Magnifique rez-de-chaussée au bord de la baie

Condo luxueux situé sur la baie de North Mission Beach occupe tout le premier étage et la moitié avant du deuxiÚme étage. Le patio avant de la baie au rez-de-chaussée vous est privé. Achevé en 2014, cette propriété est fabuleuse et a forcé la climatisation. Mission Beach est à seulement 100 pieds de l'autre cÎté de la rue. Chaque chambre a une suite privée. Marcher à tout, manger, faire du shopping, Seal World. Beaucoup de commodités locales et parc et attractions. La propriété a un garage double pour deux voitures et il y a beaucoup de stationnement dans la rue et un parking public disponible.

What a view!! Cozy patio with cozy fire place, super comfortable outdoor furniture. Everything was spotless, fresh and clean when we arrived. Great place for making memories with your family. We loved the balcony upstairs in the master suite, 2 comfortable chairs where you could sit and enjoy the view. I highly recommend this home. The host was very responsive and sweet.

The property is beautiful and well appointed, and the location was perfect for us. Being on the bay side with 2 under two was perfect. There were beach chairs, an umbrella and beach toys which we used several times. We also enjoyed eating outside on the patio in the evenings! We highly recommend this property!

Great Location and perfect for our girls weekend

We loved this location right on the bay. There were rooms and bathrooms for each of us. It was clean and well stocked and easy to walk wherever we wanted to go.

Best Rental

We had so much fun! Our grandson was able to play and be a play with toys in the sand while his parents enjoyed the beach, bay and sun. They rented paddle boards within walking distance and surfed in the ocean, just steps away. I was able to relax, sunbathe and read just outside the door in very comfortable furniture. Everything was lovely and we are already talking about “next time”. Thank you!

Love this place

This has everything we could need and everything is high quality. The host is easy to reach and responds quickly. I have no complaints. Its a great place for my grandchildren. They just love riding bikes on the boardwalk and playing in the sand. Its perfect for me to take out my paddleboard.

Perfect vacation house

This is the second time my sisters and I have stayed here and it is even nicer this time. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need, the outdoor furniture has to be the best on the bay and the location is just right. it's an easy walk to the ocean and to several places to eat. It has A/C and heat but we didn't need to use either one as the weather was so nice. We really enjoyed sitting outside in the evening with the propane firepit. As others have said the garage is a tight fit. we had a Honda CRV and it fit fine. We did move in the side mirror to make it easier to get the car in. Looking forward to the next visit!

Best beach house ever!!

We've been renting beach houses in San Diego for 40 years, and this one had it all! It's the first beach house we've rented that's had air conditioning and, with the little heat wave that hit, we were so glad. We had the upper unit and the patio was perfect - big table, nice grill, comfy seating area around a firepit and OH The View!!! The place looks recently remodeled, and the owners/property manager thought of everything. Great location on the bay and really close to an over-night public parking lot. And it had a garage for the unit so we could lock up all our toys. We loved it!

Beach Home

Great location. Very clean. Fully stocked kitchen, although the oven was a challenge at first. Comfortable beds. Our only complaint was a lack of hooks or places to put bath towels in the bathrooms. The towel rack really only held one bath towel, so added hooks or racks would have been helpful.

it was very quiet on the bay side and very relaxing. My grandchildren were able to play on the beach and at waters edge while adults were relaxing at patio. We brought a kayak and it was prefect location.

Family trip to Mission

Great place! Beautiful, bright and clean. 6 adults stayed comfortably. Kitchen had EVERYTHING you’d need, and location was 10/10! Garage didn’t fit 2 cars, but we used the close free lot which worked great (it’s busy on weekends though). Would absolutely stay again!

Ideal Mission Bay retreat

Great location on the bay. The house is very well equipped, with a modern kitchen stocked with everything you need to prepare meals that you can enjoy in the open indoor space or on the patio. Modern and clean with a luxurious primary bedroom/bathroom and private baths in the other two bedrooms. We liked it so much last year we came back this year for another stay.

Sooo Nice!

This house is impeccably clean, well equipped, and conveniently located. While we only put one car in the garage due to the tight fit, there is a public parking lot just a few houses down - also great for any visitors who stop by. This is our second time renting this property because we love it so much, and will definitely come again!

Fun Spring Break Getaway

Beautiful home that was great for our Spring Break trip to San Diego. I would definitely heed the warnings from others who have stayed here - the garage is hard to get into and our minivan barely fit. Thank goodness for a handy many working on the home next door who gave us pointers for how to get in. The access instructions did not come when they were supposed to so I had to follow up and received them after following up a couple of times so would have preferred we didn't have to do that. The kids loved using the provided toys to play on the sand, and the patio was splendid to spend time. We wished there was a restaurant a bit closer to the house to walk to for our kids, but we were still able to walk to enjoy some tacos. Great San Diego experience!

Lovely condo right on Mission Bay

Great place for 3 couples . Lovely view of Bay and right on walking bath. Very clean, nice furnishings and fun to hang on outside patio with fire pit. Valarie was a great property manager - very responsive and helpful! Highly recommend!
