Mettez vos pieds en l'air et laissez vos cheveux tomber dans cette belle retraite de plage. Profitez d'une vue sur le golfe de presque toutes les parties du condo, sauf la chambre. Vous adorez le nouveau remodelage récemment réalisé par Tracery Interiors, une célèbre entreprise locale de design d'intérieur. Avec un grand porche couvert, profitez des vues et des couchers de soleil sur le golfe à tout moment lorsque vous n'êtes pas assis sur la plage. Le Seamist Condo comprend une suite parentale avec lit QUEEN et deux lits jumeaux supplémentaires dans le couloir, intelligemment intégrés comme lits superposés. La cuisine et la salle à manger ont un concept ouvert avec une vue du sol au plafond sur le golfe. Avec 2 vélos adultes gratuits, faites un court trajet jusqu'au village de South Walton à Seacrest Beach, Alys Beach ou l'emblématique Rosemary Beach.

Beautiful view and beautiful room! Location was very convenient and you couldn’t ask for better beach access. The room was very nice and perfect for a small group. Only complaint is the mattresses on the twin bunks. I’m sure they would be fine for small children but not accommodating/comfortable for adults. I’ve slept on bunks in similar room setups and had no issues but these mattresses definitely need an upgrade or a topper. Other than that everything was perfect!

Perfect condo for our family four. Easy access to beach, clean condo with nice well kept furnishings, and helpful and communicative hosts. Condo is small but the layout is well thought out and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The massive sliding glass doors onto the balcony make for an awesome unobstructed view of the Gulf and make the space feel even bigger.

Loved it! Would stay here again!

Steps to the beach, which is what we were looking for. Private beach with only condo’s guests- not crowded. It’s location is right near everything- we went to all of the different beach towns for dinner and shopping. Carly communicated throughout the trip, and we had a GREAT trip! We would definitely plan to stay here again for another trip to the area.

Wonderful Oceanfront property

Location is excellent and unit very clean, however, the furniture is quite worn and uncomfortable. I wouldn’t stay again for that reason.

Great vacation rental!

We absolutely loved the condo! Clean, well decorated and modern. The view was as advertised and the beach area was perfect. The owners were very attentive and responsive and we will definitely stay there again. I highly recommend this place!

Perfect place to stay!

The location of this unit is amazing! We loved everything about it! Quiet and perfect for a relaxing beach vacation. So nice to just be able to walk straight onto the beach and have easy access to go back up to the room. We loved the screen door on the front door to have the breeze go through and through! We will definitely be back and will recommend to everyone!!!

Seamist Condo Review

This condo was the perfect spot for our family’s spring break trip and we’ll definitely be back. This place has it all from great views, easy access to the beach, 30A, and chair and equipment rentals from local vendors. Our favorite part about the stay was being able to spend so much time on the private beach with our family during the day.

Wonderful!

Location and and the beach rental set up was great! We had such an incredible time! The bikes provided were such a plus! We biked to Rosemary and the Big chill with no issues. We had a little trouble with the bike locks, not unlocking every single time, but eventually got it to work, a little frustrating though! The only negative was the lights peeking through the side of the blinds in the master bedroom, not sure if a better curtain or bigger shade would fix that problem, but overall everything else was great!
