Lovely villa, plenty of room for 4 adults, clean and tidy on arrival, easy check in, good communication with the hosts. Close to parking spaces. Restaurant on site served nice food. A good central point for many towns around the area. Enjoyed our stay

The property was much better than we expected. The site was lovely. My family and l thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and it is so close to lots of places of interest in the area. The owners communicated very well on everything we needed to know for the villa and site. We will definitely be putting this on our list when we want to visit Cornwall again. Thank you so much.

Excellent facilities, location. Well priced, ideal for staying near Newquay. well equipped for all the family kids enjoyed the selection of dvds. Internet would of been a bonus. Very clean property recommend staying here

Fantastic

Lovely clean accommodation. Looks much nicer than the photos. Great on site cafe. Would definitely come back. Only disappointment is that the pool wasn't available for guests.

And we would love our guests to be able to pay for that access, too! However Atlantic Reach policy does not allow it and we make it clear in our house description that only certain of the facilities are available to guests.

Another great stay at number 92

Our second visit to this lovely little property. My family and myself love to stay here as it opens up our gateway for discovering all that Cornwall has to offer. The property is well located, clean, well equipped, well looked after, it has plenty of room for four to stay and lots of storage for clothes etc. Parking is communal however there are always spaces nearby or up at the main carpark so not much of a problem. The owner is so helpful and will answer any questions you have. We give this property a big thumbs up! Will sure be visiting again in the future. A+++

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus. Das Haus war für unsere Ausflüge perfekt gelegen, es war sehr sauber und die Kommunikation mit David war perfekt und sehr freundlich. Der Check-In hat reibungslos funktioniert und sollten wir erneut in dieser Region Urlaub machen, werden wir dieses Objekt sicher wieder buchen.

Simply perfect staying here for seeing Cornwall x

It was lovely staying here, we stayed for a week at beginning of August 2022, the property was very clean, tidy, well looked after, kitchen was well equipped, large fan oven, microwave, bathroom with shower was perfect and all the beds were very comfortable indeed for a great nights sleep. No wifi except at site reception. However we are on Vodafone and got good 4G signal here, so all good. Large tv, sofas were comfy and lovely table in kitchen with 4 chairs for dining or playing board games. Also lovely little picnic bench outside too for sunny days. Parking is either near the property outside or there is a larger car park further down the bottom of the hill around the corner, which is still a short 3 min walk away. We could use all the site facilities apart from the Swimming Pools and Gym which we were not fussed about, as there are so many beautiful beaches nearby. Newquay is a 15/20min drive away and the site is only 5 mins from A30 so can visit lots of other places in Cornwall too. Kids enjoyed the arcade and play park, we went to Bar / Club House, had a lovely meal at the Manor Arms Restaurant the food was amazing!!! Overall one of the best Holidays we've had in a long time!!! Communication with owners was brilliant, will definitely be staying here again!!! We give this property 10 out of 10!!!

Visit Cornwall

No WiFi was a negative. It was down on 2 days at the Reception. 7 miles out from Newquay was too much for us. I may have missed it in the info given. Otherwise we were happy and enjoyed our break. Suggestion - put a note on the hot water switch not to switch it off. My friend from abroad switched it off so we had no hot water one day. Thank you. Margaret

Thank you for your review and your suggestion. We're glad your overall experience was good, but It was unfortunate that your friend switched off the hot water to the sinks. But its fair to point out that there was still hot water in the brand new shower with its instantaneous electric heater.. With regard to the sinks we are looking to install instantaneous heaters there too.. In future we will make it more clear that there is no wifi in the house and that the cafe's wifi can't be relied on.

Very comfortable stay

We had a very comfortable stay, everything was available in the house to make our stay most enjoyable. Atlantic Reach is within easy reach by car of all the attractions and beaches in the area. We would definately use this property for a holiday in the future. We didn't use the amenities at Atlantic Reach so were are unable to make comment. Communication with David the owner was excellent, the information provided made the check in very easy and seamless.

no internet or decent social facilities on site

The development - fine for a short stay - 4 days. development is quite basic with little investment in improving landscaping. although promised internet twice - once when booking and the second on checking in, discovered that wifi worked fine only in the rather grim shop / cafe but that it was not actually connected to the internet! No plans or interest in doing so either. As we needed to stay in touch with family and 3rd party contacts this required a round trip of 10+ miles to go to the local library. Accommodation - This was basic but clean. We were very pleased to arrive 'home' each evening. Summary It served our purpose very well as it was very conveniently located in the centre of the county - not far from any of the prime locations. Short stay only 4 nights

We are glad the house and its location met your needs and provided a welcoming base for your stay. It, perhaps, looked more basic than usual because soft furnishings have been removed as a Covid precaution for guests safety. We make it clear we do not provide wifi and regret that the cafe's wifi was not up to scratch and that this adversely affected your stay.

Stay at Atlantic Reach

We arrived very late but the property was easy to find and access. Clear directions were given in the information. Upon entry the property was in very clean good condition. Had everything we needed. Nice quite location in the park and facilities nearby. Parking easy and free.
