La maison est trĂšs spacieuse et confortable, idĂ©ale pour les familles ou les groupes d'amis. Ce magnifique appartement est situĂ© au troisiĂšme Ă©tage, avec ascenseur, a une superficie de 240 mĂštres carrĂ©s et se compose d'un double salon avec belle cheminĂ©e en marbre (dĂ©coratif), des fresques sur les murs et les portes, 4 grandes chambres, une avec un loft avec une salle de bains, salle Ă  manger et une cuisine sĂ©parĂ©e entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec deux rĂ©frigĂ©rateurs. Tous les lits sont de taille queen (190x160cm) ou king size (200x170cm), sauf dans le loft oĂč il y a un canapĂ©-lit queen size français et un lit queen size français (190x140cm) Ă  l'Ă©tage et sauf dans les lits jumeaux. Toutes les chambres sont Ă©clairĂ©es par de grandes fenĂȘtres et ont de hauts plafonds, caractĂ©ristiques des anciens bĂątiments de Roman. Les meubles sont luxueux et la maison est unique, avec une vue magnifique et trĂšs calme. Air conditionnĂ©, chauffage central, accĂšs internet wifi gratuit, TV LCD Bang & Olufsen.
Pour nos plus jeunes clients, nous fournissons un lit bébé (1-4 ans).
L'appartement est situé dans un bel immeuble avec entrée de Piazzale Flaminio. L'emplacement de la maison est fantastique, juste dans le centre, à cÎté de la Piazza del Popolo et à cinq minutes à pied de la place d'Espagne et de la Via Condotti. La station de métro "Flaminio" est à seulement vingt mÚtres du bùtiment.

Francesca was very welcoming and proactive with many suggestions that would make our stay truly memorable. The property was perfect for our large family and incredibly convenient to so many things. We would highly recommend her place and would definitely stay there again.

Just like the photos. Communication with Franca was amazing. Allen was welcoming and informative. The location is great. There are many restaurants, grocery stores and bank ATMs around. The buses and metro are right there.Warning: it is not handicapped friendly. We chose this property because my father is in a wheelchair and it has an elevator. There is a huge staircase before you can get to the elevator! This is not on the property management (they never said it was handicapped friendly). Just be warned that the fact that it has an elevator does not mean it's for handicapped.

Beautiful, spacious apartment with plenty of room for grown family of 8, in ideal location. The hosts were so gracious and helpful every step of the trip. We appreciated being able to walk to the market one block away, cafes, bars, metro, and amazing Piazza Di Pipolo across the street. We couldn’t ask for more. Perfect!

Great apartment centrally located to many attractions in Rome. Close to the metro. Great restaurants nearby. Comfortable bedrooms. Well stocked kitchen. Great common living room areas to relax with our friends. It felt very special! The host was great at communicating before we arrived and was there to provide keys and talk about the apartment. When our family of seven were looking for a place to stay in Rome, we found the Piazza del Popolo apartment. The listing said 'close to everything,' and they were 100% correct. It was an amazing roomy apartment, filled with history and European comforts. We often stood in the front windows, to look over the neighborhood. Working with Fidia was easy - her assistant Allen was very helpful and answered any questions we had. We even booked our Vatican tour with Fidia's recommendation. Not only were we 5-10 minutes from must see tourism sights, we were only a 30 minute walk to the Vatican. If you like to walk (and we do) it was so convenient. There were amazing restaurants in the Piazza, a great little grocery store and cafe right across the street. Cabs and Uber were easy to catch. After looking a lot of locations - being able to have a group sitting area - three in fact - to sit and talk about our day - was perfect. It was the first time in Rome for half of our party, so this was a fabulous place to stay. And... honestly - after leaving Rome to a resort in Lake Como, and a hotel in Munich, this location had by far the most comfortable beds. That might seem a little thing, but 17 days on the road, it ended up being a big thing. :) Thank you Fidia for just adding to our memorable trip.

The apartment was spacious and quite nice. The rooms are also spacious, with plenty of closet space to unpack your suitcase. The property manager was great. They reached out about arranging car service to and from airport, and also helped us get car service to Tivoli for a day trip. They also promptly responded when there was a slight leak in one of the bathrooms. The only downside is the showers are not great (one is a bath tub with half wall, and the second had a half broken shower head). But given location and all the other pluses, this is overall a great place.

Wonderful appointment

This apartment was perfect for our family of 7! Great area of town with a bank and supermarket right across the street and a beautiful piazza to visit, we loved the park overlooking the piazza as well! Communication was great, Fidia and Allan were very helpful! Highly recommend!

July, 2025Our family of 6 stayed at this villa for four nights. The apartment is huge and was spotless. Allen, the manager of the apartment was there to greet us upon our arrival with a complimentary bottle of wine.The apartment is directly across from a beautiful area called Piazza Del Popolo which has many shops and restaurants. However, our first night there, we ate at one of the restaurants right in that area and it was awful so I don't recommend that because they are tourist traps.The air conditioning worked beautifully and there is an elevator to access the apartment. This area was fantastic and we'd definitely stay here again.

The best location in all of Rome! This Rental was the perfect setup for our group. The decor was authentic and we loved it. There are two lounging areas plus a large kitchen table for teens to do makeup. Our only issue was the washing machine isn’t working properly and there is no dryer, otherwise everything is as the listing states. There is coffee and pastries across the street plus a grocery store. The Spanish Steps and Trevi fountain are walkable and safe. We only had 4 nights but wished we could have stayed in the rental longer!

This place is perfect location and great for large families.

I didn't realize just how close this was to everything. Walking distance to a ton of things (trevi fountain, Spanish steps, pantheon, colleseum). Check in was great. We arrived early, and were able to drop off our bags and explore while they got the place ready.
