Une efficacité dans le bùtiment 11 à quelques pas de la piste Oma's Meadow de Sugar Mountain Ski Resort. Wifi gratuit. Cette charmante unité a un lit queen dans la zone de l'alcÎve, un canapé-lit queen, une télévision de 27 pouces, une cuisine entiÚrement équipée et un foyer au bois. De votre balcon privé, vous avez une vue imprenable sur la montagne. Un délice douillet pour votre escapade à la montagne. Un nouveau club-house est en construction et la date d'achÚvement prévue est septembre 2020. Il aura une piscine intérieure, bain à remous, sauna, salle de fitness. Great stay on the slopes!

The view was absolutely amazing, especially at night when the mountain was lit up and the stars were out. You couldn’t ask for a better location. The amenities were super nice like the heated pool and sauna. I’d absolutely stay here again!

Good stay, nice location

Recommend replacing futon mattress only, maybe adding a hand scrubber for dishes. And a little shovel/broom to keep the snow out of the balcony door tract to ensure its closure. Overall good location and residence.

Skiing at Sugar

I did enjoyed my stay. The room and furnishings are getting a little dated. It is a bit of a hike to the ski area from these units. Nice view ....

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All the employees were wonderful, courteous and helpful. the unit was terrible. the chest you see in pix had nails sticking out and a part of the lid was disconnected. No one was able to sleep in the sleeper. first when you sit on the couch cushions sink down. Then the mattress was very thin and deformed and the hooks that held it in place kept coming off. the guest that was supposed to sleep in it had to go to another family members unit. the unit is very old, smelly and disrepair. We had to go out and purchase pillows. the pillows in unit had a sweaty odor. The description of the unit was inaccurate. Sugar Ski Resort should not put its' reputation on the line with a property that does not meet minimum esthetic requirements. It is shameful. I have stayed in many hotels in South America and Europe and none were as bad as this unit. It was such a disappointment. We were offered an upgrade but it was in another bldg. and since this was a family trip we would have been far from the rest of our family. Although Sugar Ski came highly recommended and the price was competitive we should have gone somewhere else. It was not worth the price we paid. I would never recommend. The staff made excuses for the owners and they shouldn't have to. They should be proud of the place where they work. The other facilities were great.

Check in and check out we’re very easy, and the staff was friendly. The place was small, which we expected. The decor was dated and furniture old (saggy couch), and there were small things we assumed would be there that were missing like coffee filters for the coffee maker. We would stay again, but be more prepared.

MLK Ski Weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is good, staff was friendly, responsive and helpful. The property requires a security deposit which can be either $500 CASH ONLY, not credit/debit, or pay a $45 insurance fee. If you give cash you won't get it back for up to 45 its basically a shakedown for an additional $45. The condo itself was serviceable and clean but very dated. The blankets and comforters have not been replaced in years. Kitchen is small and fully equipped with the bargain basement plates/silverware you find in most rental condos. You can walk to the slopes, if Oma's meadow is not open, the walk is longer. The ski resort does not sell multi-day tickets so every morning we skied down to the lodge and purchased our tickets. It was just a boys trip to go skiing so the shortfalls of the condo did not matter to us and the price was right. I probably would not take the wife there for the weekend and would opt for something nicer.

It was partly under remodeling when I was here so a few little things weren't in order but it didn't affect my stay at all. Overall I loved living here! I would take new pics of the room since so much has changed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Walking distance from Sugar Mountain slopes is the biggest advantage of this place. Mountain view is also a plus. Amenities are decent. Kitchen has enough plates, cups, pans, and silverware for 4 people. Fridge, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher and even coffee maker are also there and functioning.However, finger wide holes between windows and walls, loose balcony doors, and inability to close chimney over the fireplace produce a loud noise in case of a strong wind outside which dramatically affects the sleeping experience. Furniture feels fragile waiting for an accident to use a jackpot from the mandatory nonrefundable insurance fee to replace it.

It was perfect for 2 people, but likely would have been crowded with more. Our only complaint was that the ceiling in the bathroom was coming off (it was a popcorn ceiling) when we arrived. When we took a shower, huge pieces of the ceiling were falling down all over us and our stuff. We called to let management know, but no one came to look at it (to our knowledge). The second night, we left the bathroom door open while showering and it didn't seem to fall as much. There were also cobwebs in the unit.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view was great but when I arrived the condo was dirty,the sheets smelled like they hadn't been washed for a couple guest. The toliet and the tub where absolutely filthy!!! I had to pour a while bottle of bleach in both to get rid of the stains and mildew. The property manager had the nerve to insult my housekeeping as well. Saying I had left the place torn upside down and saying that she hoped I was better in my career than my housekeeping. Not once but twice! I cleaned all my trash and toke the sheets of the bed so they would be washed and put the dishe's in the dishwasher like asked. I will not be returning, ever.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this place for a short period during a ski trip. We knew it wouldn't be the nicest place because of its low cost, but I never imagined it would be as dirty as it was. When you add up all of the extra charges (like the cleaning fee that they clearly don't apply toward cleaning), it ends up being a pretty expensive place to stay in considering the condition it is in. The water smells terrible, there are stains on the carpets and the bath mats and there is no sound insulation (you could hear the neighbors and the wind all night long). I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We took advantage of the heated pool and spa at the clubhouse. The fireplace worked well once I got the flue open. The only disappointment was the DVD player. Seemed to have trouble getting it to work. Some instructions would be helpful. Internet and other services were fine. Hope to come back next year.

We didn't expect the snow to come into our room!

The sliding glass doors allowed a pile of snow to come into the room. The heaters didn't function very well and one of the knobs snapped off when adjusting the heat. We spent much of the time with coats and hats on just to stay warm. The fireplace made considerable noise from the wind outdoors and kept us up at night. Next time I visit sugar Mountain I would not stay in the same place.

We only had two small complaints. 1) The pull out couch bed was very uncomfortable, but they usually are. 2) Our unit was in building 11, which was as far away from the amenities as you can get in this complex. We will stay at Sugar Ski CC again, but we'll look for a unit closer to the slopes and the pool.

We loved the accommodations and the amenities including pool and hot tub. I can only imagine how much fun this would be during ski season. We loved it here in August and plan to buy at Sugar Ski. Wonderful welcoming management team!
