Very clean, close to everything and the AC worked amazing which was good cause it was very hot that week. Would rent again.

The only 5 I can give this property is the location. It was a great location for dining and sights. But as far as the rest I have to give a 3. Four of us stayed for 4 days. There was only enough hot water for one shower and then wait 90 minutes for water to heat up for another shower. We only got 4 towels for 4 people for 4 days. The back bedroom bathroom had an overwhelming smell of mold and the sink was stopped up and drained really slow. Coffee water reservoir had water in it that looked like it was there for weeks because it was all slimy. The WiFi password did not work and I contacted them and never got a response. Spent 4 days with no WiFi. Very disappointing.

We are truly glad you appreciated the location, although we are surprised to hear about the issues you encountered, as none of these were brought to our attention during your stay. We always do our best to make our guests feel comfortable, and we would have been happy to help had we known something was not working as expected. We checked our messages and emails, but unfortunately we could not find any communication. We would have gladly assisted you had you contacted us or stopped by our check-in location. Regarding the hot water, instructions on how to use both water heaters were provided at check-in, and we noticed that one of them had been switched off. This may explain the difficulty you experienced with the hot water supply. As for the towels, our property is a self-catering apartment, so daily towel changes are not included; however, we would have been more than happy to provide additional towels upon request. We always welcome feedback and are happy to help whenever something comes up during a stay. We only wish we had known about these concerns at the time, as we would have welcomed the opportunity to assist you and make your stay more comfortable. Thank you again for sharing your experience.

Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with nice seating area for socializing. Quiet neighborhood at night. Great location to restaurants, cafes, piazzas, monuments, buses, taxi stop, etc. Plenty of storage for clothes in the bedrooms. There is a small elevator to use for higher floors. Helped us find a driver from the apartment to the airport. Check-in & check out process was smooth. We’d stay here again on our next visit.

This was a fantastic property. The management was easy to deal with and very accommodating when requested about early check in. The flat is described accurately and the location is central and within walking distance to all of the major sites.

Perfect location to explore Rome

The property is just as described and convenient for exploring Rome. It is central to many attractions and easy to walk around the area surrounding it.It is clean, easy to access ( up one flight of stairs to the elevator) and check-in was quick and easy as well. Beds were comfortable and since we were two couples traveling together, we appreciated the privacy of each suite.

fantastic location

Apartment was in the best location, walking distance from the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps. Beds were very comfortable and there was lots of room. Checkin process was fast and easy. I would definitely stay again when in Rome.

The location was excellent, however, there was only a washer with no dryer, so your washed items had to be dried on a drying rack. The apartment had a few problems, such as an improperly installed shower surround which allowed water to lead onto the floor. The staff responded quickly to help, but this is a construction problem which requires a long term fix. As far as the kitchen goes, there needed to be a few more cups and utensils - minor issues.

Great location! Easy walk to duomo-uffuzi. Apartment had everything we needed. Two bathrooms a big plus traveling with my daughter. Communication was great. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay

The apartment is in a great location, spacious, simply appointed but nice, beds comfortable, felt safe, WiFi good, everything worked. A couple small maintenance issues took the stairs #30 but there is a small elevator if needed. Would definitely recommend and return
