We had a fantastic stay...the apartment was perfect -- well equipped, and the air conditioning was nice and cool, considering the unusually warm October weather! Great location...would definitely stay here again!

Great base to explore venice

The communication was excellent! We felt very well supported before and during our stay. The appartment was well clean, pretty, well equipped and located in a small lane just around nice Cafés and shops.

Perfect!

I can not recommend this apartment enough! It was an easy walk from the train station, perfect two bedroom apartment with all we needed for a wonderful stay. The local was excellent and the amazing restaurant underneath was the icing on the cake. The host was very friendly and easy to deal with from start to finish.

Enjoyable time in Venice

The appartement certainly contributed to a very enjoyable week in Venice. The Appartement is furnished in a lovely style, but also equipped very practically with everything we needed. The location in the heart of Venice let us reach all of our destinations with ease.

Cool old apartment

This place was awesome! We loved the location and the old world charm of the apartment. It is spacious and well appointed. The owner and greeter were very kind and attentive to our delay in arrival due to the Trenitalia train strike. We enjoyed coming home to this cool old place in the heart of Venice. We would definitely stay here again!

Over all our stay was good , great location close to everything, the only thing I would say is they have to replace the small appliances and the fridge has to be updated or defrosted , but again a great location

Amazing location and great price

Heart of the city, short distance to waterbus stops, tons of food, grocery, bars, coffee, restaurants, and shops in the same block. I just wished we had spent more time in the city and could visit all the amazing places the owner suggested. Sleeps as many as promised, check in was easy via proxy host. I would stay here again and recommend to friends. 4 short flights of stairs (but welcome to Venice duh). Windows have limited views but that's what your feet are for, exploring the city. Clean and comfortable. Washer was a plhs

Nice apartment in a great location.

The apartment was nice but the location was fantastic. We choose it to be near the Rialto bridge and it was a two minute walk away. The Realtors Mercato water tax zoo is a straight 3 minute walk to the flat. It is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. The AC works wonderfully. Luciano was very helpful with information for us as was Nicole. If you stay here the "Nice" Gelato store is the best, outside and to the right, as is the cafe right on t he corner to the right, and the ladies and pastries at the pastry shop on the right is great.

Morris and his family are very kind, friendly and smart. I got in touch with them several times before their departure. When we hosted them in Venice we had an excellent impression. We were not present at their check out but the apartment was left in order.

Hidden gem in the middle of Venice

Our experience began with our initial booking and the prompt, helpful replies from the owner. Luciano was able to answer all our questions about the unit and the area. We did arrive late on a feast day so we did not have anybody present for check in but that did not matter as we were in constant communication with the owner and we were able to find the keys easily. The unit was quiet and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom was a bit small but very clean. Beds were comfortable. The location was perfect as it was within a 10-15 minute walk from St. Mark’s square. Many restaurants and cafes within minutes in all directions. The area was reasonably quiet at night. I would definitely recommend this unit for any family with teenaged children. May not be the best unit for those with mobility issues as there are multiple stairs and no lift. Thank you again to Luciano for helping make our Venice stay even more enjoyable!

Check In was frustrating

We were told multiple times it was very important to keep Irene up to date on our travel and arrival plans - which we did- from the time we left Florence - when stopped to use the restrooms we updated - when we got on the bus and again on the water bus only to be told she was busy with other clients and to go and eat and wait for her which we did not want to do with all of our luggage so we walked to the apartment and waited on the step foe her which was a total of 50 Minutes past our arrival and our check in time. Otherwise we enjoyed the location and the restaurant right there was our favorite we ate at and we enjoyed the pastry and coffee shops just a few feet away! The A/C worked well and the fans in the bedroom were welcome sights. The apartment itself was good but the check in process was not.

Every job has its own difficulties. Chiara and the other girls who deal with hospitality have to face many unknowns, including delays, strikes (the last one on 16 June for trains) of the various means of transport (trains, planes, buses, cars) and it is NOT easy to reconcile all check-in appointments, which are somewhat uncertain. In Venice you move on foot and moving from one place to another, between one appointment (which perhaps arrived later than expected) and the next, takes time. This is a specificity of Venice and some small problems can happen.

Ideal für einen Venedigurlaub zu viert

Die Wohnung ist schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, sie hat eine Top-Lage mit guten Einkaufmöglichkeiten (Kaffee, Backwaren, Pizza, Markt in der Nähe) und ist sehr nah zu Vaporetto-Stationen. Gute Tipps vom Vermieter, sehr nette Kommunikation vor Ort. Wir kommen auch gerne ein drittes Mal!

Tolles Appartment mit top Lage mitten in der Stadt.

Super Lage mitten in der Stadt. Als Orientierung war die sehr nah gelegene Rialto Brücke perfekt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und bietet genügend Platz. (3 erwachsene, 2 Kleinkinder). Alles prima!

Sehr gute Wohnung für einen Venedig-Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Man wurde im Vorfeld gut über Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants etc. informiert. Alles war sehr sauber, die Ausstattung ist gut; die Nächte waren ruhig (es haben nur einige Mücken gestört...). Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden wiederkommen.

Zentrale Lage, viel Platz und hilfreiche Informationen vom Vermieter

Die 3-Zimmer-Wohnung ist geräumig, gut ausgestattet und hat eine unschlagbar zentrale Lage nahe der Rialto-Brücke. Alles Notwendige für den Alltag findet sich in der Nähe. Luciano hat uns sehr frühzeitig mit Informationen zur Wohnung, dem Check In und vielen Tipps für Restaurants und Bars versorgt. Irene holte uns am Anleger des Vaporetto ab und wir konnten sofort ins Appartment, obwohl wir am Ostersonntag schon gegen 9 Uhr auf der Matte standen....Vielen Dank dafür!
