Windancer 409 -

Windancer offers top level amenities with the classic Florida low-rise resort feel. Tucked away on east end of Scenic gulf drive in Miramar Beach most locals don’t know Windancer lane even exists! Little do they know its right in the thick of things! One mile north of the condo you’ll find the silver Sands outlet mall with over 120 designer outlets and 10 restaurants there’s plenty for the avid shopper or diner! Up and down scenic gulf drive you’ll find countless restaurants and local surf shops of your choosing. The building offers a gulf front community pool, gulf front community BBQ grills (charcoal) and complimentary beach service for each of its units (2 chairs, 1 umbrellas per condo)

This is a stunning top floor 2 bedrooms 2 full bathroom unit! No one above you so there won't be any echoing footsteps here! In addition to the two bedroom there with a bonus loft room with a king bed! The view from this condo is breathtaking - you won't be disappointed!

Fourth Floor:

First Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Master Bedroom with Shared Walk-In Shower, Laundry.

Second Level: Loft with King Bed, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo, Bedroom with Queen/Twin Bunk and Twin Bed.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is seasonally heated.

Great location!

Pleasantly surprised by location and easy access to beach! Loved the 4th floor view but I think any condo from this property would have a great view! Will definitely stay again!

Very clean. Nice room layouts. Enjoyed having recliners in living room. Very well stocked kitchenware. Amazing balcony view. Will definately stay here again!

Awesome Experience

The rental company was quick to respond to questions I had about the property before our trip. They also texted that the room was ready early if we wanted to check in early. The unit was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay. The Beach Service people were also great! We would definitely stay here again!

Miramar Beach in September

We had a good stay. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. I would have liked to have been told by the property that the week we were staying was the week they were painting and updating property. Not able to sleep past 8 am or take afternoon nap due to work noise. The tv upstairs did not work. Jacob from the property came ASAP to our request but unable to help and had to call Cox. They didn’t come out to fix until the afternoon before we left. That was a bummer. But we would definitely come back for another stay. Beautiful beach and view from balcony!!
