Vue sur la mer, la baie, le paysage cĂŽtier et les montagnes de Javea, le Montgo. Terrain plat d'environ 1200 mÂČ. 3 chambres, 1 bureau, 2 cuisines et 2 salons sur environ 350 mÂČ de surface. PropriĂ©tĂ© moderne entiĂšrement neuve avec grandes baies vitrĂ©es Ă  l'avant. Villa Ă©lĂ©gante. La totalitĂ© de la surface intĂ©rieure est en marbre poli (sol) et en marbre vieilli (murs de la cuisine, toilettes et salles de bains). Chaque Ă©tage dispose de sa propre entrĂ©e, mais vous trouverez Ă©galement 1 escalier intĂ©rieur. Le salon du rez-de-chaussĂ©e fait 100 mÂČ et celui du 1er Ă©tage 60 mÂČ. Die Lage der Villa ist mit einem phantastischen Blick aufs Meer sensationell.Leider hatten wir kleine MĂ€ngel zu beanstanden die erst etwas spĂ€ter behoben worden sind. Die Grundreinigung die wir vorgefunden haben, war aus unserer Sicht auch mangelhaft. Den Hinweis auf Baumaßnahmen in der Nachbarschaft haben wir auch nicht erhalten. Das sollte man fairerweise vorher kommunizieren, um evtl. noch umbuchen zu können. Somit konnte man eigentlich nur am Wochenende das Objekt in Ruhe genießen. Somit war aus unserer Sicht das Preis/ LeistungsverhĂ€ltnis nicht gerechtfertigt. Wir hoffen das unsere Nachmieter etwas mehr GlĂŒck haben.

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish (and after). We ended up late to the property due to delayed flight but the owner was there ready to show us round and inform us about the property. Plus there’s a book to inform you of anything else. Everything you needed was there and the owners have thought of everything. From eating in the shade and near to the kitchen, to bathrooms for every room, numerous balcony areas, a range of beds and bedroom layouts suitable for all families and groups. The pool area is perfect with multiple beds, shaded areas and seating. The villla has air conditioning but generally stayed pretty cool so wasn’t always needed (we went in July/august) The owners had amazing communication from start to finish. Any questions were answered straight away and even when we accidentally broke something the owners were amazing and said it was ok as they had a spare. They made everything feel very at ease and comfortable about the stay. Even after leaving one member old our family left their bag with important cards and documents in .. the owners said they were happy to send these via postal back to us at no charge (which made us feel calmer as otherwise it was hit and miss being able to drive back to the villa) A car is Definately needed for the property as the website we booked through said 5 minutes walk to the beach but thanks to communication of the owner we knew this wasn’t the case. Takes 7 minutes to drive to the villa from the port

Fabulous holiday in an absolutely stunning property...everything you need for 8 people to stay comfortably...a car is essential but the views make its location so precious.

Host's were exceptional as was villa and pool . Amazing views from villa but would advise turning right out of villa to get into javea it's a little further but unless your a confident driver it can be quite daunting driving up or down if you turn left out of villa ( plus you will miss a fantastic little restaurant called restaurante amanecer where the food and staff are exceptional you can have a swim before or after your meal

Exceptional!

This was our first time to mainland Spain and Xabia did not hold back. The location was stunning and the views were spectacular. The property was a dream and great to accommodate our family. Gina and Christopher were fantastic hosts and the few small issues were resolved immediately. We would certainly recommend the property and location to anyone and we will be back in the future. The location of the property does require transport to get into the local town which was no problem for us as we were driving. Thank you again for making our Christmas magical.

Ein wirklich traumhafter Urlaub

Sehr gut, bei der wunderbaren Lage mit Meerblick und dem großen Pool hatten wir kaum noch Lust das Haus zu verlassen. Lediglich die Altstadt und den Strand fĂŒr einen Promenadenspaziergang und einen Restaurantbesuch haben wir aufgesucht. Unsere Erwartungen wurden ĂŒbertroffen.

