C’est une charmante maison de plage située dans la charmante communauté de Water's Edge à Folly Beach, en Caroline du Sud, qui est conçue de manière unique à la mode historique de Charleston. À seulement quelques pâtés de maisons de la plage et à un pâté de maisons du centre-ville 'Folly', cette charmante maison de 3 chambres à coucher, 3 salles de bain complètes possède des équipements de qualité et de nombreuses améliorations qui vous garantiront un séjour confortable et mémorable.

Cette maison (SLEEPS 6) est dotée de parquet dans la cuisine et dans le salon, ainsi que de moquette dans toutes les chambres et le couloir. La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour la cuisson et équipée de plans de travail en granit, d'une barre oblique inverse personnalisée et de tous vos besoins en matière d'appareils électroménagers. Détendez-vous et sirotez vos boissons préférées sur notre véranda privée, tout en observant la faune qui fréquente notre courant de marée juste à l'extérieur. Le balcon privé au dernier étage de la suite principale offre une vue parfaite sur la rivière et de magnifiques couchers de soleil. Détendez-vous près de la piscine communautaire (ouverte du 1er avril au 1er octobre) accessible à tous les clients en saison et d'un quai de pêche (ouvert toute l'année). La maison est équipée de lave-linge, sèche-linge et gril à gaz.

The pool area was nice but we were overbooked to use it. If we were staying longer and it was warmer out, we would have used it. There was not a hot tub available. The rooms were very clean and spacious. We so enjoyed sitting outside in the screened in porch. We were centrally located to everything, just minutes to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. We would definitely consider this property again if we decided to return to Folly Beach.

Overall great condo. I enjoy renting directly from owners, this is managed by a company which I don’t care for however their communication was great. If you have more than a couple of people staying here make sure you wait 15-30 minutes in between showers as there is not enough hot water. My granddaughter was excited that there was a jacuzzi tub, unfortunately no hot water to fill it. A couple of things were broken however they did offer to come and fix them. I did love that each bathroom had a bathroom, a screened in porch and we were able to park our car and walk everywhere.

It was a nice clean place. I thought they should have provided a hair dryer. I didn’t realize it wasn’t provided. I ended up buying one. The heat was also a problem. It was nice & warm upstairs but very cold downstairs. We happened to hit a cold spell at the beach ( in the 20’s & 30’s). E.g. one day it was 74 upstairs and 66 upstairs. You offered us space heaters, but we really didn’t want them due to safety concerns. Overall a very nice place, well appointed & good location.

The house was just as listed. Check in and out was very easy. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was a short walk to restaurants in Folly Beach. Just a word of caution with parking, if you have a fullsize truck or SUV it would be might be difficult getting into garage. Luckily we didn't have that issue. Would highly recommend.
