Typique appartement vénitien entièrement restauré en avil 2012, situé dans le coeur de Venise avec une vieu merveilleuse sur le Palais des Doges et sur le Campanil de Saint Marc.
Il est situé au troisième étage, trés prôche de Place Saint Marc et des embarcadères des bateaux qui relient tous les îles de la lagune.
L’appartement est ideal pour les couples, les familles et toutes le personnes qui veulent profiter de l’atmoshère magique de Venise

It is as a nice apartment and a good host. I didn't realize it was a 3rd floor walk up, tough with our luggage but a visitor helped us get it upstairs! The location is amazing, very close to everything: tourist attractions, transportation (waterbuses), and great restaurants!

The host Fernando communicated early with excellent details. He even met us at the taxi dock and walked us to the apartment. He showed us the amenities including how to use the washer and clothesline! The apartment is in a great location, very close to the dock and St Mark’s Square. The only thing I want to mention is there is no lift. You do need to carry your suitcase up 3 flights of stairs, but he discloses that information.

Fernando was super to deal with, supplied lots of information on how to get to his location once arriving in Venice. Updated us on the day of travel as there was a workers strike on the water bus, so sent details of how best to deal with. This was unfortunate as it meant a 15 minute walk with luggage to reach him - instead of the 1-minute walk if we had been able to get off the water bus at the usual stop for the apartment.Anyhow, with our pigeon Italian and Fernando’s limited English, he showed us around apartment and we were all set for our stay. Apartment location is great, very walkable and very convenient for of water-buses. Set up very well with everything we needed, including good wifi. Air conditioning was very welcome as the temperature was in the high 30s during our stay in May!Maybe the apartment would benefit from a microwave, or we should have paid more attention to the kitchen before food shopping.

Such a great property! The location is just steps from St Mark’s plaza and waterfront, yet you feel like a local with its off the beaten path address. Fernando met us at the water bus stop and showed us to the property upon arrival, he was super easy to communicate with and provided step by step instructions on getting there from the train station. The apartment is equipped with new appliances and fixtures, perfect for our 3 night stay.

Wonderful flat in a perfect location!

We loved our stay here. Fernando was so kind to wait for us at the water taxi and walk us to the flat. Flat was comfortable and cozy. Literally a minute from St. Mark's square but on a quiet street so we weren't bothered by crowds or noise. Highly recommend it!

The apartment was in a wonderful location, so close to plaza San Marco and to nice restaurants and shopping. The owner met us when we arrived and led us to the apartment. It was a wonderful stay.

Fernando is the best!

Travel delays caused massive stress and lost half a day but Fernando was so gracious and worked with us on our VERY very late arrival. A/C worked great in the summer heat and the apartment was clean and comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect, highly recommend.

Venice Apartment at St. Mark's Square

Fernando's apartment was perfect for our stay in Venice. Location is near the busy St. Mark's Square and right by many of the popular tourist attractions. Place was clean and had everything we needed and Fernando greeted us and showed us the place upon arrival.

Location, Location, Host!

I can't imagine a better spot to stay in Venice. The location is excellent, and yet somehow the apartment is still a good size and comfortable. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the host - Fernando - was kind and helpful. I'd recommend this place to anyone.
