VILLA Giorgetta est située à Forte Dei Marmi, dans la belle localité de la Rome Impériale, à 700 mètres de la mer, perpendiculaire à La Capannina di Franceschi. La villa a été récemment rénovée.
La villa est entourée d'un grand jardin, avec une grande et nouvelle piscine. Il y a une cabine de douche, chaises, et chaises longues. Une véranda avec un "salon extérieur” e une grande tente où les clients peuvent se détendre pour rester en dehors du soleil.
La villa est sur deux étages.
Au rez-de-chaussée: une salle à manger, un grand salon, une cuisine séparée (entièrement équipée), une chambre avec deux lits, deux salles de bains.
Au premier étage il y a quatre chambres: deux avec deux lits simples, deux doubles et deux salles de bains.
La villa est équipée d'un système d'alarme, d'un système de climatisation et deux téléviseurs (pour les touristes russe on garantie l’aces aux canaux dédiés).
Deux vélos sont disponibles pour atteindre la mer ou le centre de Forte Dei Marmi en seulement 5 minutes.
Le service de jardin et entretien de la piscine est garantie deux fois par semaine.

Absolutely excellent house, perfect for accomodating large groups, and the location is fabulous! You'll find extremely comfortable furniture, more than enough seating, crockery and glassware, and towels etc. Roberto the host was just brilliant, providing local knowledge for excursions around the region and wonderful restaurant recomendations. You wont be disappointed if you choose to stay here!

Summer in Forte dei Marmi

We have been traveling to Forte for summer vacations for more than ten years and stayed in a number of different properties. We loved this villa - the location, cleanliness and outdoor spaces are all excellent. Great for families and Roberto and Paola were excellent hosts who were incredibly helpful.

That was great plase for us familly.

It was a wonderfoul house for our familly. Large space just right forten people. Kitchen veru well equipped, lots of dishes, cutlery and pots. Beautiful swimming pool specially prepered for us. We were welcomed woth botyle of prosecco. Very nice owners , they even helped to transporting our part of the familly to the train.

Great villa and hosts!

We had the pleasure of spending a few weeks at Roberto and Paula’s villa with our family during the summer holiday. It was everything as advertised and more! The property is well located and updated, the pool is a nice feature and the views are very beautiful. Roberto and Paula are very warm and inviting hosts and were helpful with any requests we had. We look forward to staying at the villa again in the future!

Perfectly Positioned Slice of Heaven

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Roberto and Paola's beautiful home! They are such lovely people and excellent host! The house was perfect in all ways! We enjoyed walking to the market in Forte Dei Marmi, and the proximity to the beach. Loved going to the beach in the morning and enjoying an Aperol Spritz by the pool in the afternoon. Family getaway

Nice house and location. No air in the main part of the house and no screens- bugs when windows were open. I asked about bugs before I booked. The owner gave us a fan. Extra pillows and pillow cases would have been nice. I know it’s vrbo however, body soap and have soap would have been nice. The owner was very concerned about us taking out the garbage. Hospitality was ok.

Fantastic stay june4 to June 25 2022

We were a party of four and arrived on June 4 and we met by Roberto who introduced us to all of the amenities of the home ,the pool ,the yard and the surrounding area. He was even kind enough to recommend a beach side contact who gave a special rates for the beach. Roberto was more than anyone could expect he answered any questions immediately ,if there is a problem with anything in the property it was dealt with promptly and I mean so fast you couldn’t believe it .I would highly recommend this property to anyone .All the rooms are air-conditioned kitchen is very well equipped lots of dishes lots of space. All requirements are supplied lounge chairs complete with towels beautiful pool ,yard maintenance performed once a week, can’t say enough this is the spot you want to rent thank you G finn, Vancouver BC

If I could give 6 ⭐️ I would.

Paola and Roberto are the most kind and wonderful people you could meet. They were always available giving recommendations of where to go and where to eat. They even made reservations for us at their friend’s restaurant! We were so impressed with the house and everything you need. We really enjoyed the bicycles they provided! I haven’t ridden a bike in 40 years. I needed a few questions answered and they respond within minutes ! Truly a wonderful place close to town and the beach and the best Gelato place Gelato Imperiale. Needless to say it was a daily trip! The pool and the yard were meticulously cared for as all of the other things in the house. I highly recommend if staying in Forte dei Marmi.

Nice home - and with a rare forte feature, a pool.

