Cute home and close to main metro

The location was away from the super busy areas, but close enough to a main metro to get us everywhere we needed to go. Rooms were great and the shower was wonderful! Our host was fantastic and was waiting for us when we arrived to let us in and give us any information we needed. Would stay here again!

Good place to stay

3 good bedrooms 2 with good doble bed and one with single bed in good quality. The sofa bed to sleep in the living room very comfortable for our teenagers and best area with AC The host really friendly and answered all our questions. The restaurant she recommended in the area was excellent Just one bathroom with shower , very clean

The apartment is a great base with the metro a 5 minute walk away. The drive from the outskirts to the apartment was straightforward and the secure parking is nearby Thoroughly recommend especially if you’ve got your own car and want easy access to Barcelona Valentina is a great host and very helpful

A wonderful, spacious property in a superb location.

I could not recommend this place anymore! Super clean and tidy, absolutely massive, and in a wonderful location. Check-in and check-out processes are very easy. I wish we had stayed with more people as it felt like a waste of space for just 2 of us - and next time I’d love to stay much longer. The perfect place to stay for longer than a week.

This apartment was so well located, spacious and Valentina is AMAZING. The parking definitely was a plus, given how difficult parking can be in Barcelona. This place was near every necessity - pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, bars and sights. I would definitely stay here again. I’d like to add that Valentina was such a great host and helped us get all of our luggage upstairs. Do mot hesistate to book this place.

Great little apartment in nice quiet area

Really enjoyed our stay at the La Segrera apartment. Clean, comfortable and quiet at night, especially in the bedrooms which were to the rear of the property. We did enjoy the balcony in the evening though - even if it was a little smaller than it appeared in the photos. Location was great, close to local supermarkets, cafes and a metro station to take us right into the centre of Barcelona quickly and cheaply. Valentina was great too, very friendly and helpful.

Great Apartment in a nice part of the city

This was a 3 bedroom apartment with one and a half bathrooms which is great for families or a group of friends. The place was clean and Valentina was an exellent host. Communication with her was great and she was very helpful with the check in process. There is also a parking spot available that was very close by. The area had many restaurants and some small grocery stores as well as having the metro station just 2 blocks away. Very convenient for exploring the city.

memorable Barcelona

We are 3 traveling senior friends and we wanted a comfortable home base for our 5night stay in Barcelona and this flat really came through. Valentina was a gracious host and very helpful for any needs we had. The Flat is very spacious and had all the amenities that we needed. The AC was wonderful as it was quite hot when we were there. We spent most nights relaxing on the balcony enjoying a drink after our days of sightseeing. The location is great in a quiet neighborhood only minutes from the subway so getting around the city was easy. I would not hesitate to stay here again on my return to Barcelona.

Family Trip in Barcelona

This apartment is tight for 7 people; it would be better for 5-6. Valentina was great about accommodating us and easy to communicate with. There are three bedrooms: two easily sleep two people and one has a small bed. I used the balcony to catch up on work each morning. The apartment is only a few minutes walk from La Sagrera station on L5 of the metro which made it easy to get anywhere...including the airport.

Deja vu, second time even better

I reviewed this flat after staying for two weeks in December 2021. We extended our stay and moved back in January for a week. Love this place. It is a clean, comfortable flat with three bedrooms and 21/2 baths. Heating/AC units at each end of the flat kept things warm and comfortable during some really cold weather. Kitchen is conveniently stocked with the basics. American second floor with a nice elevator, we will be back and hope available for our annual family visits.

Perfect place just 20-30 mins from attractions

We arrived and Edwin was finishing up cleaning the place. Very thorough and much appreciated. Valentina is a superb host and very pleasant to talk to. She took the time to refer us to local restaurants and directions to the beach. And tips to navigate our way around Barcelona. We really enjoyed the location as our first night we visited s local tapas bar on a roof top and it was a 10 minute walk away. The rest of our stay we enjoyed the convenience of the subway (10 minutes away). We also took a 25 minute walk and enjoyed a local churros place. Valentina checked us in within 10 minutes of our arrival and responded to any questions via Vrbo that we may have had. Thank you Valentina for being a wonderful host to our family.

Spacious, clean flat with easy access to parking

We stayed in this flat with our teenage kids and it was a great fit for us. There were 3 bedrooms so everyone had their own space, and two toilets. We also were able to do a load of laundry, which was nice as there was a heat wave going on and our clothes were sweaty! The air conditioning kept the flat cool and comfortable. Everything was clean and tidy and we were met by a representative that showed up how to get in the security doors and where to go for the secured parking garage. There are many cafes and grocers in the area, so you can easily walk to grab a meal or a drink. It is a little far from some of the tourist areas, but that wasn't an issue for us since we had a car. Overall, it was a wonderful choice for our family and the host was very helpful. I would certainly consider staying here again and recommend it to others.

Beau séjour

La place est parfaite. Elle est bien située pour le prix. PrÚs de plusieurs commodités. Attention aux frais additionnels (taxe de bienvenue demandée à l'accueil). Malgré cette surprise, l'accueil était trÚs chaleureux. Je recommande.
