Accessibility - 3 floors above street level. Elevator (10 steps to elevator)

Apartment description - 2 bedroom newly remodeled apartment with 1 bathroom. One full bathroom, with shower, toilet, sink. Complete kitchen including oven, microwave oven and full-size refrigerator. Master bedroom with 140 x 200 cm bed. 2nd bedroom has two single beds (90 x 190cm).

Equipment - SAFE in the master bedroom.
Private LAUNDRY ROOM inside the apartment with a washing machine and a dryer.
A/C and heating.
We supply LINENS and TOWELS, and a starter supply of soap and SHAMPOO and other essentials.

For maximum comfort this apartment has central gas heating and air-conditioning.

Location - The apartment is in the historical part of the Eixample area, at short distance and midway from the Sagrada Familia temple and Passeig de Gracia shopping.

Transportation - Near Verdaguer metro station (on yellow and blue lines) and several bus lines. Very easy to get to by taxi.

Noise levels - The apartment faces the street. All facade windows have double glazing, but there may be some street noise (traffic) in the master bedroom and living room.

Occupancy - The apartment is ideally suited for 4 people.

Check-in and check-out - The apartment will be ready for you at 16:00 for occupancy. Check-out time is 11:00am.
Reserved early check-in or late check-out for half the nightly rate, subject to availability.
There is no extra fee for nighttime check-in.
FREE LUGGAGE STORAGE SERVICE in our office when you arrive before check in or depart after check out time. We have our office in the building next door.

Excellent location and ideal for what we needed. A great base for exploring Barcelona. The apartment was comfortable and clean.The communication with the hosts was prompt.The WiFi was good enough to watch films via Amazon, although a little patchy in the bedrooms.

We enjoyed our stay, we enjoyed the area and the character of the property .the kitchen has everything you need, a small balcony which has a small table and 2 chairs you can enjoy the sun late afternoon . Communication was good with everyone involved. Not as pristine as the images show but we never had a problem it was clean and equipped, wifi was good and has a safe in the wardrobe. I would stay again

Liliana helped us when we arrived. Made the process easy and very efficient so we could Start to enjoy our vacation.AC worked great, location is great For some reason the internet went down the day before our check out and Liliana could not make it work. Maybe was a provider problem.Overall 100%

The location was great and check in process was smooth. Pictures looked a bit nicer than actual. The bathroom is very small we had literally no space to move. The building is very old and lots of stairs the elevator is do tiny that we struggled to put 5 luggages in.

The host respond easy and immediately to any question. Easy to wait for the check in because they have you luggage in their offices and the neighborhood are perfect for wait many restaurants caffĂšs and everything close..! Beautiful experience. Wonderful communication with the property greeter, she was extremely helpful. The AC was out in the apartment we booked, and over 90 degrees outside. The owners quickly made an adjustment to put us in another more spacious apartment near the other. I appreciated their thoroughness.

the flat is located in a very strategic area for visiting the most beautiful sights on foot. Metro and bus nearby. Quiet area but with a choice of restaurants, food shops, bar and bakery... Negative point: very cramped shower room/wc, difficult to manage for more than 2 people.

Just okay, could be better

The listing puts the best face on what is really a very modest apartment. That wouldn't be so bad, but the main bed is terrible. It's a futon with a thin mattress that will give you back problems if you sleep there more than a couple of nights. I also see from past reviews that this has been an unaddressed problem for many years. Great location, but minimally comfortable.