First off, our hosts are wonderful people. They were very accommodating and helpful. And the home was as described and located in good proximity to our beach club and the center. As with every rental we've ever had in forte there is some updating to be done - this is universal there unless you're willing to spend $20,000 a week. We are somewhat spoiled because we have eight bathrooms in our six bedroom house so having two shared bathrooms on the top floor with four bedrooms requires some negotiating and timing. Note that the fourth upstairs bedroom does not have air conditioning. This is something I think Roberto should consider adding if structurally possible. Small point, but air drying, which is the norm, causes the towels to be somewhat stiff and not soft as you'd expect in the u.s. We bought five new towels and left them behind for the next guests! Just trying to be transparent here so expectations are clear. Overall we had a great time, we enjoyed the pool on several occasions, never watched TV once (although they have them), we loved being able to bike everywhere, and the home is perfect for a family or a few good friends. I recommend it highly for its location, amenities, and the truly wonderful hosts.

Excellent choice for a stay close to the center of Forte dei Marmi and nice beaches

Nice and very well-located villa that allows you to reach the center of Forte dei Marmi and city beaches in 5 minutes by bicycle. Villa is well equipped, spacious and the rooms are comfortable with the air-conditioning that is a real plus. Pleasant outdoor and terrace with a barbecue, garden very well-kept. Swimming pool is big and clean, equipped with long chairs for a relaxed stay. In addition, there are bikes available with the rent which we appreciated a lot. Paola and Roberto are very friendly and easy-going, always available for you for any questions or issue or for recommendations. We really enjoyed our stay and we hope to come back again.

Alles war perfekt. Die geräumige, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Villa, der grosse, gepflegte Garten, der Pool und die gemütlichen Aussensitzplätze. Die Villa ist wenige Autominuten vom Meer, von Restaurants und Supermärkten entfernt. Es stehen auch 3 Fahrräder zur Verfügung und es gibt gute Radwege entlang der Strandpromenade. Unsere wundervollen Gastgeber "Paola" und "Roberto" waren immer erreichbar und geben gerne Auskunft betr. Ausflügen, Restaurants etc. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Grazie mille Paola e Roberto

La grande Villa a Forte dei marmi.

Superiore alle aspettative. Villa dotata di ogni confort . Assistenza puntuale e preziosa per controllo della piscina e del magnifico prato circostante. Villa inserita in un comprensorio di bellissime ville . Proprietari molto disponibili per qualunque necessità. La consiglio oltre per quanto già detto anche per la comodità di raggiungere il centro e i vari supermercati e negozi, oltre ovviamente alla spiaggia. La consiglio e sicuramente ci torneremo. Sehr schöne Urlaubstage

Das Einchecken lief problemlos für uns 8 Personen und Hund ab. Roberto und Paola erklärten alles super und gaben uns auch viele Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants. In der Villa stand auch sehr viel zur Verfügung und Roberto brachte uns in der 1. Woche noch eine Flasche Wein und erkundigte sich ob alles in Ordnung war. Er stand mit meinem Schwiegersohn in Verbindung und so konnten wir jederzeit nachfragen wenn sich Fragen ergaben und er meldete sich immer umgehend zurück. Allerdings ist das Haus nicht barrierefrei, mit Rollstuhl hätte ich Probleme gehabt. Mit Rollator war es OK, durch das Schlafzimmer mit Dusche im EG und Hilfe der Kinder bei den 3 Stufen in das Wohnzimmer. Lieben Dank an Roberto und Paola.

Sehr schöne Villa in guter Lage

Alles in allem hatten wir eine sehr schöne Woche in der Villa mit Pool. Diese liegt in einer Wohngegend und es ist ruhig. Strand, Supermarkt, Restaurants sind gut erreichbar zur Fuss, mit dem Fahrrad oder mit dem Auto. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es gibt genügend Handtücher für alle; ausserdem war alles sauber. Für ein Haus für bis zu 10 Personen ist es etwas schade, dass es nur 3 Fahrräder gibt.

Toll!

Wir haben unseren 2-wöchigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir liebten das Haus, den Pool und den Garten. In 5 Minuten ist man (mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad) am Strand, und auch im Zentrum von Forte dei marmi. Paola und Roberto sind wahnsinnig liebe Menschen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall bald wieder!

Super Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist in einer tollen Lage. Es liegt in einem Wohnquartier, aber es ist total ruhig. Bis zum Meer sind es 15 Minuten zu Fuss die ruhige Strasse runter. Allerdings sind auch drei Fahrräder vorhanden. Bis in den Stadtkern sind es etwa 30‘ zu Fuss. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, die Zimmer ausreichend gross, die Betten gut und sauber. Die Bäder sind auch sehr sauber. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet. Paola hat uns am Anreisetag in Empfang genommen. Sie und ihr Mann sind sehr nett, haben uns viele Tipps zum Essengehen gegeben. Der Queckout war auch einfach und unkompliziert. Super Ferien für Familie und Freunde. Wir waren gesamt 10 Personen und die Hausgrösse war dafür optimal!
