Beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bath second floor condo is steps away from a private beach on the world famous Siesta Key Beach! fully equipped with a King sized bed and pullout sofa to sleep 4 people. The kitchen is stocked with enough supplies. Free assigned parking, wi-fi, smart TVs. Halfway between Siesta Key Village and the shops at south bridge, restaurants, bars, and stores are easily accessible. The free trolley can take you from one end of the island to the other.

This was a great place to stay for my husband and I. The condo had everything we needed and was in a short walking distance from the beach and the pool! The host was very prompt in communication and so kind and accommodating! Five stars for sure!

My husband and I had such a wonderful stay here at Siesta Beach House! The location was absolutely perfect. Only a 3 minute walk to private beach access and a 5 minute walk to the trolley stop. The trolley is free and takes you right into Siesta Key Village for food, shopping, and live music! The condo itself was clean and as pictured. Perfect for a couple just wanting a quiet place to stay and relax. Min was such a gracious and lovely host! She gives such detail on all aspects of the check-in/check-out process, and repsonds almost immediately to any messages. We will definitely be returning and using Min as our host for another stay at Siesta Key! 10/10 for us!

The property and proximity to the beach was great. It was clean, neat, and we really enjoyed our stay. The only reason I down voted was because there was construction going on around the whole complex, which was not communicated to us. Due to this construction we had numerous issues getting in and out of the property. We also had no chance to sleep in as construction started bright and early. We really wish this would have been communicated to us so we would have been prepared.

Regarding the construction, if you're referring to the new building down the street, it is quite far away with multiple buildings in between, so noise from that site typically does not reach our property. That project had also completed its major work before your arrival, with only occasional material transport remaining. We're sorry your experience fell short of expectations. We were not made aware of any issues during your stay, but we always encourage guests to reach out to us directly so we can address any concerns in real time. We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend for 4 nights - our first time on Siesta Key and we loved it! Was a little worried about the traffic and crowds, but the private beach access was a game changer! Was so nice to have only a very short walk and we were on the beach and had access to beach chairs. Condo has a wagon, beach towels, cooler, umbrella, beach toys, and noodles. This property is so nice and very clean! It was perfect for the two of us. Kitchen fully stocked and plenty of towels in the bathroom. Easy access to all the mid-island restaurants and shops. We had a car so we never took the trolley, but after driving into the Village area, wished we would have as parking was expensive. Min was very responsive and very hospitable. We had no issues during our stay. Would definitely stay here again and can't wait to go back! Thanks Min!

A great stay

We enjoyed our weekend a siesta key beach house condo. The condo was clean, remodeled, comfortable and quiet. The best part was ease of use of the beach. Min was very responsive and flexible.

Great for an adult spring break

We really enjoyed the property. Our condo was clean and had been updated. We were supplied with beach gear (wagon, chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler), which was a huge plus. The access to the beach was a short walk. The beach is beautiful, and not crazy busy since it is private access only. We will be back!!

Very nice

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. Very clean and exactly as described. The starter supplies were just the right amount except for coffee pods. We were very impressed with the beach gear! Speaking of beach, this unit is such a short walk to the beautiful beach.

Awesome Private Beach

The property was clean and fairly upgraded. The walk to the private beach was so easy and the beach equipment included in the rental made it that much easier. The only downside was that there was a lot of construction happening so getting in and out was a pain sometimes as the trucks weren't exactly considerate of where they parked. Not the property managers fault though!

Amazing!

This property was exactly as listed. Incredibly clean, really spotless actually. Min was very attentive. We had very clear instructions regarding check-in, location of property, beach access, and check-out. Everything was as listed. The private beach is just a short walk. Parking spots were clearly marked. There was good bedding and enough bath and beach towels. There were even beach toys and a small cooler for our use as well as beach chairs and a wagon if we wanted. Overall I am incredibly impressed and will visit this property again. Thank you for a wonderful getaway!
