Charmant style Craftsman 3 chambres 3 salles de bain prÚs de l'océan et prÚs de ft. Bragg

Il s'agit d'une maison construite sur mesure de 15 ans qui a la sensation architecturale intime du style Craftsman. Il y a des planchers de carreaux de bois flambant neufs dans le salon principal et de la moquette neuve dans toutes les chambres et Ă  l'Ă©tage. Les deux chambres Ă  l'Ă©tage ont des plafonds joliment mansardĂ©s pour une sensation d'ouverture. Il y a beaucoup de fenĂȘtres donc il est lĂ©ger et aĂ©rĂ© Ă  l'intĂ©rieur.
Notre maison est située à environ 1,5 mille au sud-est de l'intersection des autoroutes 1 et 20. Cet emplacement facilite la conduite jusqu'à Ft. Bragg pour le shopping, les plages et les activités si vous vous dirigez vers le nord et vers Casper, le phare de Cabrillo et le village de Mendocino si vous tournez vers le sud.
La maison a une cuisine spacieuse et un beau plan d'étage ouvert avec un grand patio privé et barbecue. Le patio a beaucoup de siÚges à l'extérieur et une table pour manger en plein air. Le porche avant a également des siÚges et est un endroit idéal pour profiter du soleil du matin.
Les chambres et les salles de bains ont une literie, des couettes et des serviettes de qualitĂ©. Nous pouvons gĂ©rer 2-4 quĂȘtes de plus (prĂ©fĂ©rez-les ĂȘtre des enfants) que les 3 lits peuvent accueillir - sur des matelas pneumatiques. Vous devez fournir le matelas pneumatique bien qu'il y ait des draps supplĂ©mentaires pour votre usage (Queen et Twin). Notre garage est un espace privĂ© et n'est pas disponible pour utilisation. La maison a laveuse / sĂ©cheuse et lave-vaisselle. TV / magnĂ©toscope disponible, Dish Network et une radio et un lecteur CD. Internet est disponible sur la propriĂ©tĂ©. Les animaux de compagnie sont les bienvenus en bas avec une caution.
La propriété est de 1 hectare et clÎturée (mais pas pour garder un animal de compagnie en ligne). Elle est grande et plate avec une pelouse saisonniÚre sur 2 cÎtés et une zone naturelle à l'arriÚre - idéale pour les enfants à courir.
Le foyer est fourni avec des bûches presto et vous pouvez brûler du vrai bois si vous le fournissez. Les deux salles de bains à l'étage ont de grandes baignoires.

Location is great! Close enough to everything, but in a quiet court. At night, the star watching is fantastic. The house is very spacious with a lovely layout, allowing larger parties to have both communal and separate spaces.

Charming Craftsman

Our host Mara was amazing. We all loved this house. It was clear that the host cared for and wanted our stay to be meaningful, clean beautiful home well thought out spaces very inviting and comfortable.It’s the small things that truly make a difference and she nailed it and it was greatly appreciated. House is perfect for family friend couples to enjoy and perfect location to enjoy things in Fort Bragg or Mendocino. They was a book on the table that offered ideas for the area, the Wi-Fi worked great. We didn’t watch TV because the place had several spaces to gather and visit that made the time spent there meaningful. We would highly recommend this beautiful home.

Warm and Cozy House

My daughter was getting married in Fort Bragg at another location, and this was a perfect house for myself, Husband, daughter, and her family to escape to for sleep, nourishment, and to get away from the chaos. The house was clean, comfortable and very cozy. Maria was very kind and allowed us to check in early so we can freshen up for a pre wedding event. I would win 100% stay at this property again.

Wonderful getaway with all the comforts of home

We spent 3 nights at this peaceful oasis just minutes from the botanical gardens and multiple beaches. All 4 generations enjoyed ourselves immensely! It was a mini family reunion to be remembered and this home was perfect. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for everybody to relax and rejuvenate. We highly recommend this property for families with children and even the elderly. My 83 year old mom had a blast and enjoyed the downstairs bedroom and bathroom.

House was clean, cozy, spacious, and supplied with all the necessary essentials. The location was excellent, as it was just off the coastal highway between Fort Bragg and Mendocino. Annual Trip

We love staying at this house! We have stayed here several years with our growing family and what sets this home apart from other homes is the large yard and back patio. We love to spend time outside and even with the rain, we bundled up and played outside. We were pleasantly surprised to find a king bed in the master this year too. Wonderful stay

We stayed here for a few nights (parents, grandparents, kids and dogs). The home was super clean and comfortable. There were even toys for the kids which was super convenient. The host was super responsive and kind. We have been coming to fort Bragg since we were kids and it was awesome to come with our parents and our kids and keep the tradition alive. It was a perfect weekend, thank you!

Relaxing destination

This was a very nice home. Accommodations were everything we needed. Our parents with mobility issues stayed in downstairs room and the upstairs rooms were spacious and perfect for what we needed. Wonderful Property in Fort Bragg

We had family celebrating my Mother's 95th bday! This was a perfect house for us...Mom in a downstairs room, and the rest upstairs. Very clean, well stocked and beautifully decorated. Large patio and backyard too! We would return when we have another event on the coast.

Family get away

Went for my daughter’s 19th birthday and also happened to be my youngest granddaughter’s first time to the ocean. Mara was wonderful! The house was stocked better than any home we have visited. Great location and close to great beaches and restaurants. We will be back!

Comfort

Mara home is comfortable and cozy. All the beds were like sleeping on clouds. The kitchen had anything and everything you could possibly need. Beautiful, peaceful property, with a welcoming backyard setting.

Lovely Property

Three couples, all senior citizens, came to enjoy the area and visit family. It is the perfect location, private, roomy , lovely outdoor area. The home is well appointed with all the kitchen and bath items, laundry room and parking.

Beautiful place and close to the town

Mara has a beautiful place with a well equipped kitchen and a big backyard. The house is very close to the main street in Fort Bragg and yet it is peaceful and very serene. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to future travelers

Growing up in the central valley town of Davis, a trip to the ocean was a special treat. My Mother loved the beach so we spent many a weekend at different locations. We played - she read. As a kid I never understood how whe could sit and read while we ran around. Lets just say I do now! Upon finishing college I moved to the inland town of Willits, where I raised my children and have now been living there for 37 years.

My family purchased this property after our Mothers death as a place for us to gather and enjoy the Sea. With my Moms love of the ocean instilled in us it seemed appropriate to create a family space for us to share that gave us access to good seaside times. This house and property was our choice.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The minute we saw this home we knew this was the spot. We love the quiet location, large lot and asthetic look. The old fashioned theme of the home was a draw and we love all the modern ammentitis.
It is nice to be near the ocean (about 1 mile) yet still have lots of sun. We also find it handy to be so close to town (approx 1 mile) with all of its markets, stores, and restaurants.
