Beautiful oceanfront home with gorgeous views of the ocean. Quick walk to the beach. Was nice all the bedrooms have their own bathroom. Appreciated the start up supplies and beach towels. The house had everything we needed and we had a great week. We took one day and went to Magic Kingdom. Is not a bad drive. Also walked to a couple of restaurants (Coconuts on the beach and Luna). Both were great. Thanks for sharing your home.

I think it would be a lot nicer if you had a wooden walkway all the way down to the beach. I am a senior citizen and that walk was difficult

Great Location

Great location, near everything! Property needs a deep clean and de-clutter. Replace the couches, grill (rusted out & unusable), and washer & dryer (don't work). Very damp air atmosphere inside. Property Manager was outstanding with resolving some other issues that we encountered during our 12 day stay.

Spring Break

We come to Cocoa Beach every year and couldn’t have picked a better place to enjoy Spring break. The best place we’ve stayed at Cocoa Beach so far. Will be tough to beat this one.

Annual Family Cocoa Beach Trip

House was updated and clean. AC works great and keeps house cool which is perfect after spending a hot afternoon out at the beach. Access to beach toys and chairs in the garage. Location is perfect to walk to downtown Cocoa Beach to visit local shops and restaurants. House has beach access close to life guard stand. We will be returning next year!

Could be Great

We had quite a few issues with our stay. The living room couch needs to be replaced as the springs are shot, you have to lay it out as a bed to even sit somewhat comfortably and still it is horrible. Do not plan on anyone actually sleeping on that. The pillows were disgusting and we had to request new ones because they were completely unsanitary. The master bed is not good at all and will squeak with any little movement. The master bath does not drain and we went an entire day without hot water. The dryer does not work and needs replaced. You do have to walk through the dunes to get to the beach and be warned there are giant black snakes. They ask you to run the dishwasher before leaving but do not leave you supplies to do so. The management is hard to get in touch with and to top it all off you will probably have disgusting stained sheets that the cleaning company says the owner will not replace and he cant wash due to a broken dryer. Good luck.

Cocoa beach

Perfect location at Cocoa beach, walk to most everything you need. Cannot beat the ocean front in back yard! Beach was wonderful. Prompt communication with host throughout booking and stay. House has some wear compared to pictures but is stocked very well in kitchen and outdoor beach supplies. Loved that each bedroom had own bathroom! Would stay again for location and beach access.

Great stay

We loved staying in this house for spring break. The house was very clean, spacious, and well stocked. We had everything we needed for the beach and the short walk out to the water was perfect. The coffee shops and restaurants were all within walking distance. We would love to stay here again.

Family Fun

The house was great and located in a perfect place. All of the beach items we needed were at the house for the youngsters to play with. Also had beach chairs. Location of the house was handy for everything in town.

Great Location

We had four adults and two kids for our stay. The house was perfect for our group. The location couldn't have been better. Close to restaurants and town. We will keep this on our list of places to go!

Perfect Quick Getaway

This property is very clean. The included beach towels, toys and chairs were an added perk for our family of 5 who flew in for a long weekend. We were still able to fly carry on only! The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms made it easy to shower 3 kids and get ready for an evening out quickly! The location is safe and the walk to the beach is quick! We look forward to returning another time!!!

Overall very nice stay. Easy check-in and check-out process. The information was provided on time before check-in and was simple to follow The house was stocked with all the items needed to enjoy the beach. The location is absolutely great. We'll definitely be staying at this house again in the future.

Wonderful location, nice, clean home - Not suited for the elderly

Home location was perfect, House was clean, and fairly well stocked for young families & people under 65yrs old. We took my 90 year old mother with us and that is where we ran into some issues: -No hand railing off the back patio, just a cement block -No place to put shower supplies except on the floor -No beach chairs suitable for anyone over 65 years old. (we had to buy my Mother a chair & umbrella, which we had to leave there) -The walkway to the ocean was covered with overgrown vines -The only suitable chairs inside the house she could sit on were the plastic ones with arms. The couch was very low and broken down. -The first night we were there, the handle fell off the sliding glass door We had problems with the TV when we first got there & someone came right over to fix it. Something to be aware of when booking this property is that we first booked & paid for the downpayment, received conformation of our booking, made plane & rental car reservations & were all set. A couple of weeks before travel, the management company sent me an email & had changed our dates without even a phone call! Said the property had been double booked & that we had no other option if we wanted to stay there except to change our dates to stay. No offered discount, no comparable other properties, no compensation whatsoever. This is a bad business practice. If you can't keep up with your listings - not much of a property management company.

Great stay at a beautiful home

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. It is beautiful. Big windows which face the beach allows you to take in the sunrise every morning. The beach was almost private, we barely shared it except for the neighbors we had. Got to watch a SpaceX rocket lift off right from the beach. It was a great vacation. Loved the stay!

Wonderful Extended Family Vacation

The house is as-described. Perfect location right on the beach. Spacious, comfortable house and well-appointed. We enjoyed our stay. We recommend and we'll hopefully stay again!
