L'Iguana - Offbeat rencontre facile

Quelle meilleure façon de passer du temps à Folly que de rester dans une maison de plage familiale classique mise à jour dans une promenade très courte à tout ce que Folly a à offrir. L'Iguana est à deux pâtés de maisons de la plage et à seulement un pâté de maisons de tous les magasins et restaurants de Center Street - mettez vos tongs et vous êtes prêt à partir.

L'Iguana accueille confortablement six personnes avec trois chambres spacieuses et deux salles de bains. Le plan d'étage ouvert, grand porche et terrasse arrière offrent tous beaucoup d'espace pour se détendre ensemble. Après avoir profité du soleil de la plage, faites des grillades dans la vaste cour arrière ombragée où il y a une douche extérieure pour se rincer, une table et des chaises pour six personnes et un hamac pour faire la sieste.

La maison est impeccablement propre, la cuisine est entièrement équipée avec deux réfrigérateurs, une laveuse et une sécheuse, tous les draps de qualité sont fournis, et l'équipement de plage disponible pour les invités comprend des chaises, une petite glacière et un chariot roulant.

Les propriétaires ont fait un effort supplémentaire pour garder l'original des années 1950 de l'Iguana tout en modernisant la maison pour le meilleur des deux mondes - confort et commodité avec l'expérience authentique d'une vraie maison de plage à Folly.

La Casita Azul et Casita Amarillo sont deux chalets de l'autre côté de la propriété qui sont également disponibles. Louer tous les trois endroits et apporter toute la famille élargie!

Excellent location. Well stocked with toiletries which was a great bonus and not typical from our previous experiences at other locations. Very clean and comfortable. Screened in porch was our favorite spot to relax.

Great property. Location cannot be beaten. Homeowner's were very accommodating and responsive. The kitchen is dated, but has a rustic charm and it is very clean. It’s also a great value. We were attending a wedding and don’t often stay in Folly. I work remotely so we are able to spend a lot of time at the coast and we stick to the SC coastline (Debordieu, Pawleys, Edisto, Beaufort) we are adding Folly to our list because of this home.

Thanksgiving getaway

Meet our kids in folly for thanksgiving. The place was perfect. Great location! Plenty of room for the 5 of us and clean. Kitchen was well stocked and worked well for thanksgiving dinner. Perfect Location and Size

The Iguana met our needs perfectly! We were down visiting our son who lives on James Island, but we love the beach. The Iguana was only 15 minutes from his apartment and just a few minutes walk to the beach and the center of town. Loved having two bathrooms and the screened front porch. We'll be back!!

Great location for ocean!

We had a great time staying here and walking to the beach, restaurants, and ice cream trucks! Sadly, it was quite humid because of the hurricane that had passed but being by the ocean helped. The AC in the home worked wonderfully! It was also nice sitting on the front porch with the ceiling fan. The beds were comfy and everyone slept well.

The house was perfect for us. Good little beach house and the location was great. We could walk to everything we wanted to. The house had everything we needed and we would definitely rent it again. Right Around The Corner From Everything

Location, Location, Location. 1 block from Rita's and all of the downtown attractions. Great communication with the Host. Kind of a mezzanine elevation with relation to the street, so it creates its own privacy. Comfortable bedrooms and living space, large kitchen. Adequate parking. Could not ask for more. Highly recommended.

Long weekend away

It was our first time visiting South Carolina. The house is beautiful and in a great location. Everything was provided and checking in and out super easy. Only thing was in pictures it showed a backyard with grass. There was no grass so walking our dog was a challenge. But, the house is so convenient to restaurants and shops and getting to the beach. Loved hearing the ocean from the front porch!
