 of us stayed at Villa Murillo and had a wonderful time. The check in and check out experiences were extremely easy, communications ahead of the stay were clear and the house was great. It comfortable slept all of us, in a great location and great amenities (hot tub, pool, air con etc). We are looking forward to booking this again for next year!

Best family vacation you can have in Marbella Spain

My mother, wife, and four young adult children had the most amazing experience in this house. The house is spacious and located in a beach neighborhood. The neighborhood even has a residents-only path leading directly to the malecon/beach, just a couple of hundred meters away. You'll step right into beach restaurants along the malecon, and on the other side, you'll find more restaurants and supermarkets. The house is very clean and located in an upscale neighborhood, perfect for relaxing and enjoying an incredible family experience.

This property is very run down. Tall uncut grass, broken fence and in need of some paint. Hot tube covers filthy. Patio awing covers very stained. There was supposed to be maintenance every Monday and Wednesday, never came during our stay. While these things do not reflect well of the rental agency, we had far greater issues. On the day we arrived even though the hot tube was dirty and the water level low, that didn’t stop it from turning on by itself and shooting water all over the tables and seating on the patio. I contacted the agent who then sent someone out to correct the situation. On day two the doorknob to the patio came off. Again, contacted the agent and someone came sever hours later and repaired the knob. On the next day around 1:40 PM the water shut off. This is a problem since ether are 12 people in this house. Contacted the agent who was unable to talk. Several hours later the water came back on. Do not know if this was house specific or the area. One of our group did say that the neighbor was running water. The agency never follow-up to see if we were alright. The next day the electric shut off. One of our group went outside and smoke was coming from the electric box. Approximately one hour later an electrician came and made the repairs. His words “I’ve seen this before with these old systems”. Happily nothing else went wrong and we had a wonderful time in Spain. I have used VRBO several times and this was my poorest experience by far.

Heerlijk lang weekend

Locatie is geweldig, dicht bij strand, supermarkt, restaurants. Kamers ruim, compleet en schoon. Jacuzzi heerlijk. Natuurlijk is er altijd wel iets aan te merken: de kelder slaapkamer rook schimmelig, mogelijk door eerdere wateroverlast? Maar overall: Prima!

Amazing weekend for a hen do!

We were a party of 16, who stayed very comfortably in the villa. Overall we had an amazing time, lovely bedrooms with all that we needed and very clean with plenty of towels. The social space was big enough for everyone. It was two minutes walk from two supermarkets, ideal for stocking the fridge. It was walking distance to restaurants/shops but a taxi ride to the main areas of the old town and Puerto Banus. So we did taxi quite alot. A couple of things needed to be sorted which were done super efficiently, i.e. a plumbing and electricity issue with a quick call to Emily. The only issue was hot water for showers. Unless you were first or second in the queue you wouldn't get a hot shower. Some girls had freezing water so just couldn't bare it. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this property. Perfect for my best friends hen weekend!

One amazing place to stay.

Ladies and gentlemen, Book this one with confidence. Great communication leading up to our stay and when we arrived late at night wow what a place. Greeted by the lovely Emily who showed us all the essentials to know. Really nice touch with wine chilled in the fridge and fresh bakery produce in the bread basket. This really is a super place to stay and as explained in the description has every amenity you could require.. Thank you once again for allowing 13 gentlemen on a stag weekend to book without question and loved the layer back checking out procedure . Well done all. Rob
