Lido: Appartement s Venise Lido 4-6 personnes

Villa Valesntina est située dans un quartier central d'autres villas Liberty au milieu de beaux jardins. Le logement au premier étage de la villa à été restauré l'été dernier. Il est indiqué pour 4-6 (jusqu'à 8 personnes avec l'annection de l'appartment contigu) est idéalment situé pour visiter Venise. On rejoint place St.Marc et tous les lieux historiques en 15-20 minutes (à pieds+vaporetto). En meme temps on peut profiter de la plage à seulement 100 metres, ou suivre la Mostra du Cinema (International Film Festival) à quelques pas, ou participer aux nombreux congrès qui ont lieu au Venice Congress Centre. L'appartement se compose d' une cuisine ouverte moderne donnant sur un salon/salle à manger avec vue sur les jardins, deux chambres à coucher. L'une avec un grand lit (ou deux lits séparés), l'autre avec deux lits jumeaux, salle de bain (douche). Dans le salon il y a aussi un canapé lit double. Climatisation et connection internet wi-fi.
Pour des familles ou groupes plus nombreux il y a l'opportunité d'étendre la location aussi au duplex contigu au meme étage (annonce nr. 583892)ayant ainsi la disponibilité pour 8-9 personnes

Location f Lido was easy to get to. Leaving the city of Venice and heading to Lido we knew there would be much less noise and traffic and a slower pace for our down time. The apartment was a short walk to either outdoor markets, restaurants and the beach. The apartment had all we needed for the 2 of us.

Almost perfect

Nice accomodation, close to beach on obe side, and ferry on the other side of Lido. Daniela is a very nice lady, who gave us a warm welcome, together with all necessary infomations. The kitchenequipement could be a little bit better. Especially at least one sharp knife would be nice. ;)

Séjour très agréable au Lido.

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable. L’appartement est confortable et est situé dans la très jolie maison de Daniela au cœur du Lido entouré de jolies maisons Liberty et avec les plages, commerces et restaurants à proximité. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié le calme qui y règne.

Ruhige Lage und gute Erreichbarkeit

Gut gepflegte Wohnung mit ausreichend Platz und alles vorhanden was für den Aufenthalt nötig ist. Frau Rotelli haben wir leider nicht persönlich kennengelernt, sie war jedoch gut online erreichbar, auch der Check in hat Problemlos geklapptDie Lage ist ruhig, aber auch zentral, restaurants und Geschäfte sind gut erreichbar und Venedig mit den Vaporetto Linien 1 und 2 und auch Nachtlinien sehr gut erreichbar. Verbindung yum Markusplatz innerhalb von 15 bis 20 Minuten. Fähranleger und Vaporettostation sind von der Wohnung in 10 Minuten (gemütlicher Fußmarsch)erreichbar. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Ruhig und in Strandnähe

Sehr angenehme Ferienwohnung mit einer freundlichen Vermieterin. Der wunderschöne Strand ist in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Auch zu der Anlegestelle der Vaporetti braucht man ca. in 10 Minuten. Es ist wunderbar tagsüber das wunderschöne Venedig zu besuchen und dann im ruhigen Lido auszuspannen.

Wunderbarer Herbsturlaub!

Eine sehr erholsame Woche in ruhiger, aber zugleich zentraler Lage unweit des Strandes und der Haupteinkaufsstraße. Vom Lido aus lassen sich Venedig und die Inseln mit den Vaporetti problemlos erkunden. Daniela ist eine sehr angenehme und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, so dass wir gerne wiederkommen.

Die vorzügliche Ferienwohnung ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand, vom Zentrum und von der Fähre nach Venedig entfernt. Die erstklassige Ausstattung (Parkett, Klimaanlage, Spül- und Waschmaschine) bietet allen Komfort, den man von Zuhause gewöhnt ist. Signora Rotelli ist eine diskrete und zuvorkommende Vermieterin. Die Wohnung ist ideal sowohl für den Strandurlaub als auch für die Besichtigung Venedigs.

Exploring Venice

Daniele was very welcoming. The apartment was in a great location not far from the vaporetta and beach. The Main Street where all the restaurants were was only a short walk away. It was lovely staying on the Lido, it made a pleasant break from the crowds in Venice. Cycled the length of the Lido thanks to Daniela leading us some bike free of charge.

Alles wunderbar!

Wir sind mit dem Rad von München nach Vendig gefahren, haben uns an den Stränden (auf dem Lido und in Pellestrina) erholt und auf der Biennale Kultur getankt. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und zentral. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, die Appartements sehr gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Nice and quiet house

We (husband, 6 year old, my old mother and I) travelled with vaparetto from airport to Lido and walked slowly from the harbour in 20 minutes to the house. Location easy to find, perfect two big rooms and big kitchen with social area. We enjoyed the quiet location and how close it was to walk to the beach. Easy to get to Venice too. Close to a little bar by the beach. I only missed a big grater when cooking, otherwise we didn't miss anything. Good Wifi, laundry machine in the bathroom, good kitchen and we had a great stay! Great holiday

We (two adults, two children) spent a week in July/August 2018 in this apartment. What we liked: * Modern and well equiped apartment * Comfortable beds and furniture * Spacious * Enough storage space * Good communication with very friendly host * Good Air condition in living room and master bed room * Internet worked well What we didn't like: * This is rather new house, which means that the insualtion against the weather ist pretty bad. During a hot week, you have to run the Air Condition all the time, even during the night * The second bed room does not have an Air Condition

In the second bed room there are ceiling fans. The door can be left open so as to receive the conditioned air from the living room which is strong enough to cool even the adjoining room. It is an exceptional year with high temperature throughout Europe . Usually air conditioning is rarely used.
