Good directions and easy access. Spotless and comfortable.Bedrooms and lounge lovely with a little sunny terrace at the back. No town noise and Sainsbury's local just a few doors away.

Lovely holiday

Lovely stay at a great property. Ideal location for walking, cycling and there are plenty of attractions to visit in the area. The property was well equipped, comfortable and quiet. We would definitely come again.

A lovely little cottage

We had a very comfortable stay in a lovely little cottage which was also very conveniently located Close to the airport and with the Peak District right there. I would recommend it to anyone looking to spend some time in a lovely part of the world.

Great cottage that didn’t get too hot during the summer heat wave as it was the ground floor of a multi story property. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals. Shower was especially nice. The driveway was a lot steeper and hard to turn into the parking space than we expected. We could have used the car park next to the property but then we would have had to pay during the day. I believe overnight parking was free. There were some parking spaces at the bottom of the driveway, but they were in use during our stay. Lots of shops and cafes nearby and the train station was about a 5 minute walk from the property. Garden area was lovely and a very quiet and private place to cool off in the evening after walking near the river. I enjoyed the location of the property as there were many day trips and places to see within a short driving distance. Manchester airport was about a 35 minute drive. I would stay here again.

Loved Torr Top Place! As a solo older lady who wanted to visit Manchester’s Christmas markets, this was a perfect base. The kitchen was well equipped, sitting room cozy, bathroom modern, and everything immaculate. Uber transport was readily available and Sainsbury’s (local grocer) was a short walk away. I highly recommend Torr Top Place!

Excellent house

Torr Top is a clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and well-equipped apartment. We were only there one night, but it is a great place to stay for several days. Highly recommend. Host is attentive and responsive.

Was great inside and had everything we could have needed. It was cosy and clean too. Parking was a tight squeeze for one of the spaces, but it was appreciated.

Spotless, well appointed apartment in a good location

A lovely well appointed modern apartment. It was warm, spotlessly clean with everything you might want in kitchen and bathroom. With a riverside walk just below the property, pubs, shops and takeaways above the apartment, the peak district and central Manchester both less than 30 minutes away, this was a great location.

Top Place

New Mills is not a spa town like Buxton but it has an interesting industrial heritage. It is a great centre for local walks and for accessing Kinder Scout and the likes of Mam Tor. There is a good train service to Edale & Hope which can give some flexibility in planning walks. We couldn't fault the property, it is well equipped and comfortably furnished.

Great stay

This was a lovely apartment with lots of extras included such as DVDs, tea coffee and herbals,even cooking essentials like oil and spices which is rarely found. There was pasta and porridge which we did not use but thought it was thoughtful. Lovely and clean, comfy fresh smelling bedding and lots of towels. Host was very helpful and kind. Easy check in. Would stay again

Perfect dog friendly place to stay

We stayed for 3 nights. The garden is lovely, plenty of seating areas, out eating (BBQ) if weather good & fairly secure for our fur babies. Easily sleep 5, 1 x room double bed. 1 x room double bed plus day bed. Ample sized rooms & kitchen with dishwasher. We didn't need to use our cars throughout stay as there are ample eateries, takeaways & pubs in the vicinity and an abundance of walks & trails. Would highly recommend & would come back again. Thanks Andy for a lovely stay.
