Escape to Paradise! Enjoy a tropical oasis in this stunning Florida home. Relax by the pool, soak in the spa, or lounge on the patio. Perfect for families or couples seeking a peaceful getaway. Book your dream vacation today! Only 200 steps to the beach and 4 blocks from the main street of Cocoa Beach.

This is a 1 story 3 bedroom 2 bath home and has a swimming pool, nice fenced in yard. We use hypoallergenic laundry detergent on all the sheets and towels. The pool is not heated however the spa (hot tub) is operable with a remote. It does not operate between the hours of 11pm and 6am for quiet hours. We are dog friendly with a non-refundable $150 fee, breed restrictions, a 2-pet maximum, and a 25 lb. weight limit apply

This is a wonderful home to stay in Cocoa Beach. The hostess is very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect for the beach and restaurants.

Wonderful house in a great location - 1.5 blocks to the beach and 3-4 blocks to restaurants. House was immaculate and back yard is very private with a lovely pool. Host was welcoming and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this home for a few days in August and it was exactly as pictured. Kelsy was very responsive and checked in with us often. The garage had a wagon to pull to the beach along with beach toys and a cooler, which was perfect. Public beach access is a short walk away and was perfect. Everyone enjoyed swimming in the pool and relaxing on the back patio.

One of the best VRBOs we’ve stayed at. Very clean, quiet home, just a quarter mile from the beach. Host checked in a couple of times to see if we needed anything. Definitely will book again.

Perfect Stay

We stayed here only one night prior to a cruise. I would love to come back and stay longer. House was clean, beds were comfy, pool very nice. Within walking distance to great eats. We certainly will be back. Oh, close to the beach also.

We loved our stay here! Busy street, but beach accesses with paid parking are only a couple blocks up - close enough to walk if not taking a bunch of stuff or with small kids. Did find a free beach access down at Tables Beach. Property was clean - did have a slight ant issue in the kitchen which was taken care of promptly and Kelsy checked in the next day to make sure it was taken care of. Neighbors were friendly and quiet. Pool was great. Rooms were set up nicely- minimal decor which was great with kids. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

From check in to check out, the property manager answered all of our questions promptly and the accommodations were amazing. The location was great and house was perfect. We were close to the beach and the pool and spa were clean. We all enjoyed the privacy of the pool and the patio space. The house was immaculate and plenty of room. We would go there again!

Beautiful Home

The owners thought of everything. We had a wonderful stay. It sits on the main street in town so I was surprised by how busy the street was. This might be a bit concerning for those with small children and pets. The beach is very close and it’s one of the best beaches I’ve ever been to. The spring break seen is fun and vibrant. I would definitely recommend

Spring break family vacation

First off, I have to say the house is very clean. The house is very nice. The backyard is great. The beach is around the corner about a 5-minute walk.The bad side is the house, is on a very busy street. You have to drive to all restaurants. VRBO told me in an email that check in was 11:00 am, then Kelsey told me it was 3:00 PM which screwed up our day. Also, I told Kelsey the ice machine was broken, and she said thank you for letting her know. Then I asked when the ice machine would be fixed, and she said they tried, and it cannot be fixed. So that was crappy instead of first off apologizing and being honest that it was just broke. We were asked to take out the garbage from previous guest, which again was annoying because they left the garbage a mess with pizza boxes and stuff outside of the garbage. I asked about using the hot tub one day which costs 30.00 and that is just ridiculous. The pool was cold so we thought if we turned it on, it would warm it up a little. I was then told it only heats the hot tub and not the pool. We had 3 HUGE spiders in the house. Even my husband was like I have never seen a spider that big. I told Kelsey and again without any apology she seemed confused and basically was like whatever, we have pest control I will let them know.She never apologized about any of the problems and basically blew me off. So basically, I would never stay at this house again. There are other nice houses in the area so I would go with something else.
