Les appartements CdC sont situés dans le centre-ville de Porto, dans la zone commerciale de Cedofeita. Il y a 2 appartements entièrement rénovés, à 10 minutes à pied de la Casa da Música ou de la tour des Clercs.
Les appartements CdC sont entièrement équipés avec cuisine, buanderie, salon et salle à manger.
Ils disposent de la télévision par câble, d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et des appareils nécessaires pour un séjour prolongé.
Chaque unité dispose d'une suite double, d'une salle de bains privative, d'une chambre lits jumeaux et d'une salle de bains d'appoint.
Le linge de lit et de toilette est fourni.
Compte tenu de son emplacement privilégié, les clients du CdC Apartments peuvent facilement visiter les principaux sites touristiques du centre de Porto.

Spacious bright clean apartment. Terrace was delightful, with potted plants and surrounding trees.Don't expect easy parking if you drive anything larger than a smart car.Staff is at the hotel around the corner, so not necessarily available on short notice. We checked in after 5 pm and the staff member was alone.Would rent again if not driving.

A very comfortable apartment that was about a 10-15 minute walk to the historic area of town. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and provided excellent recommendations for our first visit to Porto. The place was just a few minutes from the Metro which proved to be very convenient. The breakfast was excellent, but I was disappointed that it was not included in the cost of our stay.

Lovely apartment on a quiet one-way street with lots of little shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Super comfy beds and pillows. Lovely terrace outside. Perfect for two friends sharing as it has two bedrooms and two shower rooms. The only negative is that there is no aircon in the bedrooms so sadly I couldn't stay here in the height of summer but mid-September was fine.

Great Stay in Porto

It was so nice to come “home” to a clean and comfortable apartment after exploring Porto and the Douro River Valley. Great location, quiet yet close enough to walk to many sights. Highly recommend for a couple or family.

The property was accurately described. First the good: The apartment was clean although the smell of chlorine took a few hours to dissipate (I would rather extra clean than dirty though). The staff was nice and responsive. I chose this VRBO and paid more than other apartments for 2 reasons. One was for air conditioning. The ductless split unit (only 1 in the entire apt) was broken. I called and someone came immediately. She said it was working and I should leave it on and the warm air blowing out would eventually turn cold. That never happened and the apt. got hotter. I called again the following day and supposedly (while I was out) a mechanic came. The unit was turned off when I got back. Upon turning it on, again, warm air only. I own 6 ductless splits and I am very familiar how to work these. Although the apartment was really nice along with a cool outside patio, our sleeping was uncomfortable (not to mention the subpar beds). I complained to Catia (manager) and asked that she refund some portion of the rental. The only thing she did was offer to not charge me the taxes, which I was under the assumption that were included in the total price as the VRBO rental said "Total Price". I also was offended that in an email she claimed that the unit was working properly and that each time a team member came, it was working. That is a lie as the first time someone came, the staff witnessed the warm air and told me it would eventually turn cold.

Based on the inspections carried out during your stay, the unit was found to be operating, although we understand that your experience and expectations regarding comfort were different. As a gesture of goodwill, we waived the local tourist taxes and offered a 10% discount on a future stay with us, as we always aim to find fair and positive solutions whenever possible. The apartment was beautiful and spacious with a huge terrace!

It is near ton of restaurants , shops and a supermarket a few steps away, Wally distance to all major attractions! Loved our stay there!

We loved our stay at this place. It was a wonderful,.clean apartment that had a very well stocked kitchen. Since it was very hot in August we were happy the air conditioning worked well and the extra fans for the bedrooms were a plus. You check in at the hotel around the corner and we were able to use their pool, which was delightful. It was located in a very nice part of Porto and we felt very safe walking around. There were several nice cafés and shops within walking distance.I would defintely come back to this place in the future.

Great stay! The flat had everything we needed. We were able to walk to everything. We had a great intro to the place and a few recommendations. One small issue with the washer door that was immediately handled so it was no big deal but a testament to how quickly they handle an issue. Would recommend and would return.

The apartment was exactly as advertised. The patio was a very nice feature. My one small issue was the elevator stopped 1/2 floor up or down from the apartment’s door. This meant we had to use 5 - 6 stairs each time we went out and again on our return. My sister and I both have mobility issues so this would be the only reason that we wouldn’t book here again.
