Belle nouvelle location de vacances / entrée au parc national à pied de la plage

Belle propriété de location de vacances neuve. Situé au coeur de la station balnéaire de Stanhope. L'emplacement est le meilleur de Stanhope, comme l'ont dit tous nos clients. Frontières sur le parc national de l'Î.-P.-É. Garez votre voiture à votre arrivée et marchez jusqu'aux magnifiques plages d'eau chaude de l'Île-du-Prince-Édouard. Le quai de Covehead est à 5 minutes à pied pour la pêche en haute mer ou l'un des meilleurs restaurants de fruits de mer de l'Î.-P.-É. «Richards». Si vous aimez le golf, le 18 trous Stanhope Golf and Country Club est à 2 km.
Un nouveau système de sentiers intégré commence à votre porte d'entrée et comprend plus de 20 km d'activités de marche et de vélo.
Cette toute nouvelle propriété de vacances peut accueillir 6 personnes confortablement. La chambre principale est au rez-de-chaussée et la chambre au 2ème étage peut accueillir 4 personnes.
Beaucoup d'espace de vie intérieur et extérieur. Regardez certains des couchers de soleil les plus spectaculaires de l'île alors que le soleil se couche sur les dunes et la baie de Covehead sur l'un des 3 grands ponts extérieurs. Un pont est projeté. Le pont du deuxième étage offre une vue sur les dunes et la baie pour voir les lumières de Rustico.
Toutes les commodités sont fournies, tout ce dont vous avez besoin est votre nourriture et vos boissons… nous fournissons le reste.
Nous proposons le wifi pour nos clients, des téléviseurs intelligents, un laissez-passer pour les parcs nationaux pendant votre séjour, un chariot de plage que vous pouvez emporter avec des parasols, des jouets de plage, des serviettes de plage et profiter de la douche extérieure à votre retour de la plage. Les appareils de cuisine sont tous neufs et W / D. Décoré avec goût avec un mobilier de qualité, la maison est bien aménagée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin.
Nous exploitons 2 autres locations de vacances très populaires et très bien cotées, donc la formule pour les clients heureux sera appliquée à notre nouvelle propriété!
Profitez de la belle région de Stanhope et de tout son charme animalier et côtier.
Découvrez et observez les aigles, le renard roux, les faucons, les oiseaux côtiers, etc. depuis votre pont avant.

THE place to relax on PEI

If you’re looking for plenty of beach access, sunny weather, quiet surroundings and literally walking distance access to the North Shore of PEI and its National Parks, this is the place. Comfy, very well equipped, with charming and friendly hosts, you cannot go wrong with this quiet, relaxing get-away.

Perfect spot!

Loved the beautiful cottage, which had everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to the beach, fish market, and a short drive to Charlottetown. Patti-Sue & Kent were very welcoming with tips on local places. We would love to come back someday.

Beautiful property that is centrally located to many PEI attractions. This lovely house was beautifully decorated and comfortable for our 1 week stay. Can’t wait to be back.

Ocean + National Park Oasis

We stayed for a week mid-August and had an exceptional time. Location was unbeatable with walkable proximity to the beach and national park. The screened in porch was a very appreciated and useful space. Would absolutely re-book or recommend to others.

Great Location

Clean, modern cottage in an excellent location. The host was very helpful and even stopped by to drop off drinking water and lanterns during Hurricane Lee. We had a great time despite the weather!

Beautiful designer home in fabulous location of PEI. Patti-Sue and husband are right across the street, lovely people with an adorable dog, Fetch. It is ten minutes from the Dunes, the most impressive restaurant with amazing gardens and pottery and only a few minutes from Richard’s, the infamous seafood stand. Brackley Beach is just minutes away! You couldn’t ask for more!

Most beautiful area in PEI

I love PEI with its rolling hills, its red soil, endless beaches, fresh seafood, and this beautiful Stanhope area. The house was very well equipped and it made our stay so wonderful. I will return to PEI, the best of all Maritime provinces.

Cottage stay

This cottage and location were beautiful. Walking distance to the beach, beautiful view and sunsets. The cottage was fantastic, had all the amenities that you would need. It was comfortable, lots of space, great outdoor space. The screened in porch is perfect for sitting outside without bugs. A great find in a beautiful spot. Will look to stay again in the future.

The perfect vacation home!

This is a great house in a fantastic location. We loved the multiple porch options for morning coffee, evening sunsets, and ocean breezes. The house is light, airy, and clean. The house has tall ceilings, nice finishes, and a very comfortable bed. While fairly close to the road it was extremely quiet. The walk to the beach was shorter than expected. We love Cape Side!

Perfect Location

Lots of times when you stay in a place, there is a shortage of what you need to maximize your stay. Not here! The place has EVERYTHING you need to have a great time on PEI - fully equipped kitchen (and I mean fully), beach towels and beach accessories, even a box of toys and puzzles for the kids. And it's right next to the beach and National Park too.

Better than expected

From the point that we entered the neighborhood to the pulling onto the perfectly manicured grounds our anticipation grew and as we opened the door and saw the home we were blown away. There was soft music playing, fresh cut flowers and the house was like a model home. It was perfectly clean and better than advertised. The beach is a very short walk away and everything was perfect

Amazing! What a beautiful place!

This was a perfect place for us in the island. Great location. Central to many beaches and amenities. The beautiful touches did not go unnoticed. The wine, fresh flowers, fresh breeze through the home and beautiful music playing when we arrived were more than welcoming. The kids loved and felt comfortable in the space. The outdoor shower after our beach days were a hit. The quick walk to the beach just topped off the stay. Thank you so much Patti Sue. It was so nice to meet you and we will be back 😊

Amazing views, beautiful property

We really enjoyed out stay here in PEI. P.S. was very quick to respond and it was great to meet the host as we were leaving. The house is gorgeous and provided a wonderful view of the coast and sunsets. There was plenty of space to spread out, including a wonderful screened porch and a second floor deck (perfect for setting up a camera or binoculars for bird watching). The location was very central to everything on PEI, and being literally just across the street from the beach made access very simple. The kitchen was well stocked (both with utensils/cookware, but also with basics like salt, pepper, sugar etc) As we were planning out trip, we considered staying in Charlettetown, but we are so glad we decided on this place (besides it was only a 20 min drive back into the main town area). Highly recommend!

Great cottage near the park.

We had a lovely time at this cottage, enjoying coffee every morning on the screened-in porch, adventuring close by to several beaches and national parks, plus golfing at the Stanhope Golf Club. Very comfortable stay.
