Maison de 4 chambres propre, spacieuse, fraîche et confortable, assez grande pour que toute la famille s'étende (1 650 pieds carrés, plus plus de 1 600 pieds carrés de moustiquaire dans un espace de vie extérieur également).

Profitez d'un dîner dans la cour grillagée ou asseyez-vous avec une boisson fraîche au bord de la piscine ou du spa après une longue journée sous le beau soleil de Floride! La piscine et le spa filtrés dans l'eau salée offrent plus de 1600 pieds carrés pour s'étirer et sont un bon répit des créatures volantes de Floride qui aiment harceler le soir. Et avec une piscine chauffée à l'énergie solaire, et une option pour chauffer le spa, une baignade en soirée ou une séance de spa relaxante peut être de mise!

À deux pas de la baie de Palma Sola où vous pouvez voir des lamantins nager dans la marina ou attraper une canne et un moulinet et vous asseoir au bord de l'eau et vous détendre. Ou peut-être que vous aimeriez faire une croisière dans la baie de Palma Sola sur l'un de nos vélos Beach Cruiser?

We just returned from our second stay at this wonderful property. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor area make it our favorite rental in the area. The home is spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. It has everything you could need from beach gear to extra towels! It is the perfect location, minutes from the beach! We hope to be back soon!

This place is a true retreat! We were so relaxed and enjoyed ourselves with the spectacular pool and spa where the kids and my in-laws could go out multiple times per day and swim. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed pool floats and beach accessories alike. All was very clean and ready for when we arrived. James and Regan are great hosts that would respond promptly when we had any questions. And the location is perfect whether headed down to see the manatees hanging in the Portosueno park or driving into Ana Maria Island for some beach fun, food, or fishing it was a quick trip! We highly recommend this place and hope to continue to come back many more vacations!

Highly recommend!! We stayed 7 wonderful nights at this beautiful home. Tons of special touches and feels right at home. My family of 6 will definitely be staying here again. From the pool and covered area to the extra beach towels, to the kitchen being fully stocked with everything you would need, plenty of room for my family, the beds where super comfortable, extra fans in every room, tons of beach chairs and canopy for the perfect beach days. The home and area were just PERFECT!!!! We loved every minute of our stay. The only issue we had was with the AC not cooling properly but after reaching out to the owners, they had an HVAC company there the very next day. James and Regan were the best hosts and so helpful during our stay!! Definitely, book you stay at this beautiful home and only around a 7 min. drive to the most beautiful beaches I have ever visited. Thank you so much James & Regan!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house met all expectations. The pool and hot tub area are amazing.

We loved the outdoor eating area and the well equipped kitchen. We had everything we needed and the owners were great at communicating. The accommodations are very comfortable as well. We would stay here again!

The property was amazing, clean, and the best stocked rental we have ever used. James and Reagan are amazing owners to work with. Location is perfect for beaches and restaurants. Our kids loved the pool. We would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay near AMI or Bradenton Beach.

Family Retreat

Comfortable home for a family visit.

Three siblings and I stayed here for a few days in late April. The four bedrooms were perfect for our group. We enjoyed the pool, the grill and outdoor dining area. Everything was clean and well-maintained. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this lovely home.

Amazing!

This is such a perfect house! There are 6 of us “older” women who make the trip to Bradenton every summer, and it usually so hard to find a house with enough beds that are not bunk beds. The house is great—it has everything you need—and the pool is fabulous!

Fun Family Getaway

This was the perfect location to accommodate our large group. This beautifully decorated house had all the amenities we needed to make the week enjoyable. The large outdoor dining room was perfect for family dinners and the whole family enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Thanks for a wonderful stay! Can’t wait to come back!

The property was nice. Enjoyed having beach towels and beach things accessible. I reached out to the homeowner Friday to let him know 6 out of our 7 people had ear infections. I wanted him to be aware just to make sure he would have the pool/hot tub evaluated. So other guest didn’t get it. L I hesitated to give a review but ultimately the homeowner blamed it on the humidity and the ocean. 3 out of the 6 did not get in the ocean. The only person that did not get the ear infection was in the pool once and did not put their head in the water. We were not trying to get anything from him we just wanted to help someone else not get the ear infection.

We’re so sorry to hear you got ear infections! We want all of our guests to have enjoyable stays. Your summary left out half of my response. I said it was likely a combination of swimming in the ocean and the pool and that it’s very common in South Florida, which is widely known as one of the highest humidity areas of the country. From Southwest Health and JC Audiology: “It is very common in Florida. The state's high summer humidity and frequent exposure to ocean or pool water trap moisture in the ear canal. This creates a warm, damp breeding ground for bacteria, leading directly to "swimmer's ear" (otitis externa).” It’s also worth noting that we were experiencing record heat indexes during your stay, so your conclusion is a little presumptive and assumes that there must be something wrong with our pool which is regrettable. Swimming in any pool (or any body of water) in high humidity environments can lead to ear infections. We have an automated saltwater pool system and weekly service by a qualified pool technician. Hopefully you get to feeling better soon!
