Une belle maison de 4 chambres 2 salles de bain situĂ©e dans un quartier trĂšs calme au nord-ouest de Bradenton. Aucune fĂȘte ou musique forte autorisĂ©e. Cet emplacement idĂ©al est Ă  quelques minutes de IMG et des belles plages de Anna Maria Island. La cĂ©lĂšbre plage de Siesta est Ă  seulement quelques minutes en voiture. Moins d'un mile des Ă©piceries, des restaurants et des magasins. PrĂšs de la ville de Pirate et du baseball de formation de printemps au parc de Lecom (ancien champ de McKechnie) qui est seulement cinq milles plus loin. Si vous aimez la randonnĂ©e et l'observation de la nature, cet endroit est fait pour vous. Juste 2 miles de Robinson Preserve oĂč vous pouvez faire des kilomĂštres de sentiers ou de kayak Ă  travers les mangroves.

Cette maison nouvellement meublĂ©e est livrĂ© avec WIFI et tĂ©lĂ©vision par cĂąble. Il y a un 65 "4K TV dans la salle familiale et un tĂ©lĂ©viseur 4K dans chaque chambre. Il y a un lit King dans la chambre principale, des lits queen dans deux des chambres et deux lits jumeaux dans la quatriĂšme chambre. La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin: Casseroles et poĂȘles, ustensiles, nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable, cafetiĂšre, cafetiĂšre Keurig et plus encore. Profitez du soleil chaud de la Floride au bord de la piscine dans l'intimitĂ© totale clĂŽturĂ©e dans la cour arriĂšre. La piscine est nouvellement installĂ©e et chauffĂ©e. Tous les Ă©quipements de plage (serviettes, parasols, glaciĂšres, chaises de plage) sont Ă©galement inclus pour des heures de plaisir sur les belles plages tropicales de la Floride! Cette maison a tout ce dont vous avez besoin, alors apportez votre valise et votre maillot de bain! Check-in est 16h00 et check-out est 10h00 mais nous sommes aussi flexibles que possible.

Such a spacious, comfortable, family, home or wonderful for groups. The split floor plan with a main bedroom and bath on one side of the home and three additional bedrooms and a bathroom on the other side of the home with a spacious living room, dining room, and family/Florida room right by the pool gave all of us individual areas to gather. Every imaginable kitchen gadget offered us great opportunity to cook family meals with ease. The two car garage had every extra you could need for the beach and coolers and chairs, and even room to park your car if you want. The washer and dryer had a great utility sink with it and all the products necessary. The kitchen was even full of cooking spices! The large fenced in backyard had a table to gather chairs to rest in, and the pool was sparkling clean. The host checked in with us regularly and was so ready to help us with anything extra, you are in wonderful hands with them! Lastly, this home is in such a wonderful neighborhood, super safe less than a mile from every type of grocery/shopping/dining experience you could want and still less than 10 minutes from the ocean. Wonderful host and wonderful experience!

Great property and very equipped with everything you could think of ! Chris was very prompt on communication and helpful with everything that we required for the stay at their property. The yard is great for dogs and the pool was fun for the kids. They also have a little extra room that we hung out in with the cool light system. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Great getaway at Sunshine Retreat!

We returned to stay at this property for my husband’s birthday. The home is in a very quiet residential area and close to everything. It’s very clean and thoughtfully appointed with all of the amenities Chris is an excellent host. We highly recommend this property!

Everything was great!!Very good location close to Publix, Danny’s pizza, Walmart only a few miles away.They allowed pets so I was able to bring our small dog instead of boarding him. Back yard was fenced so we weren’t worried about dog or kids.Hoping to go back in a few months.The owner also texted us to make sure we were all set.

Perfect Family Vacation

This was our second time staying at this property and it definitely will not be our last. I cannot say enough good things about the property or the hosts. Chris was excellent at communicating with us before and during our stay. The house itself is very clean and well stocked. Our family loved swimming in the beautiful pool. We also loved the location - close to stores and restaurants. It also was just a short drive when we wanted to go to the beach. I highly recommend this property.

Enjoyed our stay at the Sunshine retreat

Our family really enjoyed space to spread out in the house and a fully stocked kitchen. It was nice to use the beach chairs provided and cooler at the beach. All the trees in the back yard and pool created a very scenic and relaxing space.

The home was clean and comfortable with all the essentials, plus more, provided. There were beach chairs and a beach cart that we could use for going to the ocean. The beds were comfortable and we were able to sleep well in the quiet neighborhood. We loved the pool, which was fenced in and private. We felt like we were in our own little paradise! Bradenton getaway

First time in Bradenton. We’re coming back. Have rented numerous times with VRBO and this rental was easily the best. As advertised. Chris was the consummate host and provided immediate attention to any of our concerns (there were very few). First home that we have chosen to return to. Hopefully for numerous additional times. Wonderful stay. In particular we loved the private, south facing heated saltwater pool. Perfect winter getaway.

Everything was good, pool was heated. plenty of room for everyone. The lanai was a great additional space to hang out. TV's in all the rooms was a benefit for everyone. Had a small issue with heat but Chris was there in minutes to address it. Had a big dinning table to celebrate the holiday together. And the green and red party lights was a big hit and the small christmas tree was a nice touch.

Awesome Stay in All Ways

Our stay in Bradenton was a truly great experience. Chris was over the top quick to welcome us and answer any questions. The house was very clean and up to date. The pool is terrific and the proximity to beaches and things to do was very convenient. If I come back to the area I will not hesitate to stay at this home. Thank you Chris!

Perfect House for a Lax Tournament

We came for a lacrosse tournament in Bradenton and this was perfect! We had instacart delivered when we arrived and cooked the first night. Close to Anna Maria Island for dinners out. It had chairs for the tournament and for the beach! Quiet neighborhood so our girls were able to go to sleep early. We had a great stay!
