312 Ariola Drive est géré professionnellement par Paradise Beach Homes.

Cette maison directe face au golfe est littéralement à deux pas de l'eau et dispose d'une grande terrasse avec de nombreux siÚges et un grill - l'endroit idéal pour profiter des couchers de soleil et des levers de soleil spectaculaires, ou simplement pour se détendre toute la journée. Le salon / salle à manger élégant et confortable offre une vue dégagée sur la plage et le golfe, une grande télévision à écran plat, un canapé-lit, des siÚges pour huit personnes et une salle à manger pour 10 personnes. Le grand plan ouvert comprend une cuisine bien équipée avec de tout nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable, un grand ßlot, de nombreux espaces de préparation, une machine à glaçons sous le comptoir, un dosseret en mosaïque et un excellent bar pour le petit-déjeuner avec de nombreux siÚges. Avec six chambres et cinq salles de bain, la maison peut accueillir jusqu'à 22 personnes, idéal pour des vacances en famille simple ou multiple.

Il y a deux suites principales avec lits king size et salles de bain privĂ©es. Les chambres 3 et 4 ont chacune deux lits queen et partagent une salle de bain. This property sits right on the water so you have a Gulf view and pool view down below. Excellent amenities including the furniture kitchen bedding, etcOne of the biggest things is, it has plenty of parking.

Family vacation

Our family gets together for a week to be together. This was the best week we have had in the 12 years we have been doing this. The house layout, location, and beach was wonderful. We will definitely book again.

Dishwasher filter was very clogged but my son cleaned it out and master shower fixture was stuck and needs a new one, outside grill been very used and maybe needs to be replaced.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Despite the gloomy weather, the goal of hanging out with family and having enough space for everyone was reached. We loved the deck and large windows on those rainy days. We loved the pool. It would be helpful if the description on the rooms stated whether or not there was a window and what the view if of. We had some disagreements on room choices for lack of a view, I had we known which rooms had windows and what the view was would have been helpful. Having rugs either under the bed or beside the bed would be most helpful, to wipe feet before getting into the bed. The bed post were attractive, but caused many of us to get hurt and bruise when bumping into the corners. It would also be helpful if there was a detailed list of items available for use, especially in the kitchen like a blender, what kind of coffee makers, dishes, etc. There were only 3 kitchen towels and no kitchen wash clothe. Guests need to be told to bring extra kitchen towels/rags if you can't provide more. It might be best to childproof the house if there are items that one would have to pay for it broken such as large seashells.

Great trip for large family

Great location directly on the Gulf and convenient to stores, restaurants, etc. Beautiful and comfortable layout with all rooms on one floor. Great for large family and group with the luxury of a private pool when the weather is warm enough to use it. Great trip and would go back!

Another Fantastic Trip at the PREFECT House !!

All on one level including the deck, which is great! We have been coming here for years, since our daughter got married here and have not yet been disappointed. The pool is clean and easy to enjoy. The extra refrigerator is extremely helpful- another one would be even better :) Paradise is always a pleasure to work with. Being we are foodies and cook every meal for 15 ppl, the kitchen and grill are very important. Joe handled some special requests which we appreciated, and his staff fulfilled them, seamlessly. Just some finishing touches to our trip. I think some new pans might be on the shopping list, I don't think we are the only ones cooking in the kitchen :) Looking forward to our next trip to 312 Ariola Drive !!