Excellent location

We felt right at home. Having two bedrooms, we used one as a dressing room. We left our luggage there, and since it is next to the bathroom, it was kind of like a walk-in closet. It was really convenient to have a washing machine. The apartment comes with a foldable rack where you can dry your clothes. The washer leaves the clothes almost dry and it took just a few hours (overnight) for them to dry fully. If I had to find any fault with the apartment, I’d say the bathroom is tiny. Also, the AC did not cool enough. Since we weren’t bothered by that too much because the weather was perfect during our stay, we didn’t tell the owners until we left, and they promised to get it fixed for the next visitors. There is a carrefour express that is open 24/7 about a block away. Having a fully functioning kitchen, if you are staying long enough, you can definitely cook. We just bought breakfast foods and something to eat before bed and saved some money. We had our main meals while exploring the city. They leave enough trash bags for you to collect your trash. The containers are very close to the building. The highlight of the apartment are the balconies. It feels like you live there. The views are nice. You are close to the metro line. Walking distance from Sagrada Familia. Very nice neighborhood. The area reminded me of a nice neighborhood in downtown Paris. I’d stay there again.

Balc Apt - ok Beds/street noise - not so much

We (2adults) stayed here for 2 weeks Great location - close to the metro. Light and bright. The full size bed was more of a futon mattress -not comfortable at all -was closest to the street - Valencia - VERY noisey - buses, trucks, scooters, people... we moved into the inner room with twin beds to sleep. Only provided 3 small rolls of toilet paper for 2 adults for 2 weeks. 2 thin towels - no wash cloths - no hand towels : ( Light and bright but could have been so much better! To their credit - when we did have an issue with the iron or the washer - the owners were quick to respond. I would hope that they would consider better bedding and better/more linen.

Good location

Good location. Is great for the city centre, not as professionally decorated as the pictures make out though and the pillows on the bed were definitely not like the pictures. The check in information given was a bit confusing as I was told that there were due to be some keys, but then on checking I got told that they only have the electronic keypad, so unsure why I got told that. As we were coming for only three nights, I had double checked that there was going to be soap and I had been told yes. However, there wasn't any and so I had to go and buy some the next day. I told them that I was doing that but they then did hang some up on the outside door at the end of the second day, although it was a bit late by then. The apartment is fine, the kitchen was clean and well stocked - it was good enough for us for a couple of nights right in the city centre but not sure I would have classed it as "professionally decorated" - at least not recently. I would recommend though for cleanliness and for the city centre.

Appartement bien situĂ© avec des commoditĂ©s tel sel, poivre, huile, Ă©pices de base, essuie-tout. L’appartement est proche des autobus, mĂ©tro et Tram. Le seul hic, c’est la salle de bain qui est exigue. Assis sur la toilette vous avez la tĂȘte dans la porte et au sortir de la douche vous avez de la misĂšre Ă  passer devant la toilette. La cuisine n’est pas trĂšs grande non plus. La petite chambre est petite aussi.

Emplacement parfait mise a part quil etait bruyant. L'appart etait loin detre decore par professionnel, rien des photos etait en place. Air climatse ne fonctionnait pas malgre reparateur. Salle de bain tres petite, assis sur la toilette, on a la porte dans le frond. Internet pas toujours fiable. Lit confortable. Coffret surete. On a jamais manque deau chaude.

TrÚs bonne localisation mais détails pesants

La localisation de l’appartement est idĂ©ale pour dĂ©couvrir Barcelone et profiter de tous les commerces environnants. Cependant la literie est clairement Ă  revoir, pour la chambre d’adulte nous n’avons pas rĂ©ussi Ă  dormir du sĂ©jour le matelas Ă©tant si fin qu’on a dĂ» y mettre des coussins et des couettes afin de ne plus sentir les lattes du lit et ses espaces cela a malheureusement entachĂ© notre apprĂ©ciation de la location. De plus la salle de douche est vraiment petite . Mis Ă  part ces deux dĂ©tails nous avons passĂ© un joli sĂ©jour et nous repartons avec de jolies souvenirs et un mal de dos.

trÚs bon emplacement et piÚces lumineuses. La literie n'était pas aussi belle que sur les photos mais cela n'est pas grave. Le petit balcon est apprécié et tout ce qui était disponible dans l'appartement aussi. TrÚs bien situé. Pas beaucoup de fruiteries avec de beaux fruits ou légumes..un peu déplorable. Mes enfants et nous avons apprécié notre escacade à Barcelone :0
