Gulf Front - 3 Chambre Condominium

San Souci unité 703 est un merveilleux avant de Golfe 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains appartement situé à quelques pas des plages de sable blanc de sucre Pensacola Beach. Passez votre temps se prélasser autour de la piscine ou prendre le soleil sur le golfe surdimensionné face pont. La suite principale dispose d'un lit queen et salle de bain privée. Chambre deux a un seul lit double et un lit simple et trois chambres à coucher a deux lits jumeaux. Deux et trois chambres à coucher partagent une salle de bain salle avec le salon. La cuisine a de beaux comptoirs en granit et des appareils mis à niveau. La laveuse et la sécheuse sont situées juste à cÎté de la cuisine. Le salon est situé face au golfe et l'emplacement 7Úme étage offre une vue imprenable sur le ciel bleu et l'eau vert émeraude.

The only negative was the master bathroom door had a loud squeak when opening and closing, but that can be a quick fix. We loved it!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view was outstanding. Furniture is very dated. Couch has no legs so it’s very low to the ground. Barstools are way too short to sit at the bar. You can put them around the table. The unit is definitely not handicap assessable. The master bathroom has a tall bathtub and no safety bars whatsoever to hold onto, there are no walk-in showers in this unit. The two chairs that were in the living room with the couch were made of fabric and definitely needed to be cleaned. The rug in the living room needed to be cleaned. The bathroom rug in the master bathroom was not a bathroom rug and is very slippery. Nice to have a washer dryer in the unit even though it was a small size compared to a three bedroom two bath unit we were expecting a full-size washer dryer. parking was a hot mess. There is no rhyme or reason the spots were like 102 then it would jump to 704703 then it would go back to 422. It was crazy so you had to drive around the garage until you found the number.

The condo was very clean and spacious. We especially love being right across the street from Peg Leg Pete’s restaurant. Will definitely be back again. The only negative thing was that the living room furniture was uncomfortable.

Wonderful

Location was perfect and private! Just a short bike ride to downtown. Only thing to adjust would be beds, they were sunken in. But the condo was well equipped and clean!

Great Location

We love coming here. We stay at this condominium every year for our vacation. This particular condo fits the bill great. Plenty of room for us all. Fantastic view. We will be back again next year.

Cheer Nationals + Vacation

Overall, we had a wonderful time. The property was fairly clean. Some furniture was a bit dusty and it seemed musty at first but I think the property had just been vacant for a few weeks. Once we turned on the air, it cooled off and aired out. The ocean view was beautiful and the property is close to local restaurants and other activities in PB. Beach service attendant was very friendly. The only complaint I had was there was someone working/repairing the roof. There was A LOT of hammering and what sounded like a drill. It was pretty loud since we were on the top floor. They also started about 7:30am on the weekend. So, if you’re an early riser, that may not bother you. There was plenty of kitchenware for all your cooking/dining needs. Beds were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone visiting the Pensacola Beach Area.

With Peg Leg Pete's and Tom Thumb across the street, we rarely had to get in the car. We were able to comfortably fit 8 grown women in this condo and not feel too crowded. There was a decent supply of kitchen items and everything appeared updated. The view was fantastic. Highly recommend this unit and Sans Souci in general.

Perfection

Dealing with the property manager was so easy! The location of the property was perfect
right on the beach. The beds were super comfortable. We were left with plenty of bath towels. The kitchen had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be back!

Love Pensacola, Great beach!

Pros: great beach access, nice pool. Restaurant and small convenient store across street. Cons: floors weren't clean upon arrival, oven had grease in so it smoked when we used it, small balcony, hot tub didn't work. Had a good time, can't beat the location!

Perfect!

We’ve stayed at sans souci several times and it’s an absolute fav. This unit was beautiful as expected with great views and proximity to the water. An easy walk directly across the street to Peg leg Pete’s and or Tom Thumb convenience store met we hardly drove at all. Conveniently located to drive a little further down Fort Pickens Road to get to gulf Islands national seashore/private beaches down there
 Stunningly beautiful. Condo was clean and accommodated our group of six mamas perfectly. The only thing I would recommend is to the property management company in general to supply simple things like trash bags, toilet paper, coffee filters. We had a wonderful stay!