Spectacular Views

Lovely large property with breathtaking views of JĂĄvea and beyond. Plenty of space to escape each other if required!! On top of steep hill so a car is definitely required, must be a confident driver! The pool is a good size with plenty of space for sun loungers and table. Lovely area in the back to shelter on a windy day. We had a great holiday. Please note, beach towels are not included and an electric grill is provided instead of a bbq.

Im Sommer sicher besser

Insgesamt hat es uns ganz gut gefallen. Leider war es sehr kalt und in einem Schlafraum konnten wir nicht heizen, weil die Anlage nicht funktionierte. Die BĂ€der sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen und sehr klein. Es dauert ewig, bis das warme Wasser lĂ€uft und dann auch nur spĂ€rlich. Die Sauberkeit war insgesamt okay, aber BĂ€der und KĂŒche hĂ€tten etwas gepflegter sein können fĂŒr den hohen Preis. Es sind 400m LUFTLINIE zum Hafen bzw. zum Ort unten am Meer. Man lĂ€uft entsprechend lange (NICHT nur 400m!). Wir mussten also stets mit dem Auto los. Das war schade. Ich hatte es so verstanden, dass wir abends zu Fuß ins Örtchen zum Essen gehen können, hatte die Unterkunft sogar deshalb einer anderen vorgezogen; aber das war leider nicht so. Im Sommer ist es sicherlich angenehmer so abgeschieden: wenn die StrĂ€nde voll sind und man ein kĂŒhles LĂŒftchen braucht.

Traumhaus an Traumlage

Die Villa befindet sich an grandioser Lage mit Aussicht aufs Meer und in die Bucht von Java. Ein Blick, der einem sofort ein FeriengefĂŒhl vermittelt. Das Haus ist grosszĂŒgig ausgestattet mit viel Platz in und um das Haus herum. Die Gastgeber Gina und Christopher sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles hat super funktioniert. Vielen Dank!

Beautiful view on Javea’s harbor

Nice family holiday home with different outside spaces. So even if you are with different couples you still have a lot of privacy. We loved the breathtaking view on the sea and harbor of Javea. Only downside was the wind, it literally blew us of the terrace, so cold and hard it was in May. Therefor we couldn’t eat outside as much as we would have liked to.

Awesome experience

The house is exactly like shown in the pictures. It’s clean, spacious and the view is amazing. You will need a car to get to the supermarkets, the old town and the beach (you can also get a cab in javea but it’s not super easy - but easy enough). There are two streets that connect the house to javea: one is a very narrow road through the urbanisation, the other one is a well maintained, wider mountain road. When we first arrived in the dark it was a little intimidating but after that we preferred this road. One thing we would suggest: bring your own beach towels. There are some towels provided bur if you want something big, just bring it yourself :) Gina and Christopher are lovely and they speak English and German (beside Spanish and maybe other languages as well :) We had a great time and would love to stay there again some day.

Para el precio y categoría que se ofrece la casa no esta equipada como correspondería. - Electrodomésticos de cocina faltantes, rotos y en mal estado. - Jardín sin mantenimiento durante toda la estancia de tres semanas. - Parrilla, al margen de su mediocre calidad estaba en unas condiciones de suciedad que nos obligó a no poder utilizarla en toda nuestra estancia. - La ducha de uno de los cuartos de baño estaba estropeada y el arreglo no se produjo hasta después de 10 días. En general los inconvenientes señalados no influyeron en el disfrute por parte de nuestra familia del resto de las condiciones condiciones muy positivas sobre todo la piscina.

Sehr schönes Haus mit einer fantastischen Aussicht

Wir waren zusammen mit Freunden fĂŒr neun Tage im Haus zu Gast und es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen! Die Lage des Hauses ist einzigartig – auch wenn man ein klein wenig mit dem Auto ĂŒber Serpentinen den Berg hoch fahren muss. DafĂŒr wird man aber mit einer spektakulĂ€re Aussicht belohnt. Die Gastgeber sind immer gut zu erreichen und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt!

Amazing! What a place!

