**Please note that the Emerald Isle HOA is currently performing an ongoing balcony recoating project, where balconies could be unavailable for a short time. Additionally, due to an elevator replacement project, only one elevator will be available until the estimated completion timeframe of March 2026.**

Fun in the sun!

We really enjoyed our stay at Emerald Isle. The weather was perfect and the location was convenient to food & fun! We loved sitting on the balcony drinking coffee watching the sun rise in the morning. We will be back to this property.

The location was excellent! The unit is in bad need of updating. The number of codes needed is a joke and they did not always work. It was not just us having difficulty either.

Fantastic view

We loved this condo. It has a fantastic view right on the Gulf with a large balcony. It was spacious, clean and had everything you need. Southern Vacation Rentals was very helpful with all of our needs. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful view and accommodations

We stayed 8 days at Emerald Isle, gulf front with two pools and fitness room. Clean, with excellent prompt service via text or phone. We had great weather, though showers come and then clear as expected. Highly recommend.

The condo was amazing. It had everything we needed, well stocked kitchen. Beds very comfortable. The gate and door codes were a little difficult at times, but the management company was quick to respond if we were having issues.

Repeated stay - Love this place!

Great location on the Emerald Coast with squeaky white sand, stunning views, beautiful and clean. We never cooked, just reheated and made hot water for morning coffee and tea. Wish they had a single use Keurig. Nice large washer and dryer. Great amenities of pools, hot tub and exercise room. Easy beach access with showers. Loved the location, short walk to the pier. Excellent service, quick and polite responses. Highly recommend.

The over all weekend was great! Communication with Southern Vacation staff via text was great. A few things that are negative Late check in and early check out, I feel it should be the same. Great but needs new bed

Master bedroom king size bed/mattress needs to be replaced. Overall the condo was bigger than I thought and very clean but the bed is a deal breaker for me. Replace the mattress and I will rent again!!!

Weve been staying at emerald isle for years. Love the area. But not so much this experience. There were ants in the condo/ in the bed. Someone came to spray immediately. Check out is at 9. Seemed pretty early. We were packing to leave and the housekeeper showed up at 8:30 and just walked in.

There were ants all iver the kitchen counters Rotten potatoes under counter Lamp shade in bedroom busted And we came back from dinner to find a room full if mantience men in our room without notifying us. And i had faliables left theee i did not appreciate that at all.

Beautiful beach view

This condo is located right on the beach. It’s a little under a mile from the shops and bigger restaurants. Very nice rooms, beds were very hard. Could definitely use bigger televisions, most of them were 24” & definitely needs updated decor. Overall, very clean & centrally located. Only complaint is that there was hardly any water pressure. Called mgmt, they informed us it was a bldg issue and they were aware. Made it very hard to shower. You have to hold up plug to keep shower going. Will not be staying here again because of that. We weren’t compensated in any way for this.

Fall Beach Trip

I am from Pensacola and knew this location was great. Walking distance to all good restaurants. Beach was great. Wished this unit had beach service for chairs/umbrellas. Being a VRBO owner in the Colorado Mountains, we strive to obtain solid rating by going a bit over the top. With that said, we did have some issues with the unit. The pull-up plug to get the shower to run is very very stiff and was difficult in both bathrooms. The front bedroom has a noisy fan that should be replaced. No salt-n-pepper. Matresss in MBR sags and was uncomfortable. Again, the location is superb. I would just spend a little bit to upgrade this unit. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
