Premier étage: 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains complètes. (1 Reine Master Suite avec salle de bain attenante complète, 2 chambres à deux lits et une salle de bains)

Deuxième étage: 2 chambres, 1 salle de bains complète (1 Reine, 1 chambre avec lits superposés pouvant accueillir 4)

Beaucoup d'espace de vie, y compris deux salles de séjour, salle de soleil et coin bureau.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec cuisinière à gaz, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, mixeur, robot ménager, grille-pain et d'une cafetière.

TV écran plat, DVD et WiFi.

Maison se trouve sur 1/2 acre de terrain sur cul de sac en retrait de la route et très sûr pour les jeunes enfants.

L'espace extérieur comprend pont avant avec un salon extérieur, pont arrière avec salle à manger extérieure, douche extérieure et un hamac.

Comfortable, peaceful property

Liz's house was comfortable, well-stocked with beach towels and beach chairs, and in a great location easily accessible to both town and Cisco. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend her house.

Great place and location!

Just finished our stay - 6 best friends celebrating a milestone birthday. House is comfortable and well-equipped. Location is amazing with easy access to the bus stop (and the bus was free this summer!). Loved using the bikes to explore the island.

Great location and wonderful house. Terrific layout for family of 6.

The kitchen was well stocked so easy for great meals at home. Loved the outdoor porches and both indoor large dining table as well as the outside one. Great linen on all the beds...always a Nice plus! Will come back next year!

Great week in Nantucket!

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious, comfortable home. We especially enjoyed the front porch, the 2nd floor deck, 2 living rooms, great outdoor shower, gas grill, and pingpong table! Quick bike ride or easy walk to town and beaches. This was great for our family with 3 grown children but would also be perfect for 2 families with younger children - quiet cul-de-sac with large yard. Would stay here again for sure!

Beautiful family home-everything you need!

Our stay at this home was incredibly fun. My husband are two boys and my in-laws all stayed comfortably in the home. Check-in was very easy. Our host always responded. I was happy with all the amenities—including a lot of things I wasn’t expecting. The shed is full of tons of toys, balls Corn hole, spike ball, boogie boards, beach chairs. Really anything you’d need for a great stay in Nantucket. Highly recommend.

Location A+

Centrally located- close to Bartlett, Cisco, and less congested beaches (we had a car). Easy to get into Town, Mid-Island. Wave stop at top of street. Plenty of yard to play lawn games (bocce, corn hole, track ball all available in shed) and indoor/outdoor space to enjoy the quiet privacy while reading, playing board/card games and enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktail. Nice to have the grill and outdoor shower. Bedding was nice. Upstairs Central A/C didn't work too well, but we had window units in downstairs bedroom windows that helped. Our cable tv didn't work, but property manager did try to assist. Not a huge deal as we were at beach, playing golf and enjoying the outdoors most of the time.

Enjoyed our Stay

Quiet location with shopping or the beach a short bicycle ride away. The gas grill was a welcome addition since we had a couple dinners at the house. We enjoyed the front porch in the morning and backyard in the afternoon.

Great location, quite setting, convenient to several beaches & Cisco brewery.

Enjoyed morning coffee and evening cocktails on beautiful front porch. Plenty of room for two large families. Yard was great for the kids, lots of games and outdoor seating. Beach chairs, boogie boards, games all included. Kitchen was stocked with everything need for several great meals. Bed linens were all cozy, plenty of both bath and beach towels. Liz was a great host and quick to respond to any questions.

Amazing house & lovely host

Liz & her son were extremely responsive- superb hosts ! The house was picturesque and we had an amazing time. This house is perfectly located close to the town center & close to the brewery! It’s also a <10 min drive from the beach!! It has it all!! The backyard is also super private and gave our group the opportunity to have a cook out and enjoy the weather!

Wonderful house in a great neighborhood

We enjoyed walking to the pond down the street and being close to the bike path. The house is on a cul-de-sac, so it was a safe location for our kids to scooter and bike. The house had everything that we needed for a 2-week stay. The kids' bunk room on the 2nd floor was a particular hit. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the balcony and having morning coffee on the front porch. We highly recommend the location and the house and hope to be back.
