Super endroit pour voir les dauphins! Et moins d'un demi mile de Turtle Beach

Sunrise Bay est un 2BR, 1. 5 salles de bains, appartement au deuxième étage, dans une propriété de l'appartement 4-plex. Il fait face à l'est, et est sur l'eau de la Petite baie de Sarasota. L'appartement dispose d'un lit queen dans la chambre principale et deux lits jumeaux ou lits simples dans la deuxième chambre. Nous avons un canapé convertible dans le salon qui dort encore 1-2 personnes.

Notre appartement au deuxième étage a sa propre terrasse privée avec table et chaises qui donne sur l'eau. La cour est un patio pavé avec notre propre quai pour votre usage. Il ya une table de pique-nique, des chaises et barbecue à gaz sur le patio. Nous avons également 1 kayak pour deux personnes, 1 kayak pour une personne, 2 vélos cruiser et 1 tandem partagé avec un autre appartement.

Juste derrière notre appartement est l'eau de la baie. Si vous aimez la nature, vous aimerez cet endroit. On aurait du mal à croire la faune qui est juste à proximité, en particulier de nombreux poissons de saut de plusieurs sortes, des échassiers, des pélicans, ibis, et la spatule à gogo. Manatee, aussi. Si vous passez à tout moment à tous à l'arrière, ou avoir les portes patio ouvert, vous verrez souvent des dauphins! Ils sont une réalité quotidienne à droite de notre quai, à environ 50 pieds sur. Plusieurs fois, vous entendrez les exhalent bruyamment, puis vous saurez à regarder dehors à l'eau.

Il ya aussi des arbres fruitiers sur la propriété. Palm, orange, mangue, et de figue, et quand ils sont dans la saison, vous pouvez vous aider de leurs fruits et juste attraper dans les arbres!

Si vous aimez la pêche, il est très bon hors de notre quai. Skate et le poisson-chat sont surtout pêchés. Crevettes vivantes font le meilleur appât local et des crevettes vivantes sont vendus à la boutique jusqu'à appât de la route. Nous avons 2 cannes à pêche pour votre usage.

Et oui, il ya une très belle plage de sable tout près par pour vous de nager, soleil, ou peigne plage. Ce serait 'Turtle Beach' de Siesta Key qui est à travers la route et à environ 300 verges au nord. Gastronomie à proximité et une épicerie décent 2. 5 miles au nord de sorte que vous ne devez pas laisser la clé à moins que vous voulez.

Il ya des chaises de plage, parasol, glacière, jouets de plage, skim board et comme pour votre plaisir. Donc, pas besoin de les trimballer avec vous ou prenez le temps et l'argent pour acheter ces articles pour une utilisation de courte durée.

Off street parking est inclus, monnayeur machine à laver, et beaucoup de chaleur et d'air conditionné. L'ensemble de l'appartement, les appareils électroménagers, linge de maison, meubles, etc., sont en bon état avec un nettoyage professionnel entre les invités. Apportez votre crème solaire. Détendez-vous ou rester en forme que vous désirez.

Property had everything we needed. So thankful for the kayaks being available so we could get to Palmer Point. What a beautiful area to swim! We saw a manatee there and plenty of dolphin off the back deck.

Great location, great amenities. Clean and relatively nice. Parking was challenging because of the restaurant next door. Had a heated confrontation with an uber driver. Comfortably of the furniture was lacking, not unbearable but the couch and chair were very stiff and made it hard to relax in the later evenings.

Cozy Family Get Away

This spot was perfect for our family. It was out of the hustle bustle, but a quick walk to Turtle Beach. The trolley stop was a quick way for us to connect to shops and restaurants without the headache of parking. The views of Little Sarasota Bay were breathtaking! Wonderful and comfortable stay!

Perfect place for a relaxing getaway. The view was beautiful. The place was clean, beds were comfortable, and communication with the owner easy and the response was timely. Short walk to the trolley stop or Turtle Beach access. Truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Amazing experience and so close to everything

Highly encourage staying here. The view was incredible each morning, saw dolphins and manatees every day, great restaurants within walking distance and close to the trolly stop to get us down town on siesta key. The location really was awesome. Would come back. Love the area

Turtle Beach oasis

The unit was great. It had everything we needed and was a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the fish and dolphins jumping in the bay.

