Chaises de plage / parasol GRATUITS installés sur la plage juste en face des tours Regency (jusqu'au 11/1/19 et 3/1/20 au 31/10/20! Les nouveaux propriétaires ont mis à jour le mobilier de salle à manger et de salon!

Regency Towers # 406E est géré professionnellement par Paradise Beach Homes.

L'unité 406E de Regency Towers offre des vacances confortables et haut de gamme. Ce condo récemment mis à jour offre un mobilier haut de gamme, y compris un sol en travertin, des comptoirs en granit et une télévision à écran plat. Votre espace de vie est facilement étendu via le balcon privé avec accès au salon. La magnifique cuisine a des armoires de style maison de ferme, des électroménagers en acier inoxydable, des plans de travail en granit et des cafetières Keurig et 10 tasses. La salle à manger spacieuse peut accueillir jusqu'à six personnes et peut accueillir un petit bar supplémentaire. La chambre principale prolonge l'expérience haut de gamme avec un lit king de style fer forgé, une salle de bain principale privée et un bonus supplémentaire d'accès au balcon par la chambre principale. Wonderful stay! Large balcony with perfect views, and just a short walk down to the pool and beach. Well stocked condo, comfy bed, great water pressure, and free beach service was the icing on the cake!

Cute little condo with excellent location to pool and beach. Details with decor (kitchen countertops/tile/modern sink/faucets/hooks everywhere for hanging were lovely and appreciated. Washer/dryer is so nice to have and worked well.Having to have the dishes washed/dried & put away before checkout is new to me. It was not expected of us to wash the towels or linens so why the dishes? I’m on vacation and certainly didn’t expect housework.I’ve worked in hospitality over 33 years. Check-in at 5pm and checkout at 10am is not even normal. If this is the norm for Pensacola, sounds like they need to hire more people to help clean. Not all travelers have patience for that vast time expectation due to flights/etc. Doesn’t matter if people may be able to check in earlier/if available. 5pm and 10am is ridiculous and takes a chunk of vacation time away from travelers. Hire more help & if you feel you just have to charge more for it, do it…just offer more reasonable times.The unit had a terribly uncomfortable sofa which happens to be a pull out bed. We didn’t use as a sleeper, just couldn’t sit on it too long because it was not comfortable at all & shows significant wear.Overall, the place was nice, just needs some considerations regarding the above.

Conference & Birthday Getaway

We came to partake in a 2 day conference in Pensacola and then relax for the weekend to celebrate my 60th birthday. The condo at Regency Towers was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable to sleep in. The view of the Gulf was gorgeous.

2023 vacation

This was our second time staying in this unit and we were well pleased. The ease of checking in and out always goes smoothly. The maintenance man works hard keeping the pool and area looking clean and well cared for. We look forward to returning next year.

Nice oceanfront condo

Great place, exactly as shown in the photos. The powder room was a nice bonus, even just for the two of us. Only slight downside is that there isn't any convenience store, coffee shop, etc. anywhere close to just grab a few necessities throughout the week. Josh with the gopher carts at Waves was fantastic & almost became our personal transportation & tour guide. Kasey, who works with him was just as great! Fantastic vacation, overall!

Great condo!

We had a great week at this beautiful condo. Decor was great! Condo had everything we needed except a dust pan lol. Balcony is awesome. Condo building was being painted so some noise and smell disturbance from pressure washer/paint fumes in the mornings. We would definitely stay here again😊

Nice location for older adults

We booked a beachfront condo with a king bed and had to relocate due to construction being done on the building. The condo we were moved to was nice, but we lost the view and the king bed to a side view of the Gulf and two queen size beds. The unit was nice and provided everything we needed. Would stay again, but would hope to get what we paid for.
