Phoenix West de 2004 est un spacieux 3 chambres, 4 salle de bains unité Golfe-avant.

La suite principale dispose d'un lit King, TV à écran plat avec lecteur DVD et salle de bain privée avec baignoire jacuzzi, grande douche carrelée à l'italienne et double vasque.

La deuxiÚme chambre a également un lit King avec salle de bain privée, et la troisiÚme chambre dispose de 2 lits doubles et une salle de bain privée. Les deux chambres d'hÎtes sont d'une grande télévision à écran plat.

Le salon dispose carrelage partout, du sol au plafond, des fenĂȘtres et une grande tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat avec lecteur DVD. l'accĂšs Ă  Internet sans fil est disponible, avec une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e, d'un bar avec machine Ă  glaçons et une rondelle pleine grandeur et sĂšche-linge.

Phoenix West offre des vues du Golfe-avant spectaculaires et des équipements fabuleux. Sentez-vous libre pour se détendre dans les eaux miroitantes de la riviÚre tandis que les petits profiter de la glissade d'eau sinueux.

Ce complexe propose également une piscine à entrée, piscine pour enfants, des courts de tennis, une grande piscine intérieure chauffée avec bains à remous, coin grillade et de la promenade avec douche extérieure. Transpirer stress dans la salle d'exercice à pleine charge, avec un sauna.

Phoenix West dispose d’un garage couvert et permettra aux clients d’acheter jusqu’à deux cartes de stationnement par unitĂ© Ă  leur arrivĂ©e dans le hall.

Beautiful condo and very spacious. Exceptionally clean. Hot water heater wasn't set correct for 4 baths. Beds were comfortable and linens were fresh. Excellent view of the beach, pool and lazy river. The four elevators and the indoor parking garage made everything convenient. Seth with Ike's Beach Service was the best!

Good stay

Overall a good stay but there were a few items that needed some attention. Didn’t call property management because we didn’t want to have a repair man in the unit during our stay. The washing machine does not properly drain and spin, it maybe worked 2/20 times. The dishwasher needs attention as well, the soap never dispersed and just stayed in the compartment.

We had a great time. Condo was beautiful, location great and loved the property amenities. Think the dishwasher wasn’t working properly so we didn’t use it but that was the only issue we had. Notified mgmt and they responded immediately. We would definitely come back! Thanks for a great week.

Great Stay

The communication was awesome. The lazy river was our favorite. The accommodations were good. I wish at least one parking spot was included in stay. But thats only complaint if you want to call it that. We will be staying again next year. Great family trip and family environment.

Great condo

Great experience. Needed towels upon arrival, they quickly delivered. Great communication throughout. Condo kitchen was fully stocked. Beds comfy. AC very cold. Internet was good.

Awesome condo!!

I would absolutely recommend this condo to my family and friends. We had 4 adults and 2 young kids in our group. Plenty of space and bathrooms for everyone. The only thing I would change would be to get smart tvs. Not a big deal but it’s nice when you have kids and want to settle down for the evening and watch a movie that they like. But again, not a big breaker. The condo was on the 20th floor, close to the elevators. Not a problem at all. Never heard a lot of noise and we didn’t have a long wait time for the elevators. Maybe a minute or two at the most. The kids loved the lazy river and the big slide! The walk-in pool was nice as well. We stayed the week after Labor Day so it wasn’t crowded. But I can see during the summer that the small pool would not be enough space for the size of the building. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Clean and comfortable

Unit was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Beds were really comfortable and loved that everyone had room to spread out instead of being crammed together. It was on the 20th floor but elevators ran smooth all week and we rarely had to wait more than a few minutes. Agree with most that the tvs and remotes and swivel chair could be changed out but that wasn’t our main focus of the week. Loved the pools and lazy river at the resort and the balcony was nice and spacious. Would stay again!

Family friendly facility

Overall this property was a good choice for my family. The decor was nice but different from the pictures posted on line. Kitchen was small and only 1 person could be preparing food comfortably. Ice makers probably need to be cleaned more often. Even though everything looked clean when we arrived, my granddaughter was covered with black streaks after being in the floor for 5 minutes. Would recommend TV's be serviced since they were not working consistently. Would highly recommend this property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rented for a girls' trip! Large property with lots of room and privacy but not crammed with bunkbeds. Spectacular gulf views and gorgeous sunsets from the balcony (table/4 chairs and 2 loungers). Lots of family room seating and nice dining room table area. All three bedrooms have private baths and there is an additional fourth common bath. 4 queen beds and a sofa sleeper (sleeps 10). Full size washer and dryer. Bathrooms a little dated but spotless. Ice maker in bar area is very handy. Kitchen area was not cleaned completely - used pod in coffeemaker, grimy cabinets, dusty bar glasses. Definitely felt the need to disinfect some kitchen areas. Aside from the lackluster food/drink area cleaning, everything else was spotless! Furniture arrangement was great for conversation, games and relaxation. Unit located conveniently to elevators. Building staff all very friendly and helpful. Parking passes $31.50 and easy to purchase at building front desk area. Would definitely stay again in this unit!