Five-Star View

We spent lots of time on the patio overlooking the waterway. There is an osprey nest close enough to watch the baby. We were there for the full moon, and that was incredible. The condo is spacious and well stocked with everything we needed. Comfy bed as well. And the neighborhood is beautiful, with great restaurants and shops just a short distance away. Close to the beach too.

Comfortable apartment with a fantastic view!

We loved sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise and the osprey nesting not far away. We saw dolphins one evening and enjoyed exploring in the kayaks. There is a Breeze Trolley stop 2 blocks away, allowing us to visit several beaches on the key easily. We highly recommend this VRBO stay and hope to bisit again!

2nd story view was incredible

If you are looking for an apartment in the quiet part of Siesta key this is your place. The 2 bedrooms with the living areas are quite comfortable. The view is beautiful. The apartment is dated but all is in working condition.

Perfect Vacation House

We enjoyed our stay. We were close to the beaches and wonderful restaurants. The amazing view of the water was perfect. We saw dolphins everyday. The kayaks and paddle boards we so much fun. We had everything we needed for the beach. We would defiantly stay here again. The house could use some more beach towels but that is not a big deal.

Feels like a comfortable home

We loved the location of this property. It was equipped with everything you need and may have forgotten to bring. Loved the lagoon side with dolphins daily. Walking distance to Turtle Beach, great path for walkers/runners and bikers along the road. It was a great gem of a find on VRBO!

Wonderful Choice!

Absolutely loves our stay at this lovely condo. The deck overlooks the water and we saw manatees, dolphins and many birds. The location was perfect for us because it was on the quiet end and out of all the beaches we visited, Turtle Beach was our favorite. Bonus points because we could walk there. Brunch was fabulous at Turtles on the Bay, directly across from the beach. Can't wait to come back again!

Except Rest and relaxation spot

Property is in a quiet area. Views of the bay are beautiful and as promised a great place to see dolphins. Everything that was needed was available and owner was very responsive to any questions. Perfect place to paddle board and kayak around the bay or over to the beach for a little beach time. Kitchen was quite large, bedrooms were small and dated, but very clean and neat. Enjoyed our time!

Mini Vacation

The place is not the newest place on the beach but it was very cozy, it has everything you need. We brought our kayaks, chairs, long boards, fishing poles and things but they had everything at the facility. I would love to stay here again. If faces bird island which is beautiful, you can walk to the beach or take their bikes or you can take a free trolley on the breeze the the more populated part of the island. My family and I really enjoyed it! Thankful they had aloe on hand for the sunburn, that was one thing I forgot.

The Perfect Spot

Is the place updated? No! But it is clean and comfortable. The key has such a relaxing vibe and this place is such a find. Turtle beach in the morning is amazing. Siesta Beach in the evenings. The restaurant next door has a delicious menu. Truly recommend especially to those that don't want to be in the busy condo zone.

Great little place but some plumbing issues

Sewer gas issues emanating from the 1/2 bath. Property management was responsive. After a reoccurrence we kept the room closed off. Other than that … wonderful stay. I think I could live on the balcony, wonderful views, very peaceful. Kayaks a real treat.

Great location

This upstairs cottage with a great view of sunrise was very clean and comfortable. We did have to wash the sliders because they were all spotted and we wanted to see the view when inside, all utilities worked and there was adequate hot water for the two of us to shower. The bath could be updated with an exhaust fan although the large window above the bath did open. The back yard could use some TLC to make it easier to get the kayak and paddle boards out to the water.

Simple oasis

We've stayed here on 3 separate occasions, and every time the experience is just right for us. For the price, this location can't be beat for access to Turtle Beach and the Siesta Breeze Trolly. Situated on the south side of the island, this spot is nice and quiet despite being part of a 4 Plex unit. The condo is perfect if you need a convenient place to rest your head and have a little down time between the beach and other activities. Although it's not new or very spacious, we were comfortable as a family of 4 and you're provided all the necessities for your trip; towels, cookware, beach chairs...and there are kayaks, bikes, and fishing poles. The view and access to the lagoon is a plus ...and if you're lucky, you can spot manatees or dolphins in the morning.

Amazing Bay view

This place had everything! We used the kayaks and bikes. Plenty of spices and oils for cooking so no need to buy more. Shampoo and Conditioner provided. There is sunscreen and aloe too. Beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. Very Quiet! Very roomy. Close to beach- walk there. Trolly will take you to town for anything else. We loved it and will be back! Thank you!