This villa is fantastic! Great layout, loads of space! Everything worked great for us as a family of 10! Plenty of space so we weren't all on top of each other. The pool was fab! Spent a lot of time in there! Javea is a fantastic place to visit! Host was great! Regular communication, quick to respond and very friendly/helpful! Definitely recommend this villa! Hopefully we will be back!

Super

Three nice weeks with family and friends. Four adults and Kids ages 5, 2 and 10 months. The house is as shown in pictures. The view is magnificent. Plenty of space both inside and outside. Eight adults can easily stay here. Excellent hosts. Quick responses and good communication. Easy check-in/out. The road up from town is narrow and does wind its way between hillside and villas but it's not really a problem as long as you take it easy. One "issue": The internet was not very usable so own phone with mobile internet had to be used. No big deal though. Would have given five stars if the internet had worked. Unless you absolutely need speedy internet this is about as good as they come (for the price range).

Nur zu empfehlen!!!!

Wir können diese Villa zu 100% weiter empfehlen. Sie ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist super und die Aussicht der Hammer. Die Kinder fanden den Pool große Klasse. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder. Es haben sich alle sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt.

Villa perfecta para disfrutar

La villa estå preparada para disfrutar, grande y cómoda. Piscina, terraza, zona de barbacoa, salón y habitaciones amplias. La comunicación con Gina perfecta y es muy atenta. Como punto negativo, la casa no se encuentra a 5 minutos andando de la playa como indicado en el anuncio pero mås bien 25-30 minutos con muuucha pendiente. Sabiéndolo se disfruta mucho de la casa.

Superb

Our party consisted of six adults, two under twelves and a two year old. It suited all of us. The villa is bright and modern, easy to keep cool and ventilated in the daytime by opening the huge patio doors, and also at night by the aircon. The pool is great, everyone, including the two year old enjoyed it. Gina and Christopher were great hosts, welcoming and easy to contact. We will certainly be looking to visit again

Spacious villa with spectacular views

This stunning and spacious villa is perched on the hill high above the Port of Javea and backing onto a nature reserve. The villa offered us everything we needed for a family holiday, spending time chatting on the two large terraces, both with spectacular views across the bay of Javea, and cooling off in the clean and welcoming pool. The house offered four generous double bedrooms, on two levels, many with great views and a large living room with direct access on to the pool terrace. The villa is comfortably and eclectically furnished with older and newer pieces, but definitely has a much loved holiday home vibe. The kitchen was smaller, but very usable. Gina and Christopher were very friendly, helpful and welcoming hosts, with great communications throughout. We found the stunning walk down to the port and beach a bit far to be practical of an evening (need to get fitter!) and the most direct road, zig zagging down (or up) was fine for us, but may not be for everyone (there is an easier route!). During our holiday, there was often a strong breeze in the evenings from the sea, but the more sheltered barbecue and dining area to the back of the house was the perfect retreat to head to for supper. The breeze did offer a welcome coolness for the nights and kept the mosquitos away, however! In summery, a lovely villa with great hosts and a great view and a short drive to the port, the town and the beaches!

Fantastic!

Villa is amazing, spacious, modern and air conditioned and pool was fabulous. Villa is high up on the hillside so can be a little windy, this wasn’t a problem for us as we fell on an extremely hot week so the wind was welcomed and the views were lovely. It is possible to walk down the steep hill by turning left out of the villa, this takes approx 20 to 30 minutes and brings you out at the harbour end of Javea with bars and restaurants, we didn’t try to walk back as steep incline but if you are very fit this would be ok! There is also a restaurant close by if you turn right out of the Villa, unfortunately we didn’t go as we only spotted it at the end of the holiday but it looked lovely and was set round a pool so may be worth a look. Overall highly recommended, thank you Gina & Chris (proprietors) x

Having visited a lot of places in the world we finally settled in Javea because it offers a unique set of advantages. A European multicultural environment but still small enough to enjoy a safe and friendly town life. A benign sea surrounded by cliffs and small hidden bays as well as long endless sand beaches. On land rough mountains and landscaped golf courts alike are nearby. This all provides for unlimited options of sport, entertainment and activities.
